      I've been contacted via the mail by this company 3 times now within just 2 months, the last two mail contacts with my name and address upon then are in this attachment. These two were mailed to me just within this month of June 2024. The very first one I'd received was last month in May 2024 From that mail contact, I'd decided to give the company a phone call just to see what this was all about. An African American Male( I am African American as well) answered the in-coming customer service phone call from me, at first, we just calmly discussed what this company's goal was, then when I refused his sales pitch to attempt to sell me a HOME WARRANTY for my home to go along with my regular home owner's insurance, then he flipped and became so very rude, and belligerent over the phone with me. He even yelled at me, when I'd requested no further contact via the **** Mail from them, so, I'd Just hung up the phone on him at that point. He obviously did not heed my demand for no further contact and yet mailed two more sales solicitations to me within one month. I WOULD ONLY LIKE FOR THIS COMPANY TO IMMEDIATELY REMOVE MY NAME AND ADDRESS FROM THEIR DATBASE FOR MAIL OUT! Thank You Very Much, **********************************************

      This business has fraudently obtained my personal information after I refinanced with a different mortgage company. They presented themselves as an official AGENT of ROCKET MORTGAGE AND DEMANDED I PURCHASE A HOME WARRANTY. I investigated them and found them to be fraudulent. I TOLD THEM ON THE PHONE I DID NOT WANT TO BE CONTACTED BY THEM AND TO STOP CALLING. I blocked them on my phone so NOW THEY CONSTANTLY SEND FAKE DUNS TO MY HOME via US Mail.

      This business is sending very deceiving letters to get business. They are not legit. I no longer want letters sent to me from this company.

      Echoing a previous complaint, Mine is the same: "I want this sham company to stop sending me intimidating solicitations, trying to scare me into buying their fake coverage.. I don't appreciate mail with "SECOND NOTICE" or "FINAL NOTICE" stamped in big red letters on the envelope, making it look like I don't pay my bills! I've never done business with them and would not consider them. I don't know why they are sending these to me, but I want it stopped immediately!"Thank you,

      I am being inundated with unsolicited offers via postal mail from this company and I would like them to stop sending mail to my address and remove my address from their database permanently.

      American Home Protect LLC STOP sending me intimidating solicitations, pretending to be my mortgage lender! Envelopes with SECOND and THIRD NOTICE in red ink. This is harassment and a scam, not legitim marketing. I am not interested in your fake coverage, you are trying to take advantage of the people and we are tired of this abuse. I want this to stop immediately! I shouldn't be wasting my time filing claims and calling your phone number.

      Company keeps spamming our household with intimidating "FINAL NOTICE" type letters talking about a lapse in warranty coverage. I have notified the Company in the past to take the house off the contact listing but this has not stopped the many many letters that keep coming to the house

      Harassment, This buisness has been harassing in the US Maill for three years now I hsve never had anything to do with a home warranty scam and never will.

When we removed your name from the mailing list it showed that you should have received your last letter, but sometimes the post office takes longer than expected.       I have been receiving these Notices with Second Notices for a while. I have also contacted this company and their employees are Rude ,unprofessional and dismissive .They do not listen to what you have to say nor pay attention to what you are saying. Called few weeks ago and requested to have all my information deleted from their company and to stop sending me these letters .When I requested to speak to a supervisor, I was transferred to a gentleman called ******* ,who was also very rude and dismissive. I have no desire to do business or to be contacted by your company .Take this as your last warning. I have read all the complaints listed on this page so do not attempt to justify your actions by below.Stand by your advertising which is ridiculous .Lots of complaints about it ************* offer similar services.. Same phone number and company name Some states have approved your mode of advertising which is also ridiculous.There are some consumers you view you letters as harassment ,misleading, predatory, illegal, sham but you have not done anything to change or stop .Do not ask me to ****** your company because I already did and still no interested.I demand you delete my information from your company and stop sending me such letters. I need proof that this has been done . Your attempt to indicate that not all consumers have pervious coverage on the bottom of your letters in small letters while you have indicated policy may expire soon on top pf the letters with SOON in capitals letters is misleading and deceitful. Highlighting that this is your second attempt in bold letters and putting my mortgage lender in capital letters on top of this letters is also deceitful and misleading ,since you have also indicated in small letters at bottom of this letter your company is not affiliated with my current lender.
