Hi, I was banned from hinge, I tried to access the app but I couldn't as the message said i was banned. I tried to appeal with hinge and I got response, "Our team has reviewed your appeal request and confirmed that you are in violation of our Terms of Service and our Community Guidelines. Therefore your account will remain banned. This decision is informed and final and subsequent appeals will not be considered." I'm uncertain about the specific reasons for my removal and which community guidelines I may have unknowingly violated. It seems that the actions taken against my account did not provide an opportunity for me to defend myself or gain insights into any potential mistakes. Hi, Hinge ban has caused my Mental Health and self harm to spiral out of control, you do not read appeals but keep telling me to appeal after I was banned for something I didnt do? How is this justice ? I tried to access the app but I couldn't as the message said i was banned. Hi the problem started when I was asked to verify that I am a real person with photos in which I did Ive had this happened multiple times in which Ive verified and had access to tinder after. But Later on I stopped receiving messages and swipes this time. I looked this up and came to the conclusion that ****** has shadowbanned me without explanation. I decided that I would submit a ticket to Tinder support to get an explanation as well as access to my account again. I recieved a response that it would be escalated to the correct department. It has been over two weeks since then and no response. So in the mean time I decided to delete the account in which ****** is not letting me delete the account. I was recently banned from hinge on my account associated with the phone number **********. I believe that this ban was made in error and I was hoping to speak with someone regarding this process and a potential reinstatement. I enjoy using hinge and have used it in the past to go on many dates and meet new girlfriends. In addition I am not banned on any other match group app including tinder or match.com. There is no satisfactory customer service being displayed here. No unique answers or clarity was given. Not even a reason for the ban. Again, it was a unjust and wrongful ban against me. In March of 2023, I was banned without warning from Tinder, and despite multiple attempts to contact ****** support and Match Group's support I was unable to find any answers to questions I had regarding the details of my ban. While I'm still not certain about why my account was banned, I believe it *** have been because I updated my profile to have a picture taken from my BeReal, which (unbeknownst to me) contained a URL to my BeReal in the image, something I think *** be against ******** Terms of Service.Some time after my ban (I think around a year later, but I'm not sure), ****** introduced an appeal system to the app, however, accounts banned before the implementation of the appeal center were ineligible to appeal.Since the appeal center was implemented, they've also introduced things like photo takedowns (for profile pictures that *** break the terms of service) and warnings, neither of which I was given. While I do acknowledge that I *** have broken the terms of service, and admit that if I did, it was a careless oversight on my part, I think a lifetime ban with no warning is a bit excessive.I enjoyed being able to use Tinder, and the other apps owned/managed by Match Group (which I have also been banned from as a result of my Tinder ban), and would love to be afforded the opportunity to enjoy their services again should I be able to come to a resolution with ****** regarding my ban.Business Response

There were multiple instances where I loaned my phone to an acquaintance who needed to use it for an extended period of time (2 weeks), and I suspect that any violation might have occurred while the phone was not in my possession. I understand that it was irresponsible to trust someone with my phone with direct access to my Hinge account, but I assure you that any potential violation was unintentional, and done while the phone was in the said person's possession.
