    Very disappointed with blind and customer service rep who did nothing for me. Ordered off website, gave exact length and width measurements (as asked) of what I wanted. And blind came over a half inch short in width. Customer service states manufacturer subtracts a half inch when they make!? What??? No where on site does it state that or recommend ordering a half inch larger then what you want! Order # 13190583

    Buyers Beware. I worked with a Design Consultant for an arch window. They will not correct the blind because I entered the information into their website even though the consultant advised me. I specifically asked the consultant if they could accommodate my window and he said most definitely. They will remake the blind at a 20% discount, however I purchased them at 40% discount so I would be paying more money to correct the poor guidance. I am now out $380 and no blind.

    We ordered 21 blinds and 2 plantation shutters. Deliver was great. However, the plantation shutters came with NO hinges or magnets.
    I called the company. They told me they would send them right out. Well, 7 days later only the hinges showed up. NO MAGNETS! What the heck? All they say is I’m so sorry. We will get those out to you as soon as possible. Now we have to connect everything. What good is it to get your product if it isn’t complete? I would NOT order from here again. Very disappointed. I gave them a 1 star because you have to. But I’d give them a zero if I could.

    I just wanted to take a moment to let you know how impressed I am with your company! I just installed my 9th set of 2" faux wood blinds ordered over 5 years. The quality has remained excellent thru these years. Customer service is quick and professional. With each blind I have been so happy with the fit...perfection!
