      I have already paid a deposit. I was credited 6k. There is still 6k left to pay. I do not want to pay 6k for what they did to me. They can keep my deposit. I should not have to pay for the traumatic event. First negligence in the nurse for falsifying my weight when asked. She never weighed me. Next, bathroom was Ill equipped with cleaning supplies prior to surgery without towels and toilet *******.Most important as Im scared waiting for surgery I hear the surgeon and nurses blasting rock music and joking with the surgeon on how many holes he was going to put in me. Trying to stay calm i felt if I said something I would get worse treatment. The room was freezing and the table was not heated prior. Im shivering to start. The surgeon begins injecting around my abdomen and when he reaches my pubic area I feel the incredible pain of the stab on my pubic bone that bucks my legs up. Immediately the surgeon tells me to calm down. He begins procedure without asking me if I feel the anesthesia working. I could feel everything. The surgeon begins to threaten me he will stop if I dont calm down. I try my best to take the pain but I could not. I decide to stop the procedure in shock. The surgeon leaves the room angry. The nurses rush to wrap me up. I was placed in a wheelchair. My son was outside waiting for me. They should have called an ambulance. I was pouring out 5 liters of fluid. Once home I couldnt stop the draining and had to call the ambulance myself. I was treated over night. I had to care for my own wounds. They just gave me 2 chucks. I am a veteran and former Army Medic. This surgeon and team should be fired to never work on a patient. They are careless and have little regard for patient care. I want the debt to 0. You can keep my deposit. I will not pay a dime further will also inform other healthcare agencies of this practice. They did remove fat but I am disfigured from abdomen and pubic are that will need further surgery

As our consent state this is not a painless procedure. Patient discomfort can vary on how fast their body metabolizes the medication and also their pain tolerance. Our Director of Patient Experience contacted ****************** and explained that she is still healing and only a few weeks post procedure. She is still experiencing swelling, and has scar tissue, her final results are not yet visible. We will continue to work with her on possible resolution, however, as our Financial Agreement states We have carefully explained to you the elective nature of this procedure. You have been informed of the risks of this procedure. Please be advised that we do not offer post-procedure refunds under any circumstance.       I am rejecting this response because:

      Post Procedure they did deduct cost.  Speaking with the director of customer experience she told me to give her time to discuss the charges with her higher.  The fat removed was not completed in entirety and the professionalism of the surgeon and staff is heavily the reason I could not continue.  From clinical negligence and patient care or bedside manner and creating an environment that care for their patient was not there from the beginning and  follow up.  The surgeon did not see me on follow up knowing I had to go the emergency room. A good and moral physician would take the time.  Its distasteful and not ok to go through a procedure with a surgeon threatening you he was going to stop the procedure if I didnt calm down. instead of actually asking what I am experiencing.  My actual words to him.  I am trying. To finally I cant do this anymore.  I will give Sonobello more time to adjust this problem.  I do not want to pay for blotched work and my mounting medical bills from my emergency visit   I am a single mother and a veteran.  This corrective procedure was to enter a new job market and look my best  it was a huge risk for me at the age of 44 and my family.   It proved to be huge mistake.  I stated to the costumer experience director.  I will express my concern to other agencies so they can understand my experience, trauma and hardship at the hands of Sonobello.

      I have attempted to contact the business manager multiple times at the business location and have always been told that she is either away from her desk or not at the office even thought it was during business hours. I have zero missed calls from this business so their claim is dishonest.

Our Practice Manager and now our Director of Patient Experience have been in contact with Ms. ***** to address her complaint. Ms. ***** has had multiple surgical procedures with us the first one being on 2015, we are committed to her satisfaction. We offer our patient a Satisfaction Commitment, this commitment states  We understand that no physician can specifically predict or guarantee the final results with cosmetic procedures. Despite the skilled work of our surgeon and a successful procedure that provides a cosmetic improvement, beauty is in the eye of the beholder and dissatisfaction can occur. Should you find your results to be unsatisfactory,your surgeon would like the opportunity to evaluate your results. If your surgeons evaluation determines your results to be deficient, we will touch up the area at no cost to you. Ms. ***** took advantage of this touch up procedure on November 7, 2023, we touched up the areas that she was unhappy with. She met with our surgeon again on March 5, 2024, to review her results and our surgeon informed her that nothing more could be done.

      On September 1st, 2022 I had an appointment and paid for fat removal by sonobello in *********, **********. At my first appointment, the person to take me to surgery and pick me up canceled and I had to reschudule. July 2023 at my appointment, **************** informed me that the surgery I had paid for required 3weeks off work plus no lifting >20lbs (My job requires lifting minimum 50Lbs and I has shared this infomation prior to paying and I was guaranteed that it would be no problem that I could go back to work in 48hrs) I was also informed by the doctor that I would have to pay for skin tightening, additional >$2000. I have sought a refund several times from ************************* who sold me the services with no available.I am seeking a refund of whoever much I am owed.

      Hi on February 20, 2024. ***************************** informed me that my refund would take up to 2weeks. I reached out to ****** again on March 7th, she said she there isnt a way for me to contact the finance department directly, but should would and get back to me.       I am ******************* , a 73 year old healthy female with high blood pressure and an aching back. I went to the Sonobello office in ********, ** on 6/28/2024 and inquired about flattening my stomach. After seeing the doctor and discussing what I wanted, we agreed to a $16576.50 surgery to achieve that look. I decided to do it told her what my income was and she inflated my income to get the $15,140. covered by Care Credit' I charged the bal: $1576.50 that was due. $1000 on one credit card and $576.50 on another credit card. I told ******* that my sister was sick in ******, ** and I was going there in 2 weeks and maybe I should wait. She said no, that i should be up and running in a week and could even go back to work in 2 weeks, even though I was retired. There was a surgery cancellation, so my surgery was done the very next day. I went to ***** in excruciating pain. It took me 3 month to recuperate. After 6 months, I look like I was 6 mo pregnant. I complained how unhappy I was with the results. The manager **** called me and asked me to get a 2nd opinion from a doctor at their clinic in ******, which I did. After his evaluation, he told me that he would not redo the procedure on me because of hidden fat under my rib cage and I told him that I should have been told that from ***************** whom performed my surgery and that I wanted a refund. I was ashamed of my body before surgery and $16576.50 later, I am still ashamed, looking 6 months pregnant. They said I looked smaller and I said I dieted 20 lbs off. Mgr **** from the ******** office told me that they do not refund money and it was in my contract, which I did not find. She said they would refund me $1500 out of $16,576.50 or redo surgery if the dr approved. I said what was the 2nd doc opinion for and she said that was just his opinion. My son,(my room-mate) died of covid and I had to return to work. I told her that I had a new job & would not have any leave for a year and this surgery was very hard to go thru again

Our Patient Relations Manager has been in contact with ************ to address her complaint, we have explained that our procedure addresses subcutaneous fat, this is the fat that is over your muscle wall. Our procedure, as covered in our consent forms, does not address visceral fat, this is the fat that is located underneath the muscle wall. We at times are not aware there is visceral fat until we have removed the subcutaneous fat and this is what happened with her case. ************ informed us that she was not aware of this and requested a copy of her medical records. Our Practice Manager sent her a release form that needs to be completed by her in order to release the records but we have not heard from her. We encourage ************ to continue communicating with our Patient Relations manager to discuss the options available to her, these options however do not include a post procedure refund. We look forward to hearing from her soon.

      I went to sign up for liposuction on My stomach and back at ******** location. ******* was very good about going over the process. She asked if I wanted skin removal. Told her I did not want any invasive surgery. She prepared quote, I paid and she scheduled a consult with dr. ** said I would not be happy with lipo only at all. Id have a lot of loose skin on top and below my belly button. He said Id have to have skin reduction and they would contact ******* to let me know additional cost. When I left I was not comfortable about undergoing skin removal so when ******* called I told her I didnt want to do any procedure. This was not procedure for me. Thats not what I signed up for and dr told me I wouldnt be happy . She said she couldnt refund me! I feel this is a bait and switch ploy to get higher prices for additional services and I dont want any part of it. She said she would *********** and get back to me. She didnt call so I called her several times and left messages. I called the surgery center to cancel and they said ******* already called to cancel and shed call me back. No call back. Left one more message and no call. Im not paying $11,895 for 20 minutes with the dr! I need to be refunded.

      I am rejecting this response because: Sono Bello has made no attempt to contact me whatsoever as noted in their response.  Since I will not be undergoing any treatment by this company due to the doctor's ******** during meeting that "you will not be happy with the results unless you do a skin removal", there is no reason to contact ****** office.  Please refund entire amount.  I think it is the "norm" for them to sign up clients and then hit them with the additional expense of "skin removal" instead of telling them upfront that would be required.  They have done thousands of these!

      On 6/6/23 I went to Sono Bello for a consulation and to confirm if I was eligible to get the procedure . The consultant ****** confirmed what I needed to get the look I was seeking when I entered into the appointment. ****** advised that I needed lip with my lower and upper abs and waist coupled with the ABex skin removal and tighening. She mentioned that we had similar shapes and my end result would look similar to her. I was so excited to hear this news and immediately paid my $2000 deposit and told her I was looking to get the procedure in the fall when I could with stand being in the Faja for the 23 hour period per day with less heat in **. She told me that she matched me with Dr ******************** I met with *************** a couple of times during the pre op phase he made me feel confident that he would be able to complete my procedure. on 10/6/23 I went to the sono bello to have my procedure. I completed all requirements to be prepared for the procedure. During the procedure ************** noted that during the procedure that my scar tissue and dense fat made it difficult to yield any fat from the lipo and he made the decision not to complete the **** portion of the procedure. So on 02/20 I was scheduled for the 2nd stage of the procedure to complete the lipo and abex. on 2/13 I attended my pre op appointment and was cleared for surgery. During the visit I asked *************** will he be able to complete it this time? he replied, "all we can do is pray" on 2/20 I arrived at the facility at 11 am as instructed and was taken to the procedure room at 1:00 pm, at 1:15 *************** yelled out saying"he can't do it and to give her a refund" , I never spoke to him again. I was assited by a nurse and my ride was called to come get me. I was not treated for any the incisions placed in my stomach I know have went to the Dr my primary to get treated for the incisions made by *** ***** are infected. I am seeking a full refund for services not being rendered

      I had the **** with tummy and waist in March of 2023 at location in ******* **... All went well and I was pleased except for one area that does not look like it was done at all.on each of my visits I pointed out this area and was told that it "would work itself out"It did not and in December of 2023 (12/12/2023) I was told that it would be reviewed by the on staff surgeon and I would be notified... I did not receive any more information so started calling on 1/22/2024... received a call back on 1/25/2024 and was told again that it would need to be reviewed and I would get a call back..The woman I spoke to knew immediately from my pictures the area I was referring to..I wanted this done before I left the country for 3 weeks and I told them that on the front end. That has not happened of course.Did not receive a call back.... called on 2/12/2024 and was told that the manager was out of the office for two weeks and they would have her call me when she returns..It is now 3/5/2024 and still no call back.. I did call today and leave another message for the manager.Sono Bello was very quick to schedule my consultation, take my money and schedule my surgery so find it hard to believe they are too busy to return a call and set up a revision..I would just like to have this fixed and go on my way... they should not offer a "satisfaction guarantee" if they do not intend to honor it..Thank you.

      I did finally get ahold of the manager at SonoBello after several more calls and messages left by myself...

      They called me ONCE while I was out of the country so did not attempt to reach me very hard.   They were aware I was going out of the country because I tried to get this resolved before I left.   I saw them 12.12.23 for the original request altho I had made them aware of the area for months that I was unhappy with. 

      I have an appointment on April 25th for a consult, not a revision as requested.. we have discussed a revision several times and they have pictures so not sure what the purpose of this consult is for.... I live 3 hours away, which they are aware of, so quite an inconvenience but I will do my part to get this resolved satisfactorily.

      ********************** is not scheduled for a consultation on April 25, she is scheduled to meet with our surgeon to evaluate her surgical results. This is the correct next step in her case. Evaluation of results can't be done via photos as it requires a physical examination of the surgical areas. We ask that she please be patient with the process and to give us a call if she has any further questions or concerns.

      My appointment to look at the area is not until April 25th so there is no resolution to my satisfaction at this time.. 

      I was waiting to update my complaint until after that appointment.... SonoBello did reach out to me on 2 occasions but I have been out of the country and did not return until yesterday .. my phone does NOT work out of the country so had no idea they had reached out.   

      After appointment on the 25th of April, I will update my complaint accordingly..

      I have attempted to contact the manager of the ************** SonoBello location regarding adjusting my bill. I have gotten the run-around for the past month. I was treated poorly after being hospitalized for a post-surgery complication/error. After being admitted to the hospital, I never saw the surgeon again. I wasn't given proper compression garments either. Size 2XL for a patient wearing a size 8. Then, when I complained about receiving an XL (which was still too large), the supposed nurse informed me that I would have to pay for another garment that fit me. That nurse also called me STUPID for asking where the doctor was, because I was told that during my post-hospitalization visit I would see the doctor. No, she stated that I only come for follow-up visits to take pictures. She called me stupid, shook her head, and left the room. I went to the front desk and asked for a manager, but again, no one was there. The receptionist, saw me crying after I told her that I would never come there again after being treated poorly by the so called nurse. This location is very unprofessional. I will continue to contact the corporate office as well as my credit card company regarding the charges that they have charged me of $920 for the diamond treatment, which included 5 post-op follow up visits (or pictures), two compression garments, three Venus ******* treatments, and scar tape. This is fraud, and I will not stand by and patronize a company and be treated as such.

      I would like to re open this complaint I was told that I would receive partial credit or refund via check and I have not received anything but a phone call from ******** who states that she knows the facts and want me to tell her my version of why I wont return for services. I reached out to her again and she never responded. I have also attempted to reach the regional manager via email and no response. My next step is to contact the ****************.

      I paid for surgery to reduce my stomach and cellulite on my thighs. The amount was $5850.00, paid on January 17, 2024. The funds were removed directly from my checking account. Upon meeting with the surgeon on February 14th, i learned that there was little that could be done for the problems that I had hoped to address. I canceled the surgery and requested a refund. I was told that my consultant would need to handle it. I managed to get one phone call returned. The emails and text messages were not answered. I even informed the consultant, ***************************, in emails and texts that I would be forced to file a complaint if I continued to receive no response.
