I placed an online order 7/11/24 for $50.45 order# ********** for Wingstop on ***********************************, **. I didnt receive part of my order. I called the restaurant and was told by an employee that they tried to call me while I was driving to come back. I asked if I could still come back and get the rest of my order and was told no. I asked for a managers name and was told they could t give out that information. I called the manager ***** on 7/12/25 and she told me she would refund my money for the missing item. And it never happened. I waited a week. And then called ***** back again on 7/22/24 and was told the same thing as before Id get a refund ***** days. No refund. I called the General Manager **** and he refused to give me a refund. Instead offered me a instore credit. I want my money back I dont want to ever eat there again because of this situation!Initial Complaint

I am a door dasher and I normally always come in and pick up orders Ive been doing this for 3 years now, the manager of the store was very rude and distasteful and accused me of stealing a order and told me you wont be making no money, broke and I never ever stole I have a clean record on my DoorDash and if that was the case DoorDash wouldnt allow me to dash again . I Dont like the manner she had with me she was very disrespectful and even did that in front of other customers and even said something about my mom which made me then say something back to her, I then wrote this report and this happened about 10 mins ago .Initial Complaint

The app online says that you can get a 15 piece wing large fry two dips and two drinks for 2199 once you check out it ends up being $28. I called the store to ask what was wrong with the app. The manager told me that a lot of stores are doing that, they tell you one price but when you check out is more, I dont understand why that would be the case .Initial Complaint

I called to place my order at 11:18pm because it says wings too closes at 12am. The lady said she was only taking online orders. I placed my online order and it was confirmed and I was charged at 11:23pm. My boyfriend went to pick the food up and the lady said she didnt have the printed ticket. He showed her the confirmation email and she said she would have her manager refund me although it was 11:38 when he went there and wingstop was still open. I asked her could she just make the food because I had my confirmation email and she said no that was against the policy and that they really close at 11:30pm, although when I called at 11:18pm she told me to place my order online. This was so disturbing as I was starving last night and charged $30 for food I never received. DO BETTER!!!!!Initial Complaint

I visited WingStop store number 1541 located at *************************************************************************************** on 12/23/23 and purchased a gift card for my daughter as a Christmas gift in the amount of $50. Employee ********* assisted me at the register and mentioned to me that they'd been experiencing some issues with their gift card transactions and advised me to keep my receipt in case the card later doesn't work. Upon gifting my daughter the card on Christmas and her subsequent attempt to use it, revealed no funds had been loaded on the card as it reflected a zero balance. Both my daughter and I visited the store to either have the proper funds loaded on the card or be given a full refund but to no avail. The Manager at the store refused to acknowledge error with the gift card transaction and refused to load funds or provide me a refund citing a store policy (difficult to understand and repeat) that poorly aligned with the circumstances surrounding my dispute. I have since written to WingStop Corporate leveraging their online feedback portal on more than 4 occasions asking for resolution. The form even asked if I'd like to be contacted by someone and I've always answered, 'Yes'. Yet, neither correspondence received a response. I am submitting this BBB complaint as a last resort; having exhausted all other options available to me for resolution. WingStop won't respond to me. I visited wingstop at ****************************************************** on Monday 07-15-2024 and ordered 2 lemon pepper chicken sandwich meals. When I walked in there it was one guy waiting besides me and all the employees in the back were just standing around as if they had everything together. So I ordered and asked how long was the wait, the Spanish guy at the register told me 10mins. So as I sit and wait 3 or 4 more customers comes inside and order just like I did at the register and received there order before me. So now I go up to the register to ask why havent I recieved my order after waiting 30mins watching customers come in order and go. The guy at the register gets a real rude attitude with me and telling me I can get my money back. I tell him how much more longer he say 2mins which turns into 10 more mins. Now I have wasted 40mins waiting on my food and when I got the food it was cold the sandwiches had ice in the middle still and the fries were cold and Rock hard. That was very inconvenient to me and my new coworker who I was treating to lunch that day. This was a very unprofessional matter due to the negligence of your employees. On May 31, 2024 I placed an online order to Wingstop. It was estimated to be ready in ***** mins, upon arrival about 25 mins after placing order I went inside to pick up the order and there was probably 25 people standing, waiting to pick up orders. I waited for over an hour to get the order scared bc everyone in there was mad at the wait time. Several people including myself asked for refunds and was told that they would take a pic of the order, send it to the manager and a refund would take 3-5 days. This happened on a Friday, I called Monday and was told it would be 3-5 business days so I waited. I've called multiple times and talked to many different people and still haven't received my refund.Initial Complaint

I placed an order at the wrong location, and immediately called to cancel the order. Someone by the name of ****** said that she would cancel the order on their end, and that I would need to call corporate to get refunded. She said that corporate is the only person that can refund online orders. I was given a Grambling, LA number, where I have left 2 voicemails. I waited a couple weeks for a response or email but no one contacted me. I then submitted an online complaint to the location website. Approx 2-3 days later someone from that same corporate phone number called me. The individual that called me wasnt so pleasant. I informed her about me leaving messages before filing a complaint. She stated Their wasnt anyone there to check voicemails & do callbacks. She then asked me Name, order confirmation number, last 4 of credit card etc. She stated none of that pulled up an order. I asked her if she wanted me to forward the email, she said No. She just kept saying she dont see the order as if I made it all up. She then stated she will have the manager call me from that restaurant, because shes not sure how they cancelled in the system. AGAIN I have yet to receive a phone call or refund. Just because its a little over $20 it is still my money and should be refunded.Initial Complaint

I placed an order yesterday 7/11/2024 at the Wingstop located at ********************. ************, IN ***** in the amount of $44.98 for delivery. Order # **********. This order was placed on the Wingstop application. The service that was delivering was DoorDash. When the dasher got to the store the food was locked. There was a gentleman in the store that would not acknowledge the dasher so the Dasher sent me a text with a picture for proof. The store shouldve still been open. So Wingstop charged me for food that I did not get! I want my money back immediately! This is not how you treat paying customers. Its not the customers fault that staff closed the store early. They took my money and did not give me my food. *** tried calling the store but no one will answer! I even called Wingstop customer service and was told it would be ********************************************** returning my money! This is unacceptable! I will be spreading the word about the horrible customer service and theft of my money! ******************** do better!!Customer Answer

On June 5, 2024 I ordered a wing meal through the Wingstop app. Upon delivery, I realized I was missing multiple wings from my order. I then proceeded to call the Wingstop. Once I was connected with the manager and told him my problem, he told me I needed to come up to the store to get the food I was missing. I informed him that I was disabled and physically could not do that which is why I ordered delivery to which he responded, that is our only way of fixing this problem. I didnt asked him how do they rectify these problems for people who are disabled and cannot come in and he then repeated that the only way to rectify this situation was for me to come into the building.
