      I went in for an initial consultation and got sold that same day. Initially I went in to ask about lipo to my back bra roll fat and abex. I was advised against abex and was sold 360 lipo, being told that it was all pinchable fat and that I would see a difference with just the lipo alone. I payed a total of $12000 and my procedure was back in april and ever since I had my surgery I have been very vocal of the un satisfaction of the procedure. *** reached out through all forms of contact and only as of Friday January 6th was I advised that theyre resolution is to refund me $1500 and for me to sign a waiver to never visit the clinic again. I still have massages from the Diamond Recovery Package that i havent received and was basically told that most people dont get those and I wouldnt be refunded for them I dont feel like $1500 is very satisfaction guaranteedMy emotional health has been impacted by the roller coaster of emotions and im facing body dysmorphia because now I feel like Im shaped like a line backer with the excess skin that I was told was fat and would be removed with the procedure. If I had my insecurities before this has done nothing but heighten them. I can honestly say I hate my results and would like a better resolution to my concerns. I need to look into a doctor to remove the disaster sono hello has left me with $1500 wont cut it

      documentation of breach of contract and unauthorized payment removed from my credit card. 10/28/23- had consultation and scheduled surgery. Contract was signed with discount. Surgery scheduled for 11/14/23 with pre-op on 11/8/23. I was told no clearance would be needed by my PCP. paid half up front. 10/31/23- second half of my payment taken out of my **********/3/23- almost a week later- nurse called and said they need clearance from my PCP. I then received an email that showed a new invoice that had removed my discount. I was assured by ****** that she would have it fixed. 11/7/23- the day before my prep-op, I was called and my pre-op and surgery were cancelled and rescheduled in December, because they had not received my clearance.11/10/23 received email from nurse that my clearance was received. Therefore, I should have been able to have my 11/14/23 surgery. 11/13/23 received a call from ****** asking if I could do surgery in 2 days. Told her I cannot get the day off with such little notice. Asked if the billing error was fixed. She said it was and would send an email confirmation. I never received confirmation.11/30/23- day of my rescheduled prep op appointment, I received an email that the additional $1950.00 (my discount amount) was taken out of my account. I contacted ****** and cancelled my appointments. I informed her that they breached my contract and took out an unauthorized withdrawal from my account.I requested a full refund due to the breach of contract and unauthorized payment. ****** told me they will refund me but will retain the cancellation fee even though they cancelled my initial appointments. Not me. She refused to acknowledge the contract I signed. She was very rude during our discussion. 12/1/23- I emailed billing back attaching the contract I signed and stated this was my final request for a full refund. I never received a response back. I have much more documentation I can provide, but his site does not allow the space to add.

      An attempt at a consultation ended up with them opening a line of credit. I was getting information and was told I needed to check a pre approval to see if I would qualify and I havent even agreed to procedure. After which I ended up with a credit card not approved by me to open.

      I am honestly baffled with this company ive had the worst experience, on 8/18/21 i had my first procedure done which was suppose to be lipo of the mid section and skin removal ************* performed the procedure in the long island location for the price ****** after the procedure i return home off the bat i knew something was wrong it just didnt look right i went to my pre opt appointment where i expressed to the dr my concerns and he assured me i just needed to give it time. ( my abdominal was extremely bumpy and looked deformed ) after sometime i started to do my own researched went back for my 2 post op were they told me i should probably get massages done to help with the bumps. i went and got that done spend ***** on massages that didnt help i went back to ************* where he then informs me i need a second procedure to help with the bumps and hopfully this will look better i went back for A second procedure on 2/4/22 that did not help it just made it worst after some time ************* states he would have to go back now a third time and remove more skin and give me a new belly button at this point i am upset because i had mention this from the start finally i get the procedure on 8/4/22 also having to add the pelvic area at this time because it looked deformed i paid an extra ***** before getting the surgery the same day after after surgery it still did not look right fast forward to now 1/2/24 my whole abdominal area is bulldogging out and my pelvic area is still the same i now have to get a medical abdominal surgery to get my abdomen repair due to theses surgeries i spend A total of 1***** just on this surgery plus *****-3,000 on massages i have tried to get in contact with upper management but no one will answer to this i spoken to someone who states they were going to try and refund me and nothing has happen its been a yr now i needed to give my body A Break from the surgery but now i need to get this fix and was told i will need a Diastasis recti repair

      I have spoken to the manager of sono bello at the location I had the procedure done they said they will send my case to the Board I received a call from ***************************** who stated she would call me back after requesting a full refund this was back in 12/14/2022 she did not call me back since then I have tried contacting her but no luck *** also contacted the manager at the location again and 3 weeks ago who stated she will contact the board again and I still have not heard back

      I went in to sono bello in ****** ** on October 31st 2023. I consulted with **** about liposuction. I let her know what I was looking for to get out of this procedure which was a flatter abdomen and after looking at my stomach and letting me know that I qualified she then showed me slides of procedure results of previous patients. I was assured that I would get what I was looking for, satisfied with the conversation and the promises made I paid the whole amount up front, made an appointment to see the doctor and even scheduled a surgery date. I saw ***************** on Nov 21st and he told me that he would not be able to do the surgery at that price because I would need more work done on my lower abdomen. That is not what **** at the ****** office told me, The doctor said he would contact **** and let her know about a full refund as we both felt (doctor and I) that I was not fully informed about what I would really need. **** called me back and let me know that I would be getting reimbursed in two weeks as she should have been more precise about what I needed. After two weeks I did not receive my full refund as promised, I call **** and she tells me that she told me the refund would take 2-4 weeks not two. I have noticed a pattern of lying from this individual and still have not received my refund after a month, she said she is waiting on corporate to refund me.

      Jan 14, 2022 I went to sono bello to inquire about the Abex procedure. We made appt that day for the procedure. Feb 12, 2022 I went and had procedure.Dr. ************************* did surgery. After that I went to sono bello every week to check wound. I was burned so bad with the Lazer they had to attend to it weekly. On Dec 2, 2022 I went to get a revision because of the burn my stomach was uneven and terribly scared. Once ******** revision she said it was best she could do and it was really painful for me. My husband and I spoke with management and expressed to them how so dissatisfied I was with procedure. I am scared for life now on my stomach. And we ask to just give me refund and they refused to compromise with us. $10,000 is alot of money and to get the results I got was unacceptable for me. So I am seeking refund. I have all photos of the procedure and the evidence is very clear that is why I don't understand why they would not refund me.

      On July and September 2022 I had a procedure done at sonobello to remove fat and sculpt parts of my body, the fat was removed and the procedure healed fine but after 9 months I started to get lumps in my abdomen and sagging skin, when we talked to the consultant and they took our $20,000, she assured us my skin would stay smooth like the pictures in the books and pamphlets they advertise.That is not the case , the excess skin was removed but my abdomen is all lumpy and my skin looks all wrinkled like an old lady also there's an object inside my skin which they say it is not from the procedure.I had a revision done at the 10 months , which they call a satisfaction guarantee and the doctor said that yes the procedure did not turn out as expected and that they would perform another liposuction to try and smooth out the skin and the lumps but that that only a tummy tuck would fix that.this procedure was performed on June 6th 2023, but my complaint is that if the doctors knew that what I needed was a tummy tuck instead of sculpting and liposuction , why did they take our money knowing the results were not going to be optimal , to me this is false advertising and misleading the customer only to get their money .when I filled out a review stating that I was not happy and that I wanted the surgery done over to repair this , ***** one of the supervisors told me that they could not do the surgery over because the only thing that would fix it would be a tummy tuck and that Sonobello does not perform that surgery , then I stated that after paying them I did not have enough to pay for a tummy tuck when this was caused by them to begin with and if they could not do the surgery over then to reimburse me some of the money at least , so she stated that they do not do post op refunds and that there was nothing else they could do.I am placing this complaint to be able to get my money refunded for misleading me and not being honest about the procedure and not advising me of a tummy tuck since the beginning , I need help from you since I could not come to an agreement with Sonobello.

This is why we offer our patients a Satisfaction Commitment this commitment states We understand that no physician can specifically predict or guarantee the final results with cosmetic procedures. Despite the skilled work of our surgeon and a successful procedure that provides a cosmetic improvement, beauty is in the eye of the beholder and dissatisfaction can occur. Should you find your results to be unsatisfactory, your surgeon would like the opportunity to evaluate your results. If your surgeons evaluation determines your results to be deficient, we will touch up the area at no cost to you. Our Chief Medical Officer reserves the final authority to approve or deny such a request based on patient safety, results achieved, likelihood of additional benefit, and other relevant factors." As ********************** stated in her complaint she was approved for her Satisfaction procedure and this procedure took place on June 6, 2023. We do not refer to this procedure as a satisfaction guarantee because we aren't able to predict results or how a patient will react to the procedure. This is the same with any medical procedure, there are always risks. 

      Additionally, our Satisfaction Surgery Consent which ********************** signed prior to having her satisfaction procedure states "Revision procedures may result in prolonged recovery time with a greater chance of poor healing, including but not limited to scarring and asymmetry. Factor affecting the outcome of the revision may not be known until during the revision procedure." It also states Liposuction is an elective cosmetic procedure to improve appearance. Revision liposuction comes with the expectation that the condition will be improved but, in some cases, there may be no improvement, or the condition will be worsened. It is your responsibility to fully understand the anticipated benefit you can expect based on your individual circumstances. The practice of medicine and surgery is not an exact science and results are not guaranteed. Results will vary among patients. Before and after photos published in literature or in electronic format are not necessarily typical of the result any one patient may expect."

      An additional Satisfaction procedure was not approved for ********************** as this will not improve her results, this however does not mean that she is *********** a refund. Our Financial Agreement which she signed and initialed at the time of her purchase states "We have carefully explained to you the elective nature of this procedure. You have been informed of the risks of this procedure. Please be advised that we do not offer post-procedure refunds under any circumstance. We ask that if she has any further questions or concerns that she please reach out to ***********

      Initially I went to Sono Bello over near **********, and met with one of their sales representatives. She gave me the estimate of cost and wrote down the procedure that I wanted. I had to pay a $1000 down payment that day. I asked if I could go to the ************* office for the procedure, and was told yes, that I could. When I got home I found that she had not written down the correct area that I had wanted treated, so I called her and was told to go to the physician meeting and correct it there. That was September 12th, 2023.I went to the next appointment in ******, ** on October 30th, 2023 and met with the doctor. He told me that I would have to pay an additional $1,356 and $5237, and that I could come in for the procedure the following Monday, and that they would contact me about the exact time I should be there. I told them that I would be coming from ***********, about 1 1/2 hours away so please let me know as soon as possible so that I could arrange transportation. Then I was told that I had to pay the entire bill prior to the surgery, so I put it on my credit card. Monday came and went without them contacting me, so I called them and said that they had lied to me about 4 times and that I was fed up with their business practices and wanted a refund. After several days of complaining they agreed to refund my money. I told them I would give them until January 1st, and if I had not gotten my refund I was going to file complaints with the ******** ************************* and with the BBB. The complaints would include the issue of senior abuse, as I am 74 1/2 years old. They agreed to do so, but have not yet done it. I will gladly send or fax you my documentation.

      After long consideration on the Dr I would use for my procedure, I chose ***********. The morning of my procedure, after giving me medication to sedate me, *********** came in with another DR. *** told me it was her 2nd week with SB. I took it that she would be shadowing ***********. This complete stranger that I had never met or did any research on, did my entire procedure. *********** was in and out the entire time, giving her "tips" here and there. My ** bottomed out TWICE during procedure- I am assuming due to the fact that it took double the amount of time that it should have, and they had to stop the procedure. When my fiance asked if everything was ok due to the fact it was taking so much longer than advised, they said there were no issues! When surgery was FINALLY complete, the nurse told me to take my pain medication I was prescribed being that the surgery took so long and I had over an hour ride home. Then the Dr came in and said I should not have taken any medication due to my ** being so low! I had to stay another 2 hours for observation because of this. The whole experience was a nightmare!!! I did not think after signing a contract for my work to be done by one Dr, that they could somehow let another Dr in training do my procedure!

      I have not received any satisfactory remedies to this issue by Sonobello, other than to say they are a training facility. I have asked for documentation that I supposedly signed regarding I may not get the Dr I requested, researched and paid thousands for only to get cut open by a trainee.
