    I begin my complex approvals about three months ago. I gave them $500 plus another hundred dollars to look at another complex. I also gave them $50 beforehand for the application fee and I have yet to see any results. At first they were good they responded, but slowly, but surely that came to an end then they said that there was a problem with one of the complexes computers and their application they were sending was not going through because of a firewall. I have been emailing them consistently and consistently. Ive heard no response.

    I paid for a service but due to extreme delays and mistakes on the company's end, I ran out of time and found a place on my own. The company agreed to refund me the initial 500 deposit plus the 400 deposit sent to the apartment community (which they did not confirm would not work with them prior to taking my deposit). I've contacted them numerous times, waa told they would mail me a check, was never told they entered bankruptcy and still have not received my refund. They are no longer answering emails, their website is down and their phone number is out of service. This company needs to be investigated and charged with wire fraud. I will be contacting my AG as well as their local ********* if I don't receive a refund asap.

    This issue dates back to March 2024 when Complex approvals rental payment portal system was down, stopping them from paying my rental office the rent. I was informed that their merchant processor was put on hold due to a client disputing all of their rental payments. I was then informed that they would cover the rental balance, late fees, eviction fees, etc. which they had resolved but was unsettling due to their lack of communication and concern. Now 3 months later I receive a eviction notice on my door stating that they haven't submitted any rental payments since March to June. which is also weird because I wasn't notified by anyone for 3-4 months. I'm more than upset because I feel as tho I'm being robbed blind. Once I looked into my issue I discovered that Im one of many people dealing with this same issue from Complex Approvals or name now changed to Complex Property Solutions. As of recently I've read that they have sent out notices about making sure everyones rental offices have been notified to be on automatic stay but my rental office claims to have not heard from them at all. Again I've paid all my rent in full on time but somehow apart of some unlawful business decision that is playing with my livelihood. I have proof of everything and ready to escalate if need be.

    Complex ************ is a scam. I paid them $500 for a service that was not rendered. The company has poor customer service their response time to emails and phone calls may take several days. now the phone is disconnected. The apartment that I applied for even questioned this company they also believe that this company is a scam. I want my money back and to file a claim against them in court.

    I have paid my rent on time and in full every month - Complex Solutions had filed for bankruptcy April 2024 and my paymnet made direct to Complex Solutions was never paid to the leasing property which resulted in an Unlawful detainer in April 2024 issued by the leasing company - the bankruptcy paperwork was submitted to the leasing property and that unlawful detainer was non suited. Now i'm getting another Unlawful detainer with a court date of August 5, 2024 for a balance that im assuming is stemming from the unpaid rent to the leasing office from April 2024 and an accumulation of court fees, filling fees, and late fees accumulated from the non payment of April 2024 - I have sent multiple emails to Complex Solutions to no response from them and no resolution. Now for the last week I have been trying to call them and all numbers I have for them are not in service and i'm now looking at an eviction although I have always paid on time and in full. I've sent more emails with no response.

    Dear Better Business Bureau,I am writing to file a formal complaint against Complex Approvals and their management team, specifically ******** and *******. My family and I have been facing severe issues due to their mismanagement and deceitful practices, which have left us on the verge of eviction.We began a lease agreement for our apartment with Complex Approvals in November. Everything was proceeding smoothly until March, when we shockingly received an eviction notice despite having made all required payments. Upon contacting Complex Approvals, ******* assured us that the situation would be resolved. However, we were later informed that the company had filed for bankruptcy, though we were assured we would not be evicted and that they were handling the ********* May, we were given the option to stay in the apartment and wait for Complex Approvals to resolve the issue. We were told we could then pay them directly to cover the outstanding balance. Unfortunately, our apartment manager refused to accept any payments due to the lease being under Complex Approvals' name.Recently, we received a letter demanding we vacate the premises within 24 hours. To make matters worse, the management team at Complex Approvals has become unreachable. ******** and ********* unprofessional and irresponsible conduct has caused immense stress and uncertainty for my family.This situation is entirely unacceptable. I am currently pursuing legal action against Complex Approvals, as their actions have been both unprofessional and detrimental to my family's well-being.I urge the Better Business Bureau to investigate Complex Approvals and take appropriate action to prevent others from facing similar hardships.This is sickening!!!!!

    I have attached the email that we received from Complex Approval. This came the day that our property was being put out by the constable. They have literally been unresponsive for a month up until this day. They didnt even respond to my emails. They only sent this to my partner. It was too late. So how is my complaint invalid. ITS WRONG of them!!!

    Good morning, I have reviewed your account with our attorney and unfortunately, the writ of possession will stand due to our bankruptcy case being dismissed. We did not receive official notice from the courts that the apartment community's attorney would be requesting to re-execute the writ. This was supposed to be provided to the bankruptcy courts by their attorney so that we could file to counter their actions. I am terribly sorry for the inconvenience of it all. We can currently offer to apply to a new apartment selection in your case if you wish to do so. You would be able to make your payments directly to the apartment community if you wish to move forward.

    I submitted an application and the application was approved Oct 2023. I paid a $500.00 deposit for an apartment that I was scheduled to move into. However, the leasing agent at the property made several attempts to contact the Complex Approvals representative Jasmine with not so much as a response. Another representative at Complex Approvals contacted me to advise she will be handling the application process in that she has tried to contact Emera Pointe Royal but no one has contacted her or responded, which was an outright lie. In speaking with **** at the apartment property he advised since ****** nor the other representative returned his calls he was left with no choice but to release the apartment to another prospective applicant. This has been going on for 10 months, Complex Approvals still has my initial $500.00 deposit and they have failed to get me approved in any property I have sent them. Long story short, I expect no excuses, I expect a full refund of the $500.00 deposit they received. I give it in good faith, I expect it to be refunded I'm good faith. They have filed Bankruptcy and kept everyone's rent money and I will do all possible to see to it that the president and the officers and their agents of Complex are and will be prosecuted to the full extent and power of the law, I kid you not. Return My Deposit, Not an excuse or lies.

    I went with this company to find me an apartment because I have a previous eviction. Ive paid thousands of dollars at this point. The 1st apartment they said was declined. The second apartment I was approved but on the day I was to Move Kienyata ******** called me and said they rejected my application. I tried again. At this point I have heard anything about my application and now all number are disconnected and no one will answer my emails

    I started the process with complex approvals the beginning of June. After paying all my fees and going through the application process I have been patiently waiting for an outcome. During this process I have tried calling to speak with someone regarding the process, only to have the number say it is temporarily unavailable. Only means of communication is through email because supposedly their lines are being upgraded, and has been for about 3weeks now. How convenient!!! After receiving updates from Ms. ******** stating the application is pending and she is not getting a response via email or phone I decided to call myself. Guess who was able to speak to live person about a corporate application that was supposedly submitted on my behalf. You guessed right, me!!! I was told no application has been submitted, only an inquiry for their apartments. They were waiting for the $75 application fee to move forward with the process. So why is Ms. ******** giving me false information leading me on as if one has been submitted. After all I have paid my fees including the $500 so whats the hold up? Why am I not getting a response to my email expressing my concerns? Why havent the application been submitted?

    Went through Complex Property Solutions in November for my complex since I have been having issues with them paying rent over. I tried on numerous occasions to contact them in regards to rent payment on some occasions I was advised by ******** that the payment will be sent over this went on for months before they stop answering our calls and emails in March our complex starting send pay rent or quit notices both myself and apartment tried reaching out to company for months but was unable to get a hold to anyone we left message and no one contacted me or the property back it wasn't until the apartment started threatening us with lock out when someone at Complex Property Solutions sent us a letter saying they filed bankruptcy and it would be illegal to lock us out we presented the information to the court at that point the court did not honor paperwork and on May 12th we we're removed from our unit at that point they paid for our room every day we was getting put out hotel because Complex Property Solutions was not sending over payment we had to call and send multiple emails before payment was sent still not once have they called us with status of move in on Friday they emailed over a letter for us to take to property that's suppose to allow us our unit back the complex is not accepting that paper refuse to let us back in and now complex property solutions refuse to pay our room and trying to put it back on us after they were the reason for the eviction here pictures of messages between me and them also them refusing to pay for room I even provided them with the property number so the property can explain to them what they explained to us which is under no circumstances are they gone allow us back in unit. I told Complex Property Solutions this information and they stop once again responding to emails and they phone has been saying temporary down since Wednesday and they refuse to pay for room I sent pictures to them of me and my family sleeping in cap on 06/16/2024.
