      On Jan. 2022, I received a debt collection notice from Lockhart, Morris, and Montgomery, Inc, stating that as of 1-05-2022 , I owed a debt to CRST in the amount of $2,702. However, This account was previously disputed with CRST and removed from my collections on my credit reports. Why is this company trying to charge me again over an account that was previously disputed and resolved? I am not liable for an account that was resolved and removed from my credit report from the Original Debt collector? Now this 3rd party debt collector is trying to charge me again over an account that was resolved and closed long before this new collections agency bought the debt out. I would like Lockhart, Morris and Montgomery, Inc. to please remove me from their debt collection list and remove any account reflecting this from my credit report.

      This company has placed a collection on my credit report in violation of the Fair Credit Reporting Act. I have never heard of nor do I owe any money to this company. They have never contacted me nor have I received any correspondence at all from this company. They have put a collection in the amount of $2600 on my credit report for education that I do not owe. There has been no documentation sent to me validating this debt nor do I owe any outstanding debts. My credit report says the original creditor is CRST international from 2018. I do not owe this company any money as the company was sued due to their business practices and forced to agree to a settlement. The company has since refunded funds they have no right to collect they took the collection off my consumer report then put it back on This collection agency has added this fraudulent debt to my credit report 4 YEARS LATER without contacting me in anyway or giving me a chance to validate whether or not I owe this debt. This is a violation of my FCRA rights and I would like this fraudulent debt removed from my credit reports. This is an outright attempt to collect a debt that is not owed through unscrupulous means. A settlement has been reached in a class action lawsuit against CRST International, Inc. and CRST Expedited, Inc. The settlement is on behalf of all individuals who have participated as contract drivers in CRST's Driver Training Program at any time between December 22, 2013, and December 31, 2020. I already reached out to them but still now there were no responses also sent disputes to the Credit Bureaus.

      This collection agency reported to the 3 credit bureau an outdated collection account on 1-26-2022 . The original account was for emergency room services on 2-22-2017. According to Illinois law unwritten contracts which a medical bill is classified the statue of limitations is 5 years. Not only is the debt over 6 years old this agency posted as new to credit bureaus. Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA) they have violated this, committing fraud and harassment. I have asked this to be removed with the collection agency and the credit bureaus, so far nothing has happened.       All of a sudden, without warning, a collections account from this company was placed on my Experian and Equifax reports. I received no correspondence from this company by letter or phone. As a result, I had no opportunity to dispute this debt, which is unlawful under the Fair Debt Collection Act § 809 (a). Under Federal law, a letter must be sent informing the individual of the alleged debt, as well as providing information on the alleged original creditor as well as providing the individual the opportunity to dispute. I never received such a letter. I see other complaints regarding this company asserting the same. To make matters worse, I do not owe the alleged amount, it was already paid and I have record of the same. This is unlawful and the collections account put on my reports is fraudulent. I would like these collections accounts removed.

      On Feb. 2022, I received a debt collection notice from Lockhart, Morris, and Montgomery, Inc, stating that as of 9-11-19, I owed a debt to Florida hospital of 773.51. However, This account was previously disputed with Florida Hospital and removed from my collections on my credit reports. Why is this company trying to charge me again over an account that was previously disputed and resolved? I am not liable for an account that was resolved and removed from my credit report from the Original Debt collector? Now this 3rd party debt collector is trying to charge me again over an account that was resolved and closed long before this new collections agency bought the debt out. I would like Lockhart, Morris and Montgomery, Inc. to please remove me from their debt collection list and remove any account reflecting this from my credit report. The reference number given to me was #XXXXXXXX.

      this company is trying to collect money from me which I have never owed, I have no contract with original creditor that I am going to pay this amount of more than 8000$. they have forged my signature and now wanting me to pay them money. They originally creditor tricked me promising job after they training but I never get the job and made me to quite the job during the training. You pay for a goods or services that you recieve. I see now because of this there is derogatory remarks in my credit reports. I will ever never be in a position to pay this amount which they have tricked me in and faked under my name.I kindly ask ******* to remove this faked debt derogatory remarks from credit report.

      I have been violated by this debt collector as a consumer. I received a letter from this company to collect on a medical alleged debt. I sent a letter to the company to validate the debt. The company never responded until I filed a CFPB complaint. Seem like this company only respond to complaints. In the complaint response the company advised me that the creditor was unable to provide the requested validation information. The company said they removed my information from their system. I sent the company an affidavit of truth and my invoice for violating me pursuant to 15 USC 1692K. (See attachment). I also reached out to Brian V******* the VP of operations via phone and email. No response. I filed another complaint with the CFPB, and they marked it as a duplicate. On 03/07/2022 I will send my final invoice & Notice of default. After that if the company still fail to pay invoice, I will pursue legal action. Account #XXXXXXXX
