    Do not buy shutters from this company unless it's a very straightforward, standard size window with no custom or special considerations. Nice products but my experience has been negative. I ordered a set of shutters for an unusual size and configuration window and was very specific with the size of the shutter frame required, 31" x 40" outside frame dimension but received 34" x 41.5". After several phone calls and email exchanges during which I repeatedly gave the outside frame dimension of 31" x 40" the company agreed to replace the shutter free of charge. So far, so good. I received the replacement shutter but due to many extenuating circumstances I didn't open it for several weeks. Well, this time they got it half right, but half right is still wrong. The outside frame dimension of the replacement shutter is 31" x 38", which I simply cannot use. The price was very reasonable and the shutter seems nice but it's very disappointing that I spent over $200 and now 6 months of time and still don't have a shutter. I have ordered blinds of various sizes and types many times without issue, but I cannot recommend buying shutters from this company.

    It is difficult to pick as colour online, so we have a somewhat lighter shade than we were looking for, but otherwise it still looks good and we are happy with the shade.
