Unsolicited calls at all hours of the day with no voicemail or supporting information explaining why this company is calling me. I will be pursuing unlisting my phone number. Dynata have disturbed and interrupted my daily activities on times which are absolutely ridiculous. If I don't answer, and you don't leave a message as politely provided by my voicemail message I believe this borderlines on phone line harassment. I sincerely wish you and your employees the worst of luck in your business ventures. Please stop contacting me. This is ridiculous business practice. If this is legal I have half a mind to find where the employees live and advertise my business by knocking at their door and calling everyone they know at any hour of the time to advertise and gain information for my business. These people call me night and day. I've blocked their number but they call from multiple numbers, I have opted out several times but calls still keep coming. They wake me up at night, so frustrating, how do I make it stop?Business Response

I have been actively using their survey website Opinion Outpost for years now. Today, I was unable to log in. It kept telling me my information was incorrect. I contacted them about it and they told me I was suspended due to their system detecting account violations. They didn't tell me what the violations were, so I have no clue what their system even thinks I did wrong, but I've been correctly using their site for years to earn a little extra money. I've put a lot of time into it. It's ridiculous for them to suddenly suspend me with no reasoning at all and not even bothering to let me know, I had to contact them to find out what even happened.Business Response

Without my consent i keep getting called by dynata. I know they are a scam and i never allowed them to call me or have my number. They have called alot over the past couple of months and i truly believe anyone who calls you without having consent to your phone number should be arrested.Business Response

They have banned my account. They lied and said that I violated the terms when I haven't. I want my account reinstated. I haven't done anything wrong and I support my family with the money from this app. We work very hard on the surveys and being I support my family with this app I make SURE to NOT violate the terms.Business Response

This market company came through rather ************************** where you do surveys for compensation. I was invited to a survey study where they come wcompensate $10, but never received it. contacted them several times, but they repeatedly say someone will contact you in 24 hours, but we haven't got past that point, still waiting on the compensation, such a scam. I have been a member of the survey panel "e-rewards" for years. Last week I went to the site to log in and do surveys like I did every day and could not log in. I tried changing my password numerous times but nothing was working . I finally gave up and waited until the next day and tried again. Same results. So I emailed the site and told them . After about 3 days they emailed me back and told me my account had been suspended because of account violations with no explanation of what they were. The problem I have with this , besides feeling betrayal after so many years of being a member is that I have quite a few points that I earned that I can turn into gift cards and obviously their intentions are not to let me have them. I earned those taking many surveys and I believe it is unethical not to give me my points. At this point after expressing this to them , they have quit responding to me . They call multiple times a day even though I've opted out. Never opted in but hey. Now the opt out line is not available and their agents don't actually put you on the do not call list when ********'s maddening that they call just few hours apart 5 to 6 days a week. So 10 to 12 times I have to deal with this a week.The website throws an IP address error when attempting to contact them that way. They leave for room for resolution, so now I call the back 12 times a day to show the agents what it feels like to have their time wasted. If this complaint doesn't stop them the I guess the *** and *** may need to ne involved. Just want them to stop.Business Response

They will not stop calling, despite being asked multiple times to stop. They also call from multiple spoofed numbers ******************-204-1575, ************, ************, ************, ************ etc), making it more difficult to block. All I'm asking is that they remove my information from their database and stop calling.Business Response
