On November 28, 2022 I thought I was calling McAfee to upgrade my service. I was told that for ****** my McAfee protection would be upgraded and extended for 5 years. I agreed to a charge of ****** to my credit card. However the charge went to MicroPCservice not to McAfee. This company misrepresented themselves. They indicated they were part of McAfee. I called McAfee and they said it was a scam. I would like to have this money refunded.

I had a problem with a supposedly virus in my computer which is protected by Norton Antivirus. I phoned Norton and thought I was talking and using their service. The service was actually ************* that is not even a part of Norton. Micro PC charged me $499.00 and told me I would have Norton Antivirus for 5 years. I come to find out that this was not the case. I now know I was swindled out of my money. I would like to recoup my money if possible. I talk to Norton and they acted like they don't know the company which is a total fabrication. Thank you for anything you can help me with. Emails were sent with no response. Phoned company but was hold.

I had a problem with a virus on my phone which is protected by Norton Antivirus/Lifelock.Norton/Lifelock directed me to go to Micro PC tech. They connected me to them. Micro PC charged me $499.00 and told me I would have Norton Antivirus for 5 years. I come to find out that this was not the case. I don't have anything on my phone to indicate I even have Micro PC. I think I was swindled out of my money. I would like to recoup my money if possible. I talk to Norton and they acted like they don't know the company which is a total fabrication. Thank you for anything you can help me with. All of this transaction was witnessed by my wife on speaker phone.
