    Terrific phone customer service. The blinds aren't cheap, but you get what you pay for! They are sturdy and look lovely in my patio. Highly recommend this company.

    Nov.5 2024 Larry S. Do not order from American blind! They take no responsibility for there product will not refund your money and blame the customer. My problem was not the fit or the color it was the missing tie downs for extior shades.The instructions show them are bungee type which would work well except they didn't send them. When I called customer service I am told there are not available for my shades. So they sent some useless plastic clip and send sorry . So that's $800.00 shade blowing like a sail. Thanks for nothing .

    I ordered a blind that was not what was as advertised on the website. It came with 70% frame molding and a small blind to insert inside. My window already has frame molding. CSR was surprised that the item was offered with a frame molding. American Blinds offered a remake with only inside track, great solution. Now they advise the product is delayed and will be delayed 45 days, I just want a darn blind, and not willing to wait another 45 days. I want a refund. Told that's impossible, they do not offer refunds. Ask to speak to a supervisor, told that's 4-5 day delay - that's just silly. I want a refund. It would have been faster for me to run to a local retailer. Why bother using online if it's more trouble than going out to the store? I would avoid buying from AB; you're not saving time!

    Have ordered 4 inside hang shades for our porch and all were perfect. Perfect fit, easy to hang, look nice and do their job! Customer service even replaced cord that WE had messed up when we unpackaged it. Good company....highly recommend.

    Very disappointed with blind and customer service rep who did nothing for me. Ordered off website, gave exact length and width measurements (as asked) of what I wanted. And blind came over a half inch short in width. Customer service states manufacturer subtracts a half inch when they make!? What??? No where on site does it state that or recommend ordering a half inch larger then what you want! Order # 13190583
