The order was incorrectly placed at the location on ******************** in **************, **. I called and immediately canceled the order and placed it at the correct location. On Friday June 7th and order was placed online for $250 and the store could not give a receipt. I've contacted the customer service number 5 times and each time they say they will expedite my claim and someone will contact me. No one has gotten back to me via phone or email. I have to have this receipt as it is a corporate credit card and we have to have it for audit purposes. I need help getting this taken care of,Initial Complaint

My father and I was at a Wingstop location at ******************************************************************. We participated in the "Wingstop Wing Day, from my understanding the offer was u were giving five free wings with any purchase when you use the code FREEWINGS. We both used the free wings code. We drive home and there were only 5 wings in the bag. We go back to the location and the cashier said the deal only works if you order a combo. Which that seems highly inaccurate. That Wingstop was particularly busy and I feel like they were saying anything to get us out the door. I've done this deal before in the past and never had a problem. I even showed her my receipt and she insured me I was mistaken. I didn't buy the combo so that's why I wasn't given the 5 additional wings.Initial Complaint

FALSE ADVERTISING! I tried to order 5 Classic Wings and then 5 more classic wings free. They told me I had to order at least 10 wings before I could get the 5 free wings or a family pack. Their add clearly says 5 free wings with ANY chicken order. I tried to place a buy one order to get one order free and they would not do it. I tried it first on their website and it said invalid promo code. Then I went inside the restaurant and the rude girl behind the counter told me they would not honor it either.Initial Complaint

I placed an order online for pick up today using the promo code FREEWINGS to get a free 5 piece wings added to my order. I ordered a chicken sandwich and 5 boneless wings and added them to my cart. I entered the promo code exactly as written above and checked out. I set my pick up time for today at 6:30 PM. When I checked out the promo code was not applied and I paid full price. When I tried to call the shop to change/cancel my order the phone number *************) was deactivated so there was no way to cancel my order. I called Wingstop corporate office and they were not able to help me, and they confirmed the number they had is the same as the one I called, which is inactive. I placed an online order at this Wingstop on 07/14 at 6:35 pm. I paid and got a confirmation for my order. I got an update through text stating that my order was picked up and on the way, 5 minutes later I got an alert that my order was cancelled due to no address to drop off the food. I called the location 14 times and no answer. I called again 2 days later and they said that there was no power and the manager was automatically doing refunds because there were over 20 orders that were processed online even though they were closed. I have yet to get an answer although I have called even more and still no refund.Initial Complaint

Arrived to wing stop ************. And entered into the restaurant to place an order. Upon trying to place an order was told to me and several other s that there were short staff and can only get 4 wings. Several people walked out. While sitting there I had another customer walk out and informed to me that he asked to buy 3 ranch cups. The worker said that he had to pay $5.00 and the price for one was .*************. The customer informed to him the price was 5.00 for three take it or leave it. The customer walked out and was upset. On June 30th, my bank card was used to purchase an order from Wingstop, Germantown, Md in the amount of $54.94. This purchase was unauthorized. The Wingstop was immediately contacted and the order was cancelled. We were told that the $54.94 would be credited back to my account. After 2 attempts the money has not been returned. The last four digits of the card used is 7631, however that card has now been closed.
