    This company took full payment in advance and now are filing for bankruptcy. Do not use them they are still open and stealing money from customers.

    The kitchen remodeling experience offered by Custom Kitchen of Houston was outstanding. Their crew is adept at designing stunning, useful rooms and is meticulous and professional. Every stage, from installation to design, went smoothly. We are ecstatic with our new kitchen and heartily endorse using their services for superior kitchen makeovers.

    BUYER BEWARE!!! On 5/31/2021 we hired Kitchen & Bath Decor & More, 1707 Durham Dr., Houston, TX 77007. Today more than 1 year later, we have yet to receive ANYTHING. We have not received a thing from Kitchen & Bath Decor & More of Houston, TX but ANXIETY and FRUSTRATION. They have been paid in full and have delivered nothing. We are a hard working family that looked forward to a new kitchen and now all we have a $29,000 debt due to Kitchen & Bath Decor & More of Houston, TX. stealing from us. Feel free respond to this for more information and PROOF. I will send you pictures and proof that we have nothing from Kitchen and Bath Decor & More. We are still waiting for our refund due to it being over a year and counting of no response and no delivery. I had to give them one star just to post. They don't deserve that one star

    To any and all consumers, As a small business we strive to exceed our clients expectations and make the experience with our company a great one. While we welcome reviews, good or bad. We ask that as a consumer that has interacted with our company tell the full story and the absolute truth in full transparency. While we appreciate the review, it’s not forthright of what exactly has transpired and it’s misleads other consumers. Nor what exactly transpired with our company. Our client Jason & Karen *****. Located at 17** ******* *** ********* ** ****** Contracted with our company 5/31/21. This response is to inform all parties of our companies several attempts to reconcile with the *****'s without success. We have reached out countless times to set up meetings with the client to schedule installation. The client has been reluctant to follow up because after several weeks under contract they decided they didn't want to continue because we called to verify if she was close by because her meeting time had passed, when we called to confirm Ms. ***** verbally attacked and insulted our staff for absolutely no reason instead of just owning the fact that she had a misunderstanding that the meeting would take place at our office rather then her home because she wanted to go over her design again and perhaps make minor changes to the design which would’ve had to take place in the show room where the software and computer is held. After aggressively demanding to cancel on the phone and calling the staff outside of their names our company simply in a professional manner asked the client to reference their contract which states no refunds will be issued and the contract is non-refundable because all selections and designs were made specifically for their home therefore it is nonrefundable. We are ready, willing and able to perform all items set forth in our contract. It is our only intention to do so. We have made countless attempts throughout the last year, through our financial institution, verbally, and through endless emails to set up install for this client as our company doesn't offer refunds. As we informed the client on several occasions all products are semi custom and ordered for their home exclusively. We have an acknowledged accepted and signed-design that was provided to our company by the client, our company has been out to verify that the cabinets will fit. The client says that no service has been render however there in fact has, cabinets have been verified for Install and they were provided a final design based on their exact requirements. Slabs and backsplash are ready for install pending cabinet install. We have been in receipt of all the *****'s products for several months including Cabinets, Countertop and Backsplash. We ready, willing and able to work amicable with both Karen and Jason ***** as we have always been. We as a company have done nothing other then try to accommodate the *****‘s wishes within our contract in every way shape and form and we're in complete dismay that the *****'s are making such claims when they're well aware that we have tried to reach out countless times. We also have signed copies of contracts, designs and letters that were sent out to the *****'s on several occasions. Furthermore, our company finds it rather peculiar and extremely erroneous that now the *****’s are spinning the story that they’ve wanted delivery of their kitchen when in fact they have done nothing but evade and mislead the financial institution and consumers that in fact they never wanted delivery of the products purchased, their sole goal has been to cancel their contractual responsibilities and we have defended our position, our contracts and financial obligations to do nothing but deliver their product and satisfy our contractual responsibilities. Our company strongly believes in transparency as our company policy. We have the ***** contract along with all correspondence for any consumer to review at their discretion To see our continuous attempts to satisfy The *****‘s contract amicably.
