      I asked this company several times to remove my phone number because I am not the person that is registered and they refused to do so. I block the numbers and they use another number to still text me. Not sure what else to do.

      Terrible and will not refund me for a disgusting stay, ac not working, dirty hotel room and bathroom, no remote and charged for USING a wash cloth!!!! Mobile Al location is horrible!!!!

      Well we had been staying at motel 6 off and on for several months, but this last time we had enough. The owners wife of this franchise used my card to pay for stays after she was notified several times beforehand. Then after they employed my girlfriend as a cleaner for free rooms after being notified that she has seizures, then terminated her employment for not working hard enough through the seizures and the final straw was she didn't clean the fecal matter off of the sheets that were left in the sink in the room that she was cleaning, after this we were told we are banned from renting there. I can understand them stating that we need to pay for our rooms, and I did just that but to act like that when your rooms barely have the amenities they say. The refrigerator and microwaves don't work and on top of that.

      Christopher ******* and his girlfriend were staying long term in our motel . His girlfriend had filled out an application for work and this was mainly done to stay at our motel permanently so they don't have to check out after 28 days. Christopher ********* girlfriend Hailey *** was hired on a two week trial basis as she had no housekeeping experience. In the interview she did not inform us of any immediate doctor appointments and her health conditions which would not make her available for work in the first two weeks. She was never charged for any nights that she did not stay at the motel. I think if we did then they would have complained to ******* or whichever website they booked from. She was paid for all her work that she did here. She was asked to leave the property as we have a 28 day extended stay policy at our motel. With this policy that customer has to vacate the motel and can come back to stay in 48 hours. They are well informed of the 28 day policy as this was their third 28 day stay at our motel since the beginning of the year. She was not feeling well on the second day where she was throwing up and had seizures in the night and could not work on the second day. We tried to work around her doctor appointments too. But her work did not satisfy the cleaning requirements of a housekeeper at this motel. We had to ask her to make corrections everyday and had to get other staff to fix her errors. She did not do basic things like change sheets with pet hair on them or even wipe the bathroom floor which had visible hair on them. If we showed it to her she said that she has vision problems due to seizures. The vision issues were not informed to us also earlier. So we also had to pay another person extra to check on her work and do the job of fixing the errors made by her everyday. So we told her at the end of the first week that this job is not suitable for her. The day of her checkout she dumped all her sheets and linen with the dog poop down the laundry chute. She was not working on that day and therefore she should not have entered that area ( only employees are allowed to the motel laundry area). Secondly she dumped those sheets and they stained and damaged other sheets and linen and it had to be all thrown out. We had the right to charge her for all the loss but we did not. This dumping of dirty sheets was also done earlier by her which was evident from our security camera. She also damaged our toilet system by clogging it with towels. Also on the day of the check out she checked out at 3pm whereas the checkout time is 11am. All this led to us entering the couple in the DO NOT RENT LIST. If they had gone to any other business ,they would have been charged a hefty penalty. Lastly, Motel 6 does not provide a microwave and fridge but we have it complimentary. And if they had issues with the microwave and fridge we have staff that can fix or replace the appliance. I am surprised that they stayed here for a long time and never complained about the appliances or the room to us.

      Terrible experience at this hotel. Charged our room a $500 smoking fee when we did not smoke. We tried to talk to them and let them know we turned on the room heater which produced a horrible burning smell. Management refused to discuss this issue with us and produced a fake reading from a smoke detector. Did the same thing with the room across the hall from us. Will never stay here again.

      It’s not even worth 1 star at that they are the nastiest place I have ever stayed at. Along with trash everywhere and bugs all over the mattresses. And they charged my $70 I’m sorry but it’s worth maybe $30 if that because their services suck and the rooms are just horrid as can be.

      I needed a last-minute hotel room in the *********************. Because of a snow storm the cabin i was staying at was unreachable. A room at ********** on the River by Oyo Hotel was $41 on ******. I called the Hotel's direct line to see if they accepted dogs but was rerouted to their call center. They put me on hold for about 20 minutes, then came back on the line and said they spoke with the owner. The total, including two $10 pet fees, came to $64. I then drove 40 minutes to the hotel, but when I arrived, the owner/manager changed it to $125 a night. I showed him my confirmation email for $64 a night and explained my entire experience, but he could not have cared less. It was like talking to a zombie. Given how late it was and the conditions of the roads, he thought he thought he could charge me whatever he wanted, but I left, driving 2 more hours on snow packed, mountain roads to the next motel on the other side of the ***************, not arriving until close to midnight. It was obvious to me that they use their call center for plausible deniability while ripping people off! Their call center says one thing, and the hotel owner tells you another. Gross!

      Horrible experience ***** infested booked online through Priceline and checked in the room was not satisfied left the room filthy and ***** infested. Was told to contact ********* for a refund and was refused my refund. Will never get a room again from them. If I could give zero stars I would they should be shut down.

      I recently stayed at OYO hotel and I feel obligated to warn others about a concerning experience. While booking through hotel apps, I saw rates advertised at $40$50 per night, which seemed like a great deal. However, upon arrival, I was hit with an unexpected $300 deposit, and ultimately, I ended up being charged nearly double the anticipated cost.Unfortunately, the problems didnt end there. The room was dirty, the sheets were clearly unwashed, and some of the elevators didnt even work, leaving us with long waits. The customer service was terrible, and any requests or questions were met with dismissive ************ make matters worse, after I checked out, I was charged an additional $500 smoking feeeven though no one in my room smoked. My husband has a medical CPAP machine for breathing while he sleeps, which emits no smoke, but it seems this was somehow mistaken as a violation of their non-smoking policy.Ive tried multiple times to contact the hotel via phone and email to dispute these charges, but Ive received no response. After researching, I found Im not the only one experiencing this; it appears others have also been unfairly charged with additional fees.This situation feels like a scheme to lure in guests with low advertised rates, only to impose hidden fees, unnecessary charges, and provide subpar service. I would strongly advise anyone considering a stay here to be cautious and check your bill carefully. Hopefully, this review helps others avoid the same unpleasant experience.
