      Purchased a Stealth Game Camera through Cabela's on 4/5/2025, camera arrived 4/7/2025 and was placed into service on 4/8/2025. Camera's night vision quit working on 4/12/2025. Contacted Customer Support and was run through a couple weeks of testing, changing batteries (although it was powered by Solar and Batteries), changing the ** Card, and Resetting the Camera. Finally I was given a *** Number for a warranty return after supplying the purchase receipt, and photo of the camera. I was also informed that I would have to pay for the Shipping Costs for the Warranty Exchange and supply a Tracking Number. I shipped out the Camera on 5/5/2025 and the Camera was received at the *** Warehouse on 5/8/2025. I was informed that it would take 7 to 10 days for a new camera to be shipped. the Camera has been at the *** Warehouse for 14 days. I contacted **************** and was informed that they dropped the ball and did not place the Sales Order for the new camera to be shipped. I was not informed that they are out of stock and may take an additional 10 business days before the camera ships, and an additional 10 business days to receive the camera. I am almost to the point where I feel like I'm dealing with thieves and liars. So far I'm the only one in this transaction that has any money in the game, maybe that explains why the **************** is such a ********************* I was ready to outfit my Farm with a few more of these Cameras if they panned out, but now, I cannot see doing future business with a company that treats their customers with such contempt. When you take good money for substandard merchandise and then string your customer along, that's contemptuous behavior. Today is 5/21/2025 and still no word from ***. BUYER BEWARE!!!

      Muddy 360 camera *****. I got on the wait list for the Maneuver Cellular Trail Camera in Feb 2025. I was able to purchase it for $99.99 and another $13 for Shipping. I put it out in my food plot, it poured rain (as it does in spring here) and the ** card got wet, the Batteries are soaked and the lens has water on it. Nothing but foggy pictures and it's been inside for 3 weeks and it's still all wet inside. I called GSM outdoors and the lady said "no refund as it's been longer than 30 days" ARE YOU KIDDING ME?? This is the customer service from *****?? Never, EVER, will you get my money again. I CX all my cameras and Command app is done. I changed EVERYTHING over to ******** Mobile. Just awful. Buyer beware!

      Purchased game feeder, assembled did not work, phone calls, emails resulted in refusing to warranty it because it wasn't purchased from a box store. **************** is very difficult to deal with, Company boasts 'America Hunter" when in reality it is a China product and a USA bucket. Sadly I wish I would have read the review of this dishonest company, never would have purchased. Buyer beware

      Their company has a 21 business day refund policy upon receiving the return of a product. I have been fighting since August to obtain a $650 refund, with no success. Woth other reviewers out there showing that they also have been fighting for a refund without success upon returning products, this company is not one for customers to work with.

      Haven't used the service in over a year but they keep charging my credit card like they were relentless I changed information and they're still attempting to charge I had to dispute it with my debit card company and they just won't stop and there's no one to contact and when you do contact them they act like they don't know who you are or what you're talking about it's concerning it's like a scam

      I have their Stealth Cameras and periodically they dont work. I understand technology can be fickle but the issue isnt the cameras themselves, its the lack of customer support. I am paying service on cameras that arent working for two weeks now and their customer service is impossible. If you try to call you just wait around forever with no one answering the phone. If you try social media they maybe respond once every 3-4 days. When the cameras do work they work great but the lack of customer service is the downfall Of this company. Youre better off just throwing your money in the toilet.

      Absolutely worst customer service Ive ever experienced. Called multiple times never getting anyone to answer phone. Finally got to talk to service representative couldnt do a thing for me she didnt ask model number of cell camera issues. Never will I buy another one of there products. Wish I would have looked them up with the Better Business Bureau. Because they dont rate them good at all. CUSTOMER BEWEAR

      Total lack of communication and customer service . Will not honor a replacement for a handgun sight that is faulty through my gunsmith evaluation of the *** pro sight by TRU GLO. Multiple inquiries and lengthy ?? waiting for a response back from customer service. PGS
