Horrible customer service. Manager is always out of town regardless of day or time you call. Don't even bother trying their customer service email address as they will just disregard your email regardless how many times you follow up. I will never stay at another Oyo hotel in my life again.Review from Rebecca S

I had a room booked for a 2 night stay at the *** Airport Inn Hotel in ***************** from 6/6/24 to 6/8/24. My husband had a seizure on our way to the hotel and we were forced to stay at a hospital on what would of been our first night of the stay. I did call the hotel to let them know and asked that the room be held as we would still be arriving for the second night. I was assured that the room would be there. When we arrived the next day, the room had been rented out and there were no clean and available rooms to be had as they had already rented the room we had paid for before arriving to someone else. I was assured by the hotel manager that upon contacting ***, my money would be returned. After several (7 or 8) attempts, by phone, email, and chat, no one has even bothered to contact me and not a single cent has been returned. The whole experience is nothing short of theft. The hotel it's self was severely run down, the room that was under construction that we were allowed to see had obvious signs of bed bugs and visible mold growing on the walls. I am seriously considering filing a class action lawsuit for the systematic fleecing of the poor and ****.Review from Joseph V

Reserved a room at the end of December 2024 for a baseball game in May 2024 in *************,** the day before check in I called to asked about parking and the guy that answered the phone said the hotel was closed for renovation I called OYo about a refund said it could be up to 30 days and still have not received a refundReview from Jeff J.

DO NOT! I REPEAT! DO NOT STAY AT HOTEL O IN *******, ********, AND I BELIEVE EITHER OWNED OR A PARTNER OF OYO!! THEY HAVE DECEPTIVE PRACTICES AND THE ROOMS ARE NOT AS THEY APPEAR ON THE WEBSITE!!!! THIS STARTED MAY 25, 2024, AND I'M STILL FIGHTING TO BE RE-IMBURSED FOR A ROOM I REFUSED TO STAY WITH MY 83 YEAR OLD MOTHER!!! DIRTY, NASTY AND STINKY!! FROM THE ***** TO THE **** TO THE FLOORS!!! EXPEDIA IS IN ******* WITH THEM AS WELL. THEY OWE MY APPROXIMATELY $82.00. LITERALLY STAY AT YOUR OWN RISK IN PLACE WHERE THE CARPET IS BEYOND NASTY WITH STAINS, TORN AND FRAYED IN THE CORNER, VERY POOR LIGHTING, STAINS ON THE BLANKETS AND BLOOD SUCKING BUGS!!!!!!!!!!! I'M HAVING A DIFFICULT TIME GETTING A REFUND FROM EXPEDIA AS THEY CLAIM OYO OR MANAGERS WITH THE ****TEL CLAIMED I STAYED THERE! WHEN I DID NOT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I WILL ALSO FILE A CLAIM WITH THE FEDERAL TRADE COMMISSION!!! IT'S COMING DOWN TO THE PRINCIPAL FOR ME AS THEY ARE SAYING I DID STAY THERE AND THEY DON'T WANT TO REFUND MY MONEY!!!! 2941 Ember drive horrible!!!! Nasty everything over charged and they have roaches bed buds dirty mattresses walls and the tiles in the shower were loose there was an air conditioner with black tape on it hanging down to the headboard the bed which was filthy when we moved in someone please helpReview from Dianne T

This is about the *** location in ********, **. My incident on April 7th. I booked my room a week before and prepaid my reservation. Here is what happened.In the lobby was a tattooed man, who stated there was no rooms available, they were all booked up.Which was weird because I prepaid, which I told him that. This was the weekend of the Solar Eclipse.This is a scam. What I believe happened was the tattooed man sold my room for cash under the table and the company charged me because he marked I checked out. I never signed, therefore I never signed in.I have actual proof and a receipt from the Best Western Plus up the road ($299 + tax) that I had to stay at the last minute.So why would I stay at 2 places.This place smelled and looked like a crack house and I was concerned for my safety. I will be posting my opinion on social media, to spare others this atrocitiy.This cost me a total of $375.I will not use their services again.Review from Mitchell B

OYO is zero stars! It is a rip off. I booked a two night stay a month prior. The day of I called to notify that I would be arriving at midnight. 2x got computer message rhat my booking was canceled. 3rd time got a person who said it was canceled because my booking agents rates were too low- what??? Now OYO is going to charge me cancelation? They are nuts? No way should I be charged a ***** because they canceled my reservation, not me. Of course I didn't stay there, I HAD NO RESERVATION ACCORDING TO OYO!!!Review from Kevin P

If I can provide negative stars I would the worst customer service I checked my room at ****** and provide this lady with an 100 dollar deposit she never gave me a slip back that she took my deposit but provided me a receipt and my room key when it was time to check out they did not give me my deposit because the lady didnt do her job and give me a slip, so I asked that they run the camera back and it will show them that I paid an deposit and when I call today 1/29 I spoke with **** and she would not provide me with no manager high up numbers and hung up the phone how rude are you I hate when people be disrespectful and then I the bad person when I go off..Review from Tom W

Horrible customer experience and services. Upon arrival at **********,** location,I was informed my reservation was canceled for no reason they could tell me. My credit card had been charged and I was left with no accommodations. They said I could rebook but it would be at a much higher rate! I contacted them by email with no explanation or help from management or corporate office. I will NEVER use this hotel again. It is a rip off by the company or owners to charge you more than what you agreed in the booking reservation. Do NOT use this motel as it is a very unorganized operation and some 'shady' people operating it and hanging around the building. Do yourself a favor and AVOID this motel !!!
