      Expenses incurred from property to having bath tub resealed x 3. Multiple treatments need to remove ***** infestation. Mold growth in apartment not treated and repaired by guidelines. Watr damage to stereo equipment grom "repaired" mold window not reimbursed. Multiple documents for attention/correction from resident were never addressed. End date on leased changed.

      Knightvest purchased Tribeca and Encore apartments in *********** recently. Tribeca is now called The ****** which I lived 5+ years. Over the weekend I downsized to a unit 50 feet away at ******. As soon as I got my keys and walked in I was greeted by a *****. Within 48 hours I had come across more than 2 dozen roaches. I went from a bug-free unit to a *****-fest. The exterminator has been out to my place but I want out. I should not have to live like this and have my personal belongings raided by roaches

      I moved into The Standard Apartments on ******************* in ****** just over 1 month ago, and Ive been repeatedly ignored by the office staff while trying to setup my parking lot gate access and apthub access, an app that this apartment requires tenets to use and they charge a monthly fee for it. When I first moved in I was told the parking gate was broken, but it has since been fixed for multiple weeks and my gate pass still does not work, and the leasing agent did not give me access to the apthub app during move in, which Ive been told by her Asst. **** she should have. The office has ignored my 3 initial emails and when I went in person, Asst. **** ******* was unhelpful and had no solution. He said there was nothing he could do right then and that he would call me back later that day. 4 full business later and Ive left 3 new voicemails asking for a phone call, but have received no response. Im very frustrated at the lack of communication and service from this apartment office. I would like a working parking gate pass, and access to the apthub app Ive been paying for.

      Cyprus apartments in ******* ******* does not even deserve one star. This place needs to be bulldoze to the ground. The reviews are awful. *** lived here for eight years and have dealt with so much BS. I am finally free in five days June 1, 2024. So glad Im finishing my prison sentence with them! I have a crappy bathtub in the main bathroom that is peeling and has been for almost 4 years and *** asked to have a replaced several times. The only thing they can do is make me leave my apartment for three days why they put more paint on it, which will again peel. I have animals and I work from home. I cant leave my house for three days. Thats not even reasonable. If you have visitors, they have to park way out in the north 40. They tell us not to park in front of the office, but they do it.. April in the rental office, the leasing manager is the biggest bully ever. She does not listen to you. She does not let you state what your issue is. She just sits behind her desk doing her make up all day which doesnt help by the way.! Shes an evil person! She smells like alcohol all the time in her eyes are severely bloodshot. I cannot believe ****** fest would employee someone like this. Again this is Cyprus apartments **********************************************. There are homeless people that come in there is no security here and the homeless people vandalize the apartments and break into cars. Manager ***** to April that worked here was giving a tour of an apartment and got pushed into the unit by a guy and almost got raped. If she had not screamed loud enough maintenance would not have shown up thank God they were close by. She was smart enough and left the company the next day . They charge you outrageous late fees . Some units have roaches. I never had anything thank God, but if you read the reviews, its pretty bad. They charge way too much money for this area and the apartments are not worth it very cheap and they have the nerve to call it luxury living . Give me a break

      *** now lived at **** apartments almost a year now and the roaches are still here every day( I see about 5-10 a day) and the employees here are completely useless with just about everything. Multiple people have had their cars broken into and 2 people even got their cars stolen from here. No cameras and of course the gates dont work. Just got my brand new car broken into so Im just over here living the life. This place is a nightmare and Ive never heard anything positive about this place from tons of people who live here. Half of the apartments are vacant and Im not surprised one bit. Any review in the past 2 years that is positive is complete bulls**t. If I didnt know any better, I'd think this is section 8 housing. Cops are here all the time, the tow truck company that roams this place are crooks, the gates dont work, no cameras, burglaries, lazy employees, you name it. This place is a joke. I'm sure they're going to respond and say they can't find me in their system and flag my review. trust me. I suffered so you dont have to.

      Lyra does take your concerns seriously. Upon review of your account, we see that we treated your home back in March, after receiving a service request for your home. Since then, no other requests were received. If you are continuing to experience issues with pests, we will gladly put you on our list for pest control service on our next service date which occur on Fridays. We understand your concern regarding the gates, and know that the gates repair work has been completed and we are working to send out an email as to when you may come in to reprogram your gate clicker as well as get information regarding how to use the new gate system. You should expect this email this week of May 28, 2024. The system has been upgraded and are excited for the new system and am sure the residents will enjoy. Once all residents have been given the time to come in to reprogram their clickers and obtain gate information, we will begin closing the gates once again. Also, regarding the tow company, Bexar Towing, they will not tow any vehicle without manager authorization, and only for designation reasons for towing as listed on your lease. If you have experienced vandalism of your vehicle, please report it to us immediately with a case number from SAPD, so we are aware of anything going on in our community. I am unaware of anything that has taken place regarding your personal vehicle, but can schedule a time to discuss your concerns as well as any additional concerns regarding your home or anything on the community.       Do NOT work for this company. I worked at a Knightvest Property *************************** Flats in 2023 and I was a dedicated employee and earned this company a lot of money in closed leases. In return I had almost $2000 in commissions STOLEN from me. When I was hired in 2022 I communicated that I would be getting married April 2023. Come the week of my wedding my ASM broke his leg and was out of the office and the other two employees there (another leasing agent and our Community Manager) BOTH put in their notices. Then I was told that the *** of my wedding they needed me in the office to guarantee payout of my commission due to lack of staffing.I chose to attend my wedding because I had notified responsible parties when I had accepted the role in 2022 . Because they couldnt honor that promise in good faith and based on what I had communicated with my manager prior (which I had in writing) I put my two weeks notice in. While attempting to finish my two weeks notice I had purchased a new car. The catalytic converter was stolen off the brand new car the Saturday I was on shift at Knightvests Property *************************** Flats. I checked the cameras because I parked the car in direct view of the camera in the garage and the camera literally skips the time frame I was vandalized. They didnt offer to pay or at least help recover footage. I no longer felt safe and had no transportation the remaining two weeks. They decided not to pay my $1200 due to this. As I was preparing to move out of the unit that I was leasing with Knightvest at a different location (******************) they tried to charge me $600 for a tub that needed resurfacing from the time we moved in only 6 months prior. Instead of resurfacing the tub before move in they offloaded the charge onto me. I did dispute this and recommended taking it out of the $1200 they stole from me. While living there I also had numerous packages stolen. Knightvest was a Nightmare. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.

      It was by far the worst experience working with ***, the property manager, ************, the leasing agent, and ********, the assistant manager. I applied for a unit to lease at Alexander ********************* signed all documents, etc. The front office people are way too laid back on their jobs and do not seem to care at all about their residents. I needed to pay an early termination fee because I couldn't move forward with the lease. They took forever to set up my account. The payment would be due by the end of the month. When I attempted to submit my payment, it did not allow me to. According to the front office, it was because I was no longer a resident or applicant. I am technically still considered an applicant if I am paying the early termination fee. This became a huge mess because the office did not know how to fix the issue. So I just decided to pay the full amount that is due to be done with these people in money orders.I have asked multiple times to speak with ***, the property manager. ***** repeatedly lies and mentions that he is busy. *** seems to have the attitude that when I come into the office, he feels the need to throw all the problems on Daija for her to handle them all. Running away, not wanting to handle resident issues. In addition, even when I had signed my lease, they had given my assigned garage that I opted into to another resident without my consent. When I was finally done with these people, I talked to some residents that were currently living here, and they told me the front office is absolutely horrible. They mentioned that they are counting down their calendar days for when they move out. People are also breaking into cars, breaking into resident units, stealing wheels, catalytic converters, and more, from what I heard. I am so glad that I did not move here; it was a complete sign that this was not a good location to live with the amount of disrespect from the front office and the crime happening at this location.

      These people don't care about tenants, the tenants property, or what matters to them. All they care about is collecting your rent. If you have an issue, they try to minimize it, or they ignore you to the point where your frustration level hits the point of you looking like the bad guy when all you are trying to do is protect what belongs to you. If you try to reach out to their corporate offices, they never return your calls or emails. They simply don't care what you think and they certainly don't care for you, the tenant. I have issues with ********************** at ********************* in ******* using blowers too close to my vehicles and blowing asphalt cinders at my brand new car which has less than *************************** close to $40k. I try to let the office manager know I would appreciate it if they not use the blowers on my car, she tells me to leave her office to which I wouldn't have even had to be in had someone in the office simply answered the phone. They NEVER answer the phones, they never respond to emails, and neither does the corporate office. I have emailed corporate, I have tried to call, I have left messages, nobody contacts me back, ever. There is a term for companies like this, it's called an absentee landlord. I love my apartment, I love my neighbors too. I've even taken some of my neighbors on cross-country road trips. But, it pains me that ever since Knightvest purchased our community, I feel like I need to look for a new place to live, which I don't want to do. I'm a retired veteran, I'm happy with my unit and the community around me. I just wish the property managers would take more care when it comes to tenant property and the needs of their residents when they seek to raise an issue rather than minimizing and gaslighting them. It's frustrating and it's outright wrong. The notion I get from the pretentiousness I experience is that they care only about those in remodeled units.If you are in a original unit, you need to move so they can flip

      Thank you for taking the time to write a review. While this is not the response we strive for, we appreciate the opportunity to improve. There have been no reports of damage to cars and upon inspection of the cars in the parking lot near where you park, no damages were observed. Being so close to the beautiful North Mountain Preserve results in excess dust and plant debris. It takes a strong effort to maintain the beauty of *********************, including the need for leaf blowing.

      Ive been dealing with a severe ***** infestation which began on April 6. Since weve begun having this issue we have submitted 6 maintenance requests in 2 months and the issue is only now seeming to be gone. During the first 3 weeks I called the office to let them know the basic spray from pest control has not done anything and requested a different type of treatment. ***** and ***** told ** that they only spray Fridays and they wont be doing any other treatment until that day comes while seemingly completely unconcerned. I asked if someone could come earlier but she was persistent in telling me they wont come until Friday to do the same treatments that have been done before and seemed annoyed while mentioning we keep putting in maintenance requests for the pest control. A few days later I spoke with ***** at the front office who was compassionate about the issue and asked me to come in to sign a consent form for a deep treatment. Once I came into the office to sign said paperwork ***** refused to let me sign anything because it was pointless since all units are infested and we would have to wait for one tenant in particular that was refusing to cooperate to allow them into the unit. ***** said they would schedule that week an inspection which never happened. The problem persisted, continued to get WORSE. Finally, June 16th we had an inspection that we were told would happen end of may, and a deep treatment was finally done two months after the problem first started. ****** attitude while with her was extremely unprofessional and condescending. Once we asked for reimbursement for the pesticide treatments we purchased on our own they said that you as management doesnt do that. I found both ***** and ***** to be extremely arrogant, passive-aggressive, and impolite.

      ******** we do understand your concerns. You put in three work orders the same week and your apartment was treated for roaches that Friday. As we had mentioned to you that Pest Control comes out every Friday per their schedule. As we explained the company has to inspect prior to make sure there is an infestation in your apartment. When I asked to inspect your apartment with my maintenance you were not there at the time we had agreed to meet. You stated your husband was on nights and was asleep and you were not home. Once we were made aware by Pest Control that there was an issue, I requested for you to please come in and sign the documents for the clean out. I called you three days in a row and you were unable to come in as you were busy and had your business to run. You also stated that your husband would stop by but he never did. We finally were able to have the treatment done in your apartment and gave you directions on how to prepare for the treatment. Per pest control they can not treat the clean out every week as it will not work. You were made aware of this yesterday when I spoke to you over the phone. I told you that Pest Control stated that they could do another treatment in two weeks from the initial one that was completed. I also asked if you could stop by the office to sign another clean out form. You stated that you were too busy and had a business to run. I then asked if there was a possibility if I could send this via email and you could sign the form and send it back. You stated yes, so I sent it to you and it was returned to me which is now scheduled for this Friday. Per our conversation I also told you that an immediate supervisor from the ******************** would be out Tuesday or Wednesday so that we could inspect your apartment. You stated that the treatment seemed to work as you only encountered one ***** in the bait box and one on your counter. Per the email that was sent last week to my assistant manager we sent out notices of entry in a form of a letter stating that we had to enter every single apartment in your quad. Pest control was able to enter all units and treat them for pest issues. As per the receipts they were just given to us Friday. I did explain in a prior conversation with you to please bring in the receipts and I would see if Corporate would approve this. As per yesterday I did advise you that Corporate had approved your credit and it would be on your ledger. We have tried to help you with your issue and are still trying to rectify it. We will continue to help you until the issue is resolved. Thank you, The Haven Manager
