      On Aug. 19,2021, I purchased Solar Panels from a company called Decatur. This company went bankrupt and was purchased be Lumio with the understanding that Solar panel purchased from them would remain covered and the 35 year warranty cover as with Decatur. I have attempted several time to reach a Lumio representative at ************. I left messages with no response. Please assist me in getting in contact with this company.

      I purchased solar through Lumio in 2022. This solar company went bankrupt (according to a search) in Nov 2024. I was not notified, and have been unable reach anyone at Lumio. I have a panel that is not working. I use an Enphase App to monitor the system, and it has a customer service number so I called it. A man answered and said I had already called it in and a new panel is on the way. He started acting more suspicious and pushy about me already calling it in, so I hung up, he called me back from a different number and I blocked it. It appears that I have been left hanging here, especially seeing the F grade and no customer resolutions. What can I do? I am sure some company bought them out.

      We purchased solar panels through Lumio after pressure was placed on us by the salesmen. They came to our door 3 separate times, and after being fed up with telling them we weren’t interested, we decided to hear them out. They laid out a full estimate showing us how we would be paying less with the solar loan and panels producing for us than we were paying on our current electric bill. They falsely claimed that the resale value of our house would be increased, as solar panels would be sought after. We have not seen a net decrease in our bill, and we are now struggling to sell our house for full value as people are leery of solar. I have tried contacting the company for a resolution and have heard no response. We would be fine with them fully removing the system and excusing the remainder of our loan, however it seems that they have filed for bankruptcy due to misleading other consumers.

      My solar panels Don't worked as promised. Did not even give me my contract papers nothing they said was true what they told me only works 50 percent.

      I have tried contacting lumio solar for months. The phone line puts you on hold for hours, the customer service emails bounce back as un-deliverable. The solar panels they put on aren’t producing the outage they promised. They won’t come service the panels not working. They won’t fix the hole they made in the roof in which I had to seal myself after installation. They will not send me the agreement/ contract. This was a predatory company that is currently in a class action lawsuit. My monthly bill keeps going up and up every month. Please come take these janky made solar panels and cancel my account.

      I have been trying to get a hold of lumio, the solar power company to have them reinstall a microinverter that went out on my existing panel system. I have been calling for a week straight. Every time I call which is every 20mins on the hour everyday. The phone keeps saying that we Are unavailable at the moment please leave a message and will get back to you. I also tried to send an email Several times to their Website that they have listed and every time I receive an email back saying message blocked invalid email address.

      I have been trying to contact Lumio Solar panel company by phone and email with absolutely no response. My solar panels were installed in 2022 and after some inspection by roofing companies, the solar panels have damaged my roof. I'm having leaking into my home when it rains and I'm afraid if i don't get this under control my roof will soon be completely destroyed. the contact number I have been trying to reach them is ###-###-#### and have emailed [email protected] with no luck. please help!

      10/22/2022 - sign paperwork11/17/2022 - lumio says installation complete 04/03/2023 - first payment 326.31 04/18/2023 - Lumio still making service calls getting array up and running (mapping)04/19/2024 - mosaic payment jumps to 462.29 05/03/2024 1/3rd of array quits working 06/26/2024 - reach out about array not working - no response 07/16/2024 - again reach out about array not working - no response 08/05/2024 - state I will quit paying unless array is fixed 09/01/2024 - mosaic (not Lumio) responds promising someone will reach out 09/05/2024 - Lumio states they working on getting someone out to us - no more communication 09/04/2024 - Lumio files for bankruptcy 10/14/2024 - Lumio says they can’t help and tell us to hire someone ourselves 10/28/2024 - I stop payment to mosaic

      I want the loan cancelled with mosaic and the solar array removed in a manner that does not damage my roof which was new when the panels were installed.

      I have been trying to contact lumio solar for months, I've sent a email and tried calling the number provided for assistance by them and I got sent straight to voice-mail everytime. The sales representative stopped responding to me. I've been needing a itemized billing invoice to apply for the solar tax credit they said I will be able to get to help pay off the solar panels, but without it I can't get the certificate and without the certificate I cant get through tax credit to help pay them off.

      In October of 2022, a Lumio sales rep came to my home to try to convince me to purchase solar panels. I was told by the salesman that not only would purchasing solar panels benefit the environment, but that I would also ultimately save money on my monthly utility costs and have a more predictable monthly bill. I was told that the panels would have a 25 year full warranty, that my monthly bill would never change, and that the number of panels being installed would be more than enough to offset all of my energy usage with some to spare. After several months of the panels being in use, I was still paying an electric bill of $150 or more on top of the payment for the solar panels. I reached out to the representative and was told that “some months generate more energy than others” and to give it time. By this point, it was already too late to terminate the contract. In April of 2024, we had a severe hale storm and several of my panels were shattered. Since then, they have been underproducing. I reached out to Lumio via the Enphase application and after several weeks, a technician was sent out to evaluate the damage. He came out, agreed that the panels were shattered, and then left. I never heard another word from anyone on behalf of Lumio, Enphase, or anyone else affiliated with them regarding warranty repairs or next steps. During this time, my monthly payments also went up another $100 per month due to not meeting the minimum pay down requirements set forth in the contract. Again, this is despite the sales rep advising me in person that my payments would “never” change. I have been attempting to get someone to respond to my numerous attempts at contact. I have made my payments each month on time and in full, but have yet to hear anything back from Lumio, Enphase, or any of their other affiliates. I am still paying twice a month in energy related costs than I was before I was swindled into this contract. All I want is to be let out of this awful contract.
