      Should get zero. Messed up payments, overcharged, non-responsive to my questions, failure to follow-up on my complaints. Deducted overcharges and never reversed them. The WORST experience and Im still trying to get back my overcharges. Had to tell credit card company to ban them from charging my card any more. Local management totally incompetent.

      I had gotten a membership for 35 dollars a month , I got charged those 35 , 2 times . In a 2 week span . And again in the Same month . Plus the annual fee and now I have to pay 100 dollars for cancellation fee? I have spent over 200 dollars in one month . I have called and I have received no help . I got told different things from 4 different employees and let alone I could not get a hold of the managet for help .i have called more than 6 times . And I have not received either a refund or any other sort of compensation.

      Issues with gym membership, have been taking money from my bank account for about 3 years, I was supposed to receive a refund but NOTHING!

      The manager named Odette at this location is extremely unprofessional toward members. She is also not truthful, she'll say she said something else from what she actually said, I called and spoke with her over the phone over an issue and she hanged up the call. Very unprofessional.

      Worst gym ever. We get my stepson one month a year in the summer. Wanted him to just go to the gym with us for that time since the only other times we get him are every other weekend and we are not always able to go to the gym. I was told there was a great promotion, $4 for that month just needed to cancel by the end of the month. Everything is electronic so I didn't even get a printed version of what I signed, that was definitely my costly mistake. Before the end of the month I had $27 come out of my account. Apparently the information given to me was wrong, the guy was so bad that he had been fired by that time. I tried talking to their new "GM" (the old one was the guy that was fired) who cant actually do anything. They can't even cancel the account, I had to email some random 3rd party. After emailing I got a response back that I would have to pay an additional month plus an ENHANCEMENT FEE (no one ever told me about that) of about $70. Trying to make this short, no one could help me, not at the gym or over the phone. It's a joke of a company. And then the cherry on the top was the last time I went I was told I couldn't use the kids club. I had been using it for well over a year, the then manager (they had gone through at least 3 now) made it to where my health insurance included membership also included the club. The child at the desk was so condescending towards me, smirking and basically calling me a liar that the previous manager would "absolutely not" do that. Horrible employees, Horrible shady sales tactics. Horrible gym. That day I left immediately and have never been back. Now I pay out of pocket for a really nice gym that has clean equipment and DOESNT have loose weights everywhere on the floor. Their GM was the one to help me at the new gym and he went over EVERYTHING with me, every penny that would be charged to me.

      Continues to send me bills months after I've cancelled. I was never in a contract but these frauds continue billing me long after I cancelled in writing and no longer use their services.

      Thieves. Literally just stealing money from me. Two cards on file specifically So I don't have to worry about late fees but they hold my autopayment until it's late. They also refuse to stop charging me, even though I've canceled the membership over two months ago. They also fraudulently signed me up for Personal Training lessons without my knowledge and charged me and extra 160 bucks each month.

      I had a membership with trufit and one time I was approached by a personal trainer and went to one training. I told the trainer about my bad knee and they still demanded a hard workout from me ;therefore I got injured there. I didn't attend for a long time the trainer nor the gym, I still got charged each week for the personal trainer and still am getting charged. I went to speak to them,. They told me Ithat I need a doctors excuse. I didn't go back until month after they told me that. I spoke to the manager and she said she can't remove them or even cancel my membership until I get a doctors excuse or pay the balance. I told them I am an adult. This isn't high school or job to ask for a doctors excuse.
