      I booked two rooms online and checked in. They have hidden fees like a hundred dollar deposit which I didn't pay it said nothing about tht online. I booked from the 26th to the 28th I was ok till I tried to pay for one more night online. The Oyo app is terrible the dates were mixed up went to the desk downstairs told me there was nothing they could do. I ended up double paying on both rooms for the 27th and 28th I asked them to correct the dates they said they couldn't. I call three different numbers they have for corporate and was told they couldn't help either. They put me as a no show how is that and I'm already here. I just lost $113 dollars of my SSI and they refuse to refund it. I'm beyond frustrated please y'all don't use the Oyo Hotels. I am now broke and having to go back to the streets.

      Booked a room in ******** ** Oyo hotel next to ******* only to acknowledge the room was filthy not to mention infested with bed bugs. Went to the front to consult with the front desk agent to inform her of the issues and she acknowledged that I had a small poodle and said there is a 25 dollar animal service fee. And that she couldn't refund me due to me having gotten the room 2 hours earlier. I explained to her yes I purchased the room in order to have a guarantee room but I had not been in the room. I was there visiting on a family emergency and that I had just got to the room and I would not sleep in there she said she would give me another room but not refund and I stated ok but if that one is also filthy I would like a refund because I will not be going from room to room constantly because her lack of. She stated she is not scared of me and I stated you are a lady I don't expect you to. Not to mention I won't disrespect a lady and that yes if the second room is dirty I would be requesting a refund. She told me she not gonna give I stated yes you are. So after disputing with her repeatedly I left out of office and called the 800 number after being transferred repeatedly the phone hung up I called back it it was the same. This is the worst act of customer service I have ever experienced not to mention the lady at the front desk called other hotels and informed them not to allow me and my family to stay at there hotels. This is the worst experience ever. I reaching out to inform everyone not to do business with this place they are the absolute worst.

      I paid online, I got to the hotel and nothing was how it showed online, the clerk is lazy and unprofessional, didn't answer the phone when ringing, I called to get a location change, nobody could help me with that, I went about getting a refund, nobody could help me with that, so at this point, I feel this business should be shut down, nothing is how it should be or how it's shown online, they're stealing people's money, not giving them the refunds that they undoubtedly deserve because honestly, this business is just an outright disgrace to everyone that checks in here and stay, the **** the employees, the costumer service, everything about it, and someone really needs to do something about this

      This the WORST HOTEL IN *******! ITS ***** INFESTED, AND STAFF ATTITUDES ARE JUST AS NASTY. EVERY ROOM ON THE 3RD FLOOR CLEARLY HAS MOLD AND WATER DAMAGE. THEY TRY TO DOUBLE CHARGE YOU, THEY NEVER CLEAN THE ROOM AS LONG AS YOU STAY. ITS HORRIBLE!!!!! SOMEBODY NEEDS TO GO SHUT THAT PLACE DOWN.

      On your own that's what Oyo stand for and live up to that after driving 8 hours with 2 dogs. When we got there the room that we rented didn't have any floors in it. So they showed us another one after being there for about a half hour we noticed how the place was not clean had only one way out urine stains on the floor the couch was ripped no screens or ac broken bottles in the yard we told them we were not going stay Derrick said that they would refund our money didn't happen oh the boiler was In the front yard and a mattress was on the porch it flooded this spring

      I booked a room. Went to the office to register. Went to the room and this is what I saw. Urine in the toilet, dirty towels on the bathroom floor, toothpaste in the sink,blood spots on the bed, beer cans in the trash. When I asked for a refund, she said yes. But actually charged my card twice. She is saying I was a no show. I went through Booking.com. I'm trying to get my money refunded. Can you help?

      Had my 300 dollar sunglasses stolen by staff and my belongings rifled through Pillows were nasty Floor was nasty Staff did not care about my glasses

      I stayed at this motel for 2 night (paid in advance). Had I known the experience I was about to have, I would never have stayed here. While I understand cheap motels are not going to be a great experience as far as clenliness or ammenties of the room, this place is a downright health disaster as well as the front desk staff is literally rippijg people off, along with being far beyond rude. The shower in my room was literally covered in what appeared to be dried up blood. It was some sort of brownish liquid that had dried and covered every wall. When I came back to my room after the first night (I paid for 2 remember) my key didnt work. It took 20 mins to get someone to the outsidr window to help (they keep the fromt doors locked constantly) The Indian lady was EXTREMELY rude and after looking up my online reservation that I paid for, she told me "I AM NOT GOING TO HONOR THAT PRICE). She wanted to me to pay extra in cash, I vehemently refused, and finally she recoded my card so I could get back in. This place needs to be inspected VERY carefully, if not entirely shut down.
