My conversation with a representative of the company over the phone was disappointing. The representative was very rude and abruptly ended the call. Although I cannot comment on their work quality, my interaction with the representative has left me with a negative impression of the company. Thus, I would not recommend them to others.

We strive on trying to be the best we can be. From time to time there may be times when we fall a little short. Not that this is an excuse, but this is our busy time of the year. Phones are ringing non stop and sometimes it may feel a little rushed on our calls. For that we certainly do apologize.Review from Dave F

Great people to work with. Service Techs are always friendly, courteous, very thorough in explaining the problems and what corrections are necessary. Have called them for needed lawn sprinkler repairs. They respond quickly. Would recommend them to anyone!Review from Michael Z.

I had Paradise come out because a plumber had messed up the sprinkler lines. They were prompt and very professional and knowledgeable. They quickly repaired the damage. I will always call in them for my irrigation needs. I wholeheartedly recommend them for your irrigation needs as well.Review from Elizabeth J

The technicians were great. The lady answering the phone is rude and aggressive. I was charged more than I was quoted by the technician on a replacement part that was faulty installed when my house was built. I requested a call from the owner and never received one. They install garbage products on these cookie-cutter homes, then overcharge when they're called out to replace them after a couple of years. It's a shady but great business model. The original unit they installed didn't have all the connections tightened, which caused it to ark. I kept my fuel cans for my mower below so I'm very lucky it didn't cause a fire. These people don't care. Use another company.
