      After joining a company that specializes in research and surveys and development by the name of Branded surveys. Which to my knowledge and understanding and research that is owned by Dynata LLC. Which was recently acquired. After completing several surveys my account was deleted purely because I have not had a great experience with this newly acquired sketchy company. That practices discriminatory policies and procedures and also indulges a sketchy platforms which I believe they sell your information as well as stole panel points earn by myself the panelist several times. I will be forced to spend my hard-earned money on filing a small claims court lawsuit.

      I was a panelist of E-rewards opinion panel since 2017 ,I was locked out my account without explanation on May 31 2024 ,so I sent the panel a email stating that I could not log into my account ,finally days later I received a email stating my account was suspended, the panel did not explain why my account was suspended, or for what period of time ,but I learned on the second emailed that I sent to the panel that my account was suspended permanently but could not give me a explanation of why ,and I also had a balance of ****** in my account when my account was suspended that I was told I will not receive a refund for ,I was a very loyal panelist for this company since 2017 and I did everything the same in taking survey since that year so I don't know why I was removed from the panel but most importantly I do not understand why I'm not issued a refund for the balance due in my rewards account .

      This company calls itself Branded Surveys and asks people to take surveys for points that can be used to get things like gift cards at various companies. The company is cheating consumers by having them complete surveys then disqualifying them for 0 to 2 points, delaying compensation for weeks at a time, being dishonest about length of surveys or amount of compensation, failing to provide adequate means of communications with them, and failing to adequately compensate consumers for their time spent on these surveys.

      These clowns keep calling me as late as 9pm despite repeated demands to take me off of their call list. They call at all hours of the day and when I block their number, they simply use a new number to call and harass me.

      Branded Surveys is a company that awards participants for taking their surveys, there are often technical errors which occur after submission of completed surveys. Branded Surveys to be fair has a process in which a participant can flag the surveys they submitted that was not received by them because of a technical error. The process is that a team investigates the issue and then forwards the participant an email explaining in detail what occurred and the disposition of the award of points, these directions are clearly noted in the language within the webpage as well as imbedded in their terms of service.on May 6th, 2024, I submitted a completed survey worth 65 points and a completed survey on May 7th, 2024, worth 105 points. both of these surveys were listed as technical error. A few days later I received a highlight next to the points that the issue was resolved, however I was not granted the points and did not receive the email which is described on their web page a detailed account of what occurred, and the action taken. Some weeks later I sent them a ticket requesting the detailed emails as is indicated on their web page and did not receive a reply. I'm requesting the points that I'm owed for the two finished surveys.Thanks,***

      They are forcing me to use Veriff a company that's not well known, has problems with people's id and was in a lawsuit for stealing biometerics. Veriff should not be trusted, I read other people's complains here on BBB and got a free pass. I sent an email support but they have not respond within 2 days after i told them about not requiring me to signup for Veriff because it's not in the Terms of Conditions or Privacy policy. They have no legal standing when forcing people to use Veriff. The requirement is not enforce at all, I was able to collect money during the 2024 year without Veriff. I see post as far back as 2022 being a thing they started but somehow never once enforce such action for everyone. They should remove the Veriff requirement and they should give me my money.

      My account was deactivated on March 24, 2024, for a reason that is not valid. I complete the surveys honestly and read each question very carefully but I was still banned. I would like my account to be reactivated.Also, I still had points that I earned that I need to have redeemed. I earned those points so it's only fair to cash it out to my PayPal. My request is for Branded Surveys to pay me the amount I earned of $8.12. I uploaded an image of the payout which shows 812 points which equates to $8.12.

      I have been a long time R-Rewards survey taker. I have over $1300 earned credits and cannot access the account. I have messaged multiple times and only received 1 reply. In my message I clearly stated that I cannot login to the account. I ask to have a code sent and no code is sent for password reset. I also clearly stated that I have checked my spam box for the code. I have enabled cookies, made sure they werent blocked,cleared my cache etc to see if I could get a code, to no avail. The only response I received was asking me if I checked spam, which I had already told them and to forward my email address and birthdate to them, which I did and no one responded back after following that direction. I messaged again and no one responded. I called **************** in *****. They took my information and no one called me. I have $1300 in the account which is years of surveys. I was saving for retirement and now I want access and no body helps **** never had an issue with E-Rewards until now. I greatly appreciate help in accessing my credits.

      I am rejecting this response because:   I have tried the accessing my account by changing my email address and resending the code to reset password,to no avail. Perhaps they good assign a temporary password and ***** can change once I login as other websites do? I also have checked spam/ junk blockers,cleared history etc and I am not able to log in.

      I have reviewed the business response and accept this resolution. I want to add that a person by the name of ******* helped tremendously with a resolution. She fixed the login issue and got me all my credits in a payout. A big thank you to her! She is a gem.
