      I used this company to lease 2 phone through cricket and I read the whole contract and it clearly states that I have a 90 day interest free loan which Ive payed 800 as of today. Today I called to asked how much I still owe and they told me 4000!!!! From 1800 that I was approved for it jumped to 4000! I asked why and they told me cause I was in a 12 month plan and when I said I still have 45 more days for the ************************************************* that I needed to change my payment to the 90 day and when I asked if the 800 Ive payed will be deducted from the 1800 and they said no that that money was lost after I make the change to the 90 day plan. This is a totally fraudulent company and please NEVER NEVER sign up with them!

      progressing leasing is the worse i have been told many times different amounts that are due they keep coming to my house and blowing up my phone they want me to pay 2400 for two phones that's not right dont use this comany

      I am an active-duty member of the ***********************. Under the Servicemembers Civil Relief Act (SCRA), I am legally entitled to maintain my Alaska residency while stationed in *****When I applied with Progressive Leasing, I provided:My valid Alaska state drivers license,My military ID,My Leave and Earnings Statement (LES), which clearly shows ****** as my state of legal residence.Progressive Leasing refused to accept both my Alaska license and my military ID. I was told directly that their system would not process my application unless I provided an Iowa ID. This refusal effectively prevents me, and other servicemembers like me, from accessing Progressive Leasings services when exercising our residency rights under federal law.This policy disregards SCRA protections and has a discriminatory effect on servicemembers. It also conflicts with the principles of the Equal Credit Opportunity Act (ECOA), which prohibits unfair or unequal treatment in credit transactions. By denying valid documentation, Progressive Leasing created an unfair barrier for military ************ a result, I was denied access to needed financial services, incurred stress and wasted time, and was placed at a financial disadvantage.

      Progressive Leasing, LLC has been the worst experience, I have ever had with a company. I applied and was approved for $2,000, When I tried to check out online, I kept getting denied. Not understanding why because my total was only $1,640 very frustrated, I called their customer service, which was a jacked up deal. I gave him my information to pull up my account, after he did, i ask why it keep delaying my purchase he said hold on let me check after about 5 minutes, he returned and said that I exceeded my limit I ask how did I do that when my approved limit was $2,000, The representative had no explanation for the denial and only told me that I was eligible to reapply. I refused to do that being they had already took $84 out of my bank account for the initial payment. He said well it will be refunded but no telling how long it will be before it is returned, I stated very firmly it will be a fraudulent charged filed when my bank opens back up the next business day, if we can not resolve this matter. At this point, I was beyond frustrated. I got firm with my tone of voice and he stated he would not continue this call i said i want to speak to a supervisor he said it will be 30 minutes and one would call me back. I said absolutely NOT and said this is a BIG RED FLAG for me. He keep trying to end the phone call I said absolutely F'kn NOT, so now my concern is that they have all my personal information and access to my bank account. When i go on the website or the app and try to access my information it tells me there is no account associated with my information. This representative deleted my application approval that was done today and blocked me from accessing my virtual card, I am seriously considering taking legal action against this company if I experience any fraudulent activity or a leak of my personal information.

      I will never use them again. I'm in the process of sending my merchandise back cause they keep telling me I'm behind on my payment's. All because I have payed early. I argue with them every week. They said since I moved my pay date now I'm behind.

      Progressive Leasing, LLC has been the worst experience Ive ever had with a company. I applied and was approved for $2,200 through Best Buy, intending to purchase equipment for my business. However, when I tried to check out online, I kept getting denied. Frustrated, I called their customer service, which was an ordeal in ******* was on hold for over 45 minutes. When I finally spoke to someone, I was told I needed to verify my information. I thought, Okay, I can do that. I sent in all my personal information and waited a whole week, only to be denied again. I was utterly confused. The representative had no explanation for the denial and only told me that I was eligible to reapply.Despite my hesitation, I decided to give it another shot. This time, they asked me to verify my information again and fill out a bank verification form to access funds from my account. At this point, I was beyond frustrated. Why do they need more information? I asked the representative multiple times if I would be approved this time, and they assured me I would be. I spent an entire day going to my bank to get that form filled out and promptly sent the requested information back to Progressive Leasing.But guess what? I called them again, and once more, I was denied. This is a BIG RED FLAG for me! Ive heard that rejection is Gods protection, and after reading countless negative reviews, I truly believe it. My biggest concern now is that they have all my personal information and access to my bank account. Im seriously considering taking legal action against this company if I experience any fraudulent activity or a leak of my personal information. This whole situation feels incredibly fishy. I cannot trust a company that requests sensitive information just to deny me afterward. I'm upset, worried, and feeling completely powerless right now. How can they operate like this?

      Boost Mobile used Progressive Leasing for my phone. I was told upfront I would only be paying the $8/month for the next three years to pay off a phone. That I wouldn't pay interest. The first amount due to me was $137 and it said I would pay a total of $2k for it. They mislead everything. They don't even have the item listed in the lease agreement. It is terrible business practice.

      Ive used progressive leasing before and was "approved" for 2300 for another purchase. I get down to the store, make my deposit and get a waiting on delivery message and cant continue. They need to verify my identity. Get all the documents sent In and it took them TWO months to tell me I was declined because they could not verify who I was after sending my bank statements, license etc over. What a scammy company. I am telling everyone I know not to use them

      I have used Progressive Leasing for a few years now and have never had a problem with them until now. I did a lease agreement on March 1st. However, changed my mind and cancelled it the same day. I submitted the cancellation from the store to Progressive. I followed up with them approximately a week and a half later to see the status and was told I needed to give it 7 - 10 business days. I followed up again and was referred to another department and to give it 5 days. I followed up a week and a half later and this time requested to speak with a supervisor, the person said they could help, giving this the benefit of the doubt went through the entire thing again and this time was told that it normally takes 4 weeks for them to process it. Already annoyed I called again on the 4th now a month later and again asked to speak with a supervisor and was told they could help, advised that this has been a month now and I'm still getting the run around. She advised that she is submitting it to the investigations department and they would be able to get to the bottom of this. It is now the 12th and I'm still waiting. Needless to say they have lost my business. I live on Social Security and live from check to check I cannot afford to just leave the initial down payment go down the drain. I am now submitting a complaint to the Better Business Bureau this is absolutely ridiculous and people shouldn't be treated like this. No one wants to take responsibility or go above and beyond or follow through to make sure the customer is being taken care off and keep a long time customer. Very unfortunate.
