Called 5 times today and verified as much information as possible 4 to 5 times and they still needed more,, 2 of the calls the guest couldn't even find the information i submitted. I was on the phone with them from 11:03am EST to 3:48pm EST. The worst experience ever..Review from Justina B

I got approved for 1700 for a lease to own phone plan. The phone, case, and screen protector all costed $679.97. The lease to own cost is $931.56. The subtotal is ******** $. Taxes $112.71 Im paying all together $1,724.23 for an almost $700 purchase.Please explain how their interest and fees are more than the phone itself? And why the heck big companies like Lowes, Cricket (the phone company I used) and so many other places are using this loan shark type business. I trusted this company and now Im screwed out of money I barely have. I pay $69.76 TWICE a month for 12 months. If you cant afford something and they have this company as their payment plan just go somewhere else honestly. Save yourself credit dropping, and waste of moneyReview from Alexis A

Yall double charge customers left and right and are used with mattress firm. Ill be calling to dispute because never once have I agreed to do two payments a month. Especially manipulating a pregnant woman for more money out of my pocket used for expenses. Yall are disgusting and disrespectful.Review from Danielle F

This company is complete dogshit. I have to do all the calling for my boyfriend's bills and somehow they are allowed to use my bank account info on his account but I'M not authorized on the account. Not allowed to even know how much the is left on the loan to make a final payment FROM MY ACCOUNT. Zero stars. Will not recommend this company to anyone. Scammy vibes. They give you 90 days to pay the loans off before charging any interest but won't even tell me when the money is due by. If they were that legit they would not have let me use my bank account information to get a loan approved for my boyfriend.Review from Kay E

I created this account because of Kay Jewelers. I was told that if I paid it off in 90 days I would only pay the amount of the jewelry. This was incorrect information. I paid almost double in four months. The people at Kay tell you that if you pay it off in 90 days or 180 days you will not pay any interest. This isn't true. I will never use this service again. I purchased some furniture from a place called Price Busters Furniture. The total sum of furniture that I purchased was $1129.28. And I noticed that money seemed to be coming out of my account unusually. So I called the company yesterday to see how much I had to pay on my furniture and the customer service rep ******* notified me that it was $1461.47. So I asked her if that for total of the lease or in addition to that. She said that it was in addition to my purchase. So I asked her if it seemed right if I paid a thousand for something and lease and they add almost two thousand to the total price was that fair...and she couldn't answer. So I immediately called my bank and stopped payment. This company is a scam company and shouldn't be allowed to be used by anyone and they should be sued for unfair business practices.Review from Kaidon B

I went to cricket to buy a phone an iPhone. They ended up talking to me into finiance the phone which the phone is 900. This was back in September 2023. And I just received a phone call and email stating they want $2,000 now for this phone. There trying to get me to do a buy out of the amount of $1,300 if I pay them right now. First off for the iPhone I purchased is definitely not $2,000 and second every time I call them to work this out there rude and most of the times dont want to answer there phones. And now I dont know what to do cause Im not paying $2,000 for the iPhone 9 and now there probably gonna put this on my credit
