    Isnt the worst thing you can say about a seed company is that they send you the wrong seeds, you plant them, and then get a crop you didnt want? Well, thats what happened here. I ordered microclover from these guys; it sprouted like crazy but then we noticed, this isnt clover. We sent photos to American Meadows of what came up and they verified that what we got was Weeping *******. Absolutely no clover came up, but a carpet of Weeping ******** which had never been in evidence in our yard! They grudgingly refunded our money (well, thank you), as a courtesy, insisting that they had sent the correct seeds. What an arrogant and incompetent bunch they are.

We do not carry Creeping *******, so a seed mix-up is extremely unlikely. However, depending on how the area was prepared for planting, its possible there were dormant weed seeds in the soil bed that were brought up to the surface with a deep tilling.Regardless, we stand by our products and our guarantee. Were glad youve let us know about your experience and appreciate you allowing us the opportunity to rectify the situation for you.     First, I was happy with their customer service- they forgot to add a package to my order. Well, for me, as a first time gardener, I ordered clover seeds- so I was told that they were. I wanted to replace my lawn with clover- for the pollinators. Once I had removed the grass and sown the seeds- surprise!It was grass. I am beyond disappointed for spending money on such an unreliable company and now I have grass that I cannot remove this year! Do they even know, what they are selling? I could have just strewn random seeds instead and saved my money. They are the reason I have lost time, invested in labor and lost money. I won't get back any of my investment, because they are incapable of selling the correct product. They also mislabel packages, that was another problem.

    I ordered 13 iris rhizomes. I was disappointed with the plants I recieved. Some had no roots at all. All 13 were completely dried out. It is too early to see if they will thrive but I sold iris for many years and I never would have charged a customer for anything like what I recieved. They must be dry to ship without rot, but the leaves were so dry the fell off.

    I ordered ************************************************************* special ordered envelopes. The website said they would ship the next day. Eight days later I received an email saying that they're out of stock and cancelling my order and completely leaving me high and dry. So, if you actually want or need something then I wouldn't order from this site.

    I purchased grass seed (shu AMo12316) on 3/29/23 and followed the instructions I received and they stated I should see sprouts within 3-6 weeks. it's been over two months and nothing is showing. I'm VERY disappointed. I believe the return of my money is in order.

    I have been anxiously awaiting the delivery of my monarch garden. $131 for 18 plants. I received plants that could barely be considered starter plants. Several of them were yellowed as well. Total total total rip off. I dont understand how they can sell it for this much money? Youd be way better off going to Lowes or ********** and spending five dollars on each plant and getting a ************ wouldve been cheaper.

    I placed an order and immediately cancelled they charged my account. I called and was told would be refunded 3 - 5 days. That was seven (7) days ago. I emailed and was told that the first associate did not complete refund. But today a refund was issued. Over $100+. I'm going to file fraud charges with my bank. Total scammers!!!

Because you cancelled your order immediately after placing it, the original charge had not been fully processed.  This is a very rare occurrence and the member of our team you contacted had not been fully trained on what to do in this circumstance.  Because there was no original credit card transaction in our system (yet), the refund hung up not able to match against a charge. This was a human error and we apologize for any frustration or concern this many have caused. Per our email communication with you, we rectified it as soon as you brought it to our attention.  We are working to make sure that all of our seasonal contact center representatives are trained on how to solve this issue.  Thank you for your understanding.

    Placed an order for 3 different types of flowers , Double Freesia Mix, Walberton Yellow Crocosmia,Four O'clock Mix. The only flowers that ever bloomed was the Four O'Clock Mix. Don't waste your money, you would be better off getting flowers from *********** or Lowes. ****** Learned. I had such high hopes for this company, what a waste of MONEY!!!
