I am writing to express my disappointment with the service I received from this dealership. I purchased a used vehicle from them, but I was not given the opportunity to test drive it. The salesperson was frequently absent, and I was left waiting for a considerable amount of time. After completing the purchase, I discovered that the vehicle had an oil leak, after the fact, which I believe the dealership was aware of prior to the sale. I took the vehicle to a service station, where I was informed that they were two to three weeks behind on repairs, leaving me without vehicle I do not have a drivers license to get into a loaner or rental. The dealership advised me to take the vehicle to an ASE-certified professional for repairs under warranty. However, the issue persists, and I am still stranded. I have tried to contact the dealership, but they have been uncooperative, and I had a heated argument with a representative named ******. , I called numerous times,I eventually spoke with a general manager, but I am still uncertain about how to resolve this situation. I strongly advise others to avoid purchasing from this dealership due to their poor service and lack of accountability!!!!!!!!They only cater to affluent individuals with 2021 and higher vehicles who have good credit, while middle-class individuals like us are often relegated to waiting 2 to 3 weeks or even months for servicesReview from Sheila O

Even speaking to the service manager didnt help the situation. I had booked a pile change appointment from days in advanced and for me to come to find out they didnt have record of it . Didnt get an apology nor the proper customer service for this type of mistake if the appointment system doesnt work or yall dont check it often to know and keep up w scheduling say that !Ancira Winton Chevrolet Response

Ancira Workshop is using a Machine that when you drive in Show you need a Alignment that is totally bogus, these machines are only there to rip off the customers and should be banned. After this experience with this dealer ship and all I would recommend everyone to avoid this dealership they are only out to fraud you. My Truck only has 16K on it with extended Warranty and prepaid service so to cheat you they lie to you and charge you for things not needed./When I bought the truck, and they took it to make ready it already showed it need an alignment and they said the machine doesn't work right anyway.I will also be filling a complaint at Chevy.com about this dealer.Ancira Winton Chevrolet Response

Our drive on tire tread/ alignment machine is a proven and accurate way of detecting alignments and tire tread wear that could lead to bad tire conditions now and in the future. I bought a used 2018 ********** in July 2021, paid entire cost in full with a cashiers check of $22k. Was told an extended warranty would be wise so I bought a 2 year warranty. The salesman failed to indicate there was a serious transmission problem. After 2 years with my car the salesman called me to ask if my car was working well. At that time it was working well. Then six months later it started jerking while driving & on take off. So the salesman knew the car had a serious transmission problem & failed to disclose it. I called the salesman about ******* said to take it to ********** dealer. If I knew that I had to have it fixed by another dealer I would bought the warranty directly from ********** dealer instead. After scheduling a *********** available, ********** ran diagnostic & said the transmission was shot/no good & had to be completely replaced with a new one for $11,100. So the car only lasted 3 years. Money down the drain. I took the car to a transmission specialist who also did diagnostic & he agreed with **********s diagnostic report. Im a senior citizen & have issues memory issues like millions of elderly people. I had a right to be informed of all mechanical issues. I shouldnt have to ask. The salesman took advantage of me & abused my civil rights as a senior citizen. The salesman took advantage of me cause of my age. Im an honest person & trusted that a well known huge corporation would hire honest people. I believed & trusted the salesman was being honest. And he took advantage of my trust. He had no respect for me. He merely wanted to get rid of the **********. I called the Ancira location & left a message. I received a text stating someone would get back to me & no one has. That was a week ago. I had to sell the car as is for pennies. I couldnt wait for Ancira to grow a conscience. Ancira Winton Chevrolet isnt an honest & respectful corporation. Good morning, *****************. I have read your complaint, and I am sorry for the transmission issue that you had with your vehicle. I see that you purchased your vehicle back in 2021 and purchased a two-year warranty on it as well. I do not feel that it is fair to say that we sold you a bad vehicle, and that we knew that the transmission was bad, *****************. You did drive the vehicle for 3 years before having any issues at all. If we sold you a vehicle with a bad transmission, then I feel that it would have broken on you much sooner than 3 years down the road. Also, with it being 3 years later, your 2-year warranty had expired and thus the reason that it was not covered under the warranty. This is for the service at ANCIRA CHEVROLET. I purchased a motor ,which I thought was new 2 years ago and is still covered under warranty and have been having problems since. Had to purchase parts that should have been covered and then more problems after going back a second time to find out I now need a catalytic converter after tech didn't plug in two coils and now alhas a metal noise coming from catalytic converter which was not there when I dropped of the first time. I have been trying to get ahold of service manager only to get run around with NO phone or email.Review from Olga T.

I purchased a used vehicle on January 19, 2022 and the salesperson (***) assured me the car had been fully serviced and ready for me to bring it home. Two months later (April 17, 2022) I took the car for new tires because I could see the wires. The man who replaced my tires told me the car needed an alignment and that was the reason why the tires were worn off more from one side which was the side where the wires were visible.I called the salesperson (***) and explained what they had told me at the tire shop and told *** that I was under the impression the car had been serviced before selling it to me. *** then told me he would have to talk to his manager/director to see if they could reimburse me for the amount I was going to have to pay to get the alignment done. Two days past and I didnt hear from ***. I messaged him and he told me his manager/director had been out but would get back to me when that person would return to work. Two days after I heard nothing from *** again so I reached out to him and hes reply was that the mama/director had said there was nothing they could do because two months had passed since I had purchased the car. At this point I was very upset and disappointed and told him that it was not right for them for them to be selling vehicles not working properly. His last reply to me was Im just a salesperson.I will seek legal advice for this matter and I thank God for protecting me and not letting those tires ?? blow out on me.????Last but not least.. I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE!!!????
