1 starBad company with terrible service. They are rude, unkind, no one smiles and they even threatened me that they'll get me off the plane bcs I kindly explained that my carry on, which should be allowed and is THE ONLY REASON I TOOK THIS FLIGHT, contains fragile art ,so I cannot check it and need it with me. After yelling at me, insisting that I must check it, letting me be on the floor , emptying my carry on to my backpack, threatening and humiliating me, I arrived at my seat to discover that the bin above my seat AND the one near it, were completely empty. Called costumer service. They only said "sorry", but wouldn't compansate me in any way. I WON'T FLY WITH JETBLUE AGAIN. I WILL NEVER AGAIN FLY WITH A COMPANY WHO ALLOWS ATTENDANTS TO TREAT COSTUMES LIKE ENEMIES. Remember, without us, the costumers, you guys don't exist. I fly very often and after 40 years of flying, I WILL NEVER AGAIN FLY WITH THIS TERRIBLE COMPANY. N BTW, smiles are free JetBlue, but non of your workers ever smile. It feels like punishment, like army atmosphere with many stiff rules, not like I'm going on vacation. DON'T LET JETBLUE RUIN YOUR VACATION!!! For me for sure, NEVER AGAIN!Last time I flew, they did it to a mother with a 2ish yrs old with her. I was saved, but felt so bad for her. This time it was me. They sell a flight "with carry on", and at the gate they harass people WHO PAID FOR CARRY ON, to check it, even when people try to explain it creates a problem. You've lost me. 1 starJetBlue does not care about their customers. We were to return from ********** to *******. We experienced a 2.5 hour delay before boarding - no big deal. We then sat on the plane at the gate for 3 hours, but had not departed. We were de-planed and told a later time for take off. That flight was pushed back but then cancelled. We were rebooked for noon the next day. We received another flight cancellation notice. However, this time the email stated: "After an extensive search, we have not been able to secure an alternate JetBlue flight to your final destination within the next 24 hours" and we were on our own to find a flight home. They were only going to refund us the original flight price ($2500 for 4 of us). However, to find a flight within the next 48 hours was impossible for JetBlue. We had to go with another airline. The cheapest we could find was $5700. We requested a refund of the difference in the overages caused by their delay ($3500), but since we went on another airline (because JetBlue had zero availability), they hold no responsibility for their flight cancellation. In speaking with a manager, the manager informed me that their policy is to work with other airlines to get all the passengers home, however JetBlue did not do this for us, as we found 4 same day flight options. It is my belief that they knew the cost was more than double and they chose to wipe their hands clean of the cost. I have been in similar cancellation situations with other airlines and those airlines have worked with me on compensation. JetBlue refused. Additionally, they require 'line item' detail on any food / taxi costs incurred from the cancellation. None of the receipts we go were line-itemed, and I didn't know to ask for those receipts (as other airlines will take your credit card statements or receipt total for proof.) After hours of back and forth, all we were reimbursed was $76 for the 4 of us, over an extra 2 days of meals. FLYER BEWARE.Review fromClarissa M

1 starThere was a woman named ******** at the end of the gate near the entrance of the plane, and she was extremely rude, and very nastily told me my bag was too full, when it indeed was not and I made sure it fit the requirements. I even tested the weight and size in the little testers in the lobby of the airport. She took my bag and checked it, and was very unfriendly. Made the rest of my flight very upsetting as I knew I was singled out unnecessarily.Review fromPhilip F

1 starJetBlue lost my bags for 3 daysthen gave me a 6-month credit that expired before I could use it Im extremely frustrated with how JetBlue handled a recent issue. I flew with them on a 4-day golf trip, checked my bags 1.5 hours before departure, and somehow they failed to load them onto the flight. As a result, I was without all of my belongings for 3 out of the 4 days, including my golf clubswhich didnt arrive until after I had already left.I had to spend a significant amount of money buying clothing and golf gear just to get through the trip. JetBlue eventually issued me a travel credit, but it expired after only 6 months, not the 12 I expected. Because of work and personal obligations, I wasnt able to fly within that timeframeand now the credit is useless.I tried working with customer service, but they were unhelpful. Ive reached out to JetBlue execs, and Im also posting this here to ask:Has anyone else had luck getting an expired JetBlue credit reinstated?Also, is this 6-month expiration a standard policy now? 1 starI just wanted to write and say that you guys have to be the worst airline and your reviews show it. I was stranded at *********** from Sunday at 9am to Monday at 11am (over 26 hours) with all flights grounded. I bought two tickets to try and get home to my sister who had a miscarriage while on a cruise ship . I bought a JetBlue ticket to ********* and a Delta ticket to SLC . I bought your ticket same day & tried to cancel same day and you would not allow a ************* customer service people are not compassionate. I lost $293.29 from you guys that I needed to be able to see my sister and get home TO ***. The only reason I bought a ticket from you from *** to ***** is I was so desperate I was willing to drive from ***** to SLC. Delta was so compassionate and offered me a full same day refund back to my card and even helped me find a new connecting flight . You guys are awful and need to be way more clear on your 24 Hour Cancellation policy its a false advertisement and not clear when you press purchase all it says is 24 hour guarantee I will never fly with you guys especially due to your treatment and no compassion for a medical emergency. You need to train your workers to be customer service oriented. I bought the ticket on March 17 at *** tried to cancel 3 hours after buying and told NO REFUND for same day buying. Unbelievable during such a big shutdown at *********** and so many grounded flights. Read the fine print carefully as you dont get anything back not even in a medical emergency of your flight is already 7 days to take off . Basically you have to cancel a week in advance and predict your emergency . Southwest and ***** are the BEST . Do not fly JetBlueReview fromRose O

1 starJet blue web site is robbing customers. It only properly works if it's in Jet Blue's favor, if it's a credit or a change with customer conveniently it always says it can't process and charges the higher amount. Their sight was not working and I had to keep canceling because I couldn't get the correct items to process. Then I was charged on my credit card for all the cancelled flights from their website mess. I filed a dispute and while in dispute they came off my card, they then contacted me saying all were justified and recharged by account with a partial travel bank. Just tried to process again a flight- due to them cancelling a fight and changing a 4 hr flight to 9 hours with lay over. AGAIN I tried to just "change" it - it said NO OTHER FLIGHTS AVAILABLE. Yet if I went in like booking for first time there were 2 other flights. so AGAIN it only would book if you canceled. So I canceled and checked to use my travel bank. Of course didn't go through charged entire price. Called waited on hold for 10 minutes them stating I'd be charged ***** for them helping to say- my account it no hold because of above- when they are the ones that took the money from my credit card. 1 starBooked R/T flights for my son and I on Jetblue on Feb 8th 2025, on Feb 27th they changed our departure flight and failed to give me a courtesy call to offer any options if the change didn't work for us. Today I noticed I had an email from them about the change of schedule, I called today to cancel the flights and book with Delta, I was told by a Jetblue **** supervisor and a rude manager that kept talking over me that if I cancel they will not refund the money to my card as I can canceling past the 24 hours window. I tried to state my case that it was your company that changed my itinerary well past the 24 hour window for me to cancel within 24 hours. 1 starJetBlue really let me down this time around when I attempted to book a flight on the JetBlue app. I used the JetBlue app to book a round trip flight for *************** to ******** for the next day. I supplied my payment information and should have received an email confirmation for the flight. Unfortunately , no email was sent from JetBlue confirming the flight/booking information. When I returned to the JetBlue app, there was no record of the flight being booked. It seems like the app was not working properly at the time. Nonetheless, with no email confirmation and no record of the flight being booked on the app; I figured the payment didnt go through. However, that was not the case. I noticed later on my bank statement that JetBlue had indeed charged my card/account. I called customer service and wrote a complaint to the corporate office to request a refund or credit, but was denied. I was quite disappointed in the outcome. JetBlues booking system process was not working properly; yet they chose to deny me any restitution and not take any accountability/responsibility for this technical issues. This situation was disheartening and the * grade by the BBB isnt a good sign.Review fromPeter G

1 starWe have a flight on JetBlue airlines and we called and got the salute package for veterans. We were told we could use the benefits the flight that we had booked. Once we bought the package and try to use it, we were told that we could not use it either at the airport or online. The person helping us was either incompetent or its a scam and they just set it up to take our money. Someone should be held accountable.
