Just the truth and my experience : I already had a pre-approved loan ready but the dealer would only negotiate the price if I applied for their dealership loan...., the results? The dealership loan offered a higher interest rate and my credit score took a 10 point hit from the unnecessary inquiry...., We ended up using my pre-approved loan anyways. They were unwilling to negotiate the extended warranty so I passed...., about a two weeks later I reconsidered and ask about buying the extended warranty, they raised the extended warranty price an extra $1,700 more (claimed it was policy) but were willing to take off a grand as if they were giving me a deal!? In the end it was still $700 more than the original price so I passed for the second time. Last but not least I Fedex them the down payment on the car in cashier's check format, for about 7-8 hours they could not located the already delivered and signed Fedex package enclosed with the down payment! BMW is a premium brand and a BMW dealership should provide premium service.My experience with BMW at Clear Lake was disappointing and unsatisfactory.Review from Richard W

Advantage BMW of Clear Lake Service Department again have exceeded all hopes and expectations. Fidel ***** and Randy ***** created the ultimate customer experience.They imsure that the work is fast and do the work right. It's not often a service provider of any type impresses me this much. The level of professionalism is astounding. Omar ***** my Service Advisor was able to get all the work completed faster than I expected and everything was done perfectly under his supervision while he showed professional and accommodating understanding of the services my X-5 needed, and getting me back on the road. The technicians appear unqualified to work on diagnosing problems with sensor lights on their vehicles(BMW).Their diagnostic scanner has to be outdated because they let you car sit for days when they replace the sensor and the light is still on.I had my car in service for 27 days and after 4 hours there was a error light that returned. They said it was a different light and kept it another 7 days at a cost of $3250.00.When they said they were giving me a bargain on both prices I didn’t think so when I found my car sitting outside the dealership not being worked on.They said the master mechanic supervisor had to return to figure it out.The car was a 2011 750 Li that was not new technology , so what was so hard about this?No more BMW’s in life, because this was bought new and had 8900 miles and one owner.Imagine buying a car with more miles and several owners.A used BMW is essentially trash !
