    Very accommodating company. Excellent customer service. They answer even very late in the evening. Very knowledgeable and helpful also. Ordered the blinds, but the color was off (computer screen color did not match reality). They offered free new blinds, at same cost. I upgraded and just paid the difference. Did not have to return the first ones. I donated them. Very happy.

    We opted to call instead of just using the website. Customer service was fantastic and we were even given the agents direct line in case there were any issues with delivery. Product fit as measured and install was straightforward. We went with blinds.com after another vendor estimated it would cost $6k. Blinds.com estimates came to $700. I will use them again.

    Blinds.com has been unable to deliver and install the blinds I ordered more for 10 months - way longer than the 3 weeks originally quoted. This was not what was agreed to nor will I receive the colors originally selected and my brand new house has window frames damaged from repeated installations that have to be removed and new install brackets added. Every person who has interacted with me at Blinds.com has failed to deliver on the corporate promises and promises they made. I have spent over 50 hours on the phone, emailing and with installers trying to facilitate a solution to mis-measurements, incorrect blinds being shipped, coordination issues on Blinds.com behalf, etc. ******** times the lack of responsiveness has lead to delays where materials go out of stock necessitating larger re-ordering. Each time I have to reselect new colors/fabrics, I have to engage with my interior designer and wife - taking time and adding cost. On several occasions re-selections then haven't worked for the blinds selected or go out of stock before blinds.com could facilitate the order. The process started with me building a new construction home, measuring the windows myself and sending those measurements to Blinds.com in excel format along with a PDF of the blueprints with each window labeled. Blinds.com then sent their installer to measure. The first order came with over a dozen extra blinds and many blinds not built to the measurements and specs in our order. Even the Blinds.com installer pulled up his internal documents and showed me how the builds built did not match his order. Subsequent attempts to resolve have stretched out over 7 months.Blinds.com has demonstrated - through time, multiple people involved and their inability to finish - a collective level of incompetence. While the people at Blinds.com are nice, no one has followed through on their personal promises to help resolve nor has the company. My request to get a refund was denied.
