The company is one of the worst companies I have dealt with. Is like all the ***s are there just for a paycheck. No dedication no respect. They talk over you and they dont want to hear you out. Friday the 30th of this month which was May 2025 for the first time I talk to a *** that was joyful. She was a great professional and knew her work. She listen and didnt speak over me. She was great. Hope she dont leave Ovation because this company struggles to get good people. I would be happy for her if she did leave. She deserves better Anyways just want to congrats Ms. ***** ****** Thanks for making my day.

I am very disappointed because they will not provide me with a statement each month. Every time I ask for my balance it keeps getting extended. I would like to be provided with all my paperwork.Ovation Lending

1 starI use this company for my tax properties I was behind on. My in law had missed some payments and we werent aware of it. Not until they came to serve me with a foreclosure. I asked them for documents about late payment notices. They said they sent one out and the six months. They never contacted us by email or phone. They also never sent certified mail. When I called to make them aware of the fact that they had not made me aware of the late payments. They had just serve me with a foreclosure. The lady literally said was someone knew these payments were due because someone was paying on it. The thing is, we didnt know. And thats why our house is in foreclosure. They refused to tell me anything about late payment notices because they probably never did send any. They refuse to prove that they did also. Do not use this company unless you have no other option. Even then, be scared that if you fall behind, they wont serve you with a late payment notice they will just simply serve you with a foreclosure.
