      I was told by the physician ( *****************) who performed my procedure that he would recommend me for a satisfaction procedure that did not happen I would like a refund I like many people fell victim to sono bello. I am a very active person, I want to be refunded fail to do job the procedure supposed to be something different my body does not look like what she said it was going to look like it looks the same I have been sick I was off work for almost 3 months I have got several infections just July when we went out of town I had a open wound my stitches are still busting open I have contacted them several times and they have not returned my phone call I contact them again July 14th no one has yet to call me back.I am writing to file a formal complaint against Sonobello regarding the unprofessional and extremely painful surgery ,Despite the significant amount of time that has passed, I continue to experience lingering issues, such as lumps on my stomach, and I am deeply dissatisfied with the lack of follow-up care from the medical professionals at Sonobello. I decided to undergo a surgical procedure at Sonobello in the hope of achieving desired results and enhancing my overall well-being. However, the entire experience has been nothing short of disappointing and distressing. Not only did I endure immense pain during the surgery, but the promised outcome has not been realized even after investing time, money, and effort into post-operative care, including massages. One of the most concerning aspects of my experience is the complete lack of doctor-led follow-up since the date of the surgery. It is deeply unsettling to think that a medical establishment would not prioritize the well-being of their patients by failing to conduct any post-operative examinations or check-**** This lack of attention and care is both unprofessional and negligent, leaving me feeling abandoned and unsupported throughout my recovery process. I firmly believe that I am *********** a refund for the unsatisfactory services I have received from Sonobello. The lack of results, combined with the absence of any follow-up care, has left me with no confidence in Sonobello or their ability to deliver on their promises. I have lost all faith in their professionalism and competence, and I cannot fathom stepping foot in another Sonobello facility.I kindly request your assistance in mediating this matter and ensuring a fair resolution. I believe that Sonobello should be held accountable for their actions and the distress they have caused me. I would appreciate your help in obtaining the full refund I deserve for the service I didn't received.

We are sorry to hear ****************** experience has not been exceptional, our top priorities are patient safety and satisfaction. ************** met with our surgeon to evaluate results on Tuesday, September 5. We are working on a plan to move forward with her. However, as our consents and financial agreement state we do not offer post procedure refunds.       On September the 5th I did visit Sono Bello nothing was resolved she told me that she was sorry that this has happened to me and that they did not give me the proper care to take care of myself afterwards I had three infections and I keep getting them I have the surgery back in February it is September I have a big keloid in the middle of my stomach up at this time I'm asking for a full refund because the damage is done to my body and there's nothing they could do about it I had a whole C-section in my body do not look like this I am score for life

      Thank you for contacting Sono Bello. We are sorry to hear **************** experience has not been exceptional, unfortunately as with any surgical procedure there is a risk of complications. One of these complications is the possibility of developing infections. Our center has been in contact with ************** during her healing process, they also brought her in to be evaluated additional times by our medical staff. We are unsure why she is stating she did not receive proper care. ************** was made aware this was a possibility by our medical staff during her pre-op and this is also covered in our consents. Our consent also covers the topic of scarring it states Scar appearance is unpredictable, may take a year to fully mature and may be asymmetrical, thickened, widened, discolored and/or prominent.


      Our center has presented a resolution option but ************** is not agreeable. She has dispute charges with a finance company. We encourage her to contact our center once her dispute is settled so we can reestablish resolution talks.

      Had a procedure done that I was not happy with. Spoke to them about it and they said they will have me do another procedure and give me 8 weeks complimentary ************* -SKIN TIGHTENING. I was never booked for the revision. I was booked for the skin tightening every week for the 8 weeks. I have only gotten 5 in the 8 weeks span. They keep canceling my appointments and making me reschedule them. The treatments are supposed to be done every week until I complete it. They keep making me skip weeks and Im not seeing any results because of it. They are not professional at this location and I believe they are doing it on purpose. If they cant complete the work I would like some type of compensation. Spent too much time and energy to be going through all this.

      I had a consultation with SonoBello last year and had an appt scheduled for surgery in July. I paid up front $16k. I ended up with medical issues and couldn't go forward, so I had to cancel the whole procedure. My consultant ***** from the San **** office told me I needed my doctor's note, which I got done and emailed to her March 2023. She said she will have it processed and my full refund will be returned to me. We had a few back and forth about options on how I wanted my refund. Finally in June, I agreed with direct deposit. I gave her my bank acct information and she said it would take some weeks because they only do refunds on certain dates. In July, I contacted ***** and asked about my refund. She gave me a very unprofessional answer "the people at the financial office input my acct number wrong, so it didn't get processed." Now I have to wait another month, which is this month of Aug. Last wk, she told me my refund is processed and I should get it soon. On Monday the 21st, she told me I will get my refund this week. Earlier, I called the office to ask about my refund, and the person at the desk looked me up and said there is no refund processed for me. I have been reading reviews from BBB about them, and there are mostly complaints about refund issues. I would appreciate it if SonoBello please refund me MY MONEY PLEASE

      On 8/14/2023 I went into Sono Bello in ****************. I consulted with their cosmetic surgery specialist. Whom later, I was assured was trained in all the cosmetic surgery procedures when I mentioned that my issues with the procedure would have been avoided had a consult with the surgeon occurred prior to setting up appointments. They have you narrow down your most important areas to be considered. While sitting with this individual I pointed out my arms and took off a cover up I was wearing. I also wanted my abdomen to be addressed. At this time I was not told that my arms would be an issue. I was signed up to have a consultation with the surgeon the same day! At this time they take all of your information and this included a charge of ********. Later that afternoon I meet with the surgeon who informed me that they would not be able to address my arms and that is a procedure that I would need see a different cosmetic surgeon for. I returned home a lad after much deliberation that evening I called Sono Bello on 8/15/23 to cancel my appointment and request a refund. I was informed that even though they understand why Id want to cancel, I dont want two recovery times I want to take care of the areas at one time, they cannot refund the pre surgical visit of ***** dollars! I was pretty upset by this. It costs anywhere from ****** to consult with a surgeon anywhere else!! I was told that ******** would be returned. I am now seeing an additional charge from Sono Bello posted 8/18/23 for ********. So now I have been charged ******** for a procedure I will not be receiving. I just want my money back. They couldnt provide me with the services I requested. I will say that everyone that I encountered there was really nice and this is not a personal complaint against staff.

      On Thursday June 29 at 6:30pm, I went to my consultation at the ********* TX location; the consultant was very informative and gave me a good discount; however, to receive the discounts I needed to make a decision the next day by 2pm since it was the end of the month. I completed my paperwork and send my CC information and it was charged immediately for the total amount. After having more time to think about it during the weekend, I changed my mind and wrote an email Monday morning 7/3 to them informing them of my decision and asking for a full refund since I was within the federal 3-day grace ****** on any purchase to request a refund. The location was closed for the 4th of July holiday. I spoke to the consultant on Wednesday, July 5th and she assure me she was going to process the refund but that it was going to take 3-4 weeks. I couldn't understand that since a refund shouldn't take more than 10 business day but at that point, I had no choice but to wait. I kept communicating with her and she assured me it was going through the proper channels and that I will get it prior to the 30 days so I didn't have to make a payment or incur any interest. I kept hearing that the person in charge was on PTO and nobody could approve it but that person, so all transactions stop because someone was on vacations. Hard to believe for such a large company.Here we are 6 weeks later, I already made a payment on a service I didn't receive and got a $154.48 interest added to my CC. The next payment is in 2 weeks and my bank will add another interest fee. Financially this wasn't a good time for me, but I consider getting the procedure done next year but after my experience with this company I had changed my mind.

      Thank you for contacting Sono Bello. Our center has been in constant contact with ****************** and are aware of her case. ****************** purchased a surgical package on 1/16/2023, she met with our surgeon for her pre-operative appointment on 1/23/2023. During this appointment the surgeon validated her candidacy, reviewed risks and limitations and was cleared for surgery. Her surgery was scheduled for 2/6/2023, she was removed from the surgical schedule because the balance had not been covered. She was rescheduled for surgery to be completed on 3/15/2023 and again completed another pre-operative appointment. ****************** had to again be removed from the surgical schedule because we were missing information from her cardiologist which ****************** stated she had but had not given to the center. ****************** was given a new date for her surgical procedure, she confirmed the date May 24, 2023, via text and was okay for her and she was again placed on the surgical schedule.  ****************** was to have her pre-operative appointment on May 12, 2023, but she no showed, no called. For this reason she again had to be removed from the surgical schedule. 

      ****************** has also disputed charges with her bank multiple times and all cases have been ruled in our favor. Our Financial agreement which ***************** signed and initialed states After our physician has validated your candidacy at your pre-operative appointment any cancelations will result in 100%forfeiture of your procedure costs. It also states, I understand that Sono Bello may need to reschedule my pre-operative and/or procedure date due to the unlikely event of circumstances beyond reasonable control and are not subject to refund eligibility. We have been very flexible with ****************** and have not charged her a rescheduling fee even though she has had to be rescheduled multiple times. For these reasons she is not due a refund.

      I paid $10,500.00 dollars to Sono Bello. Unfortunately I was not able to have the procedure because of a health issue and the doctors at Sono Bello said I had to have my hernia removed before they will continue with the procedure. I spoke with several people and a full refund of $10,500.00 was approved by corporate. However, I have yet to receive my refund. I call everday and I am told thet it was already processed and to check my bank account. I spoke with ***** at the Sono Bello in ******* *******, who informed me that the refund was approved on 8-9-23 and was processed/sent to my bank account on *******. I just want my refund the quickest way possible. If I need to drive to ******* and pick up a check I am willing to doi thaty as well. I am filing a complaint because i feel like I am getting the run around about my refund. Once, I have my hernia removed and have recovered, I might consider having the orinal procedure done. I am disappointed with the way I am being treated. Everyone was nice in the beginnning when I paid $10,500.00 up front for my procedure. Now that I am unable to get due to my health issue, it's like the company doesn't care about me or what I have going on.

      I had a consultation scheduled at Sonobello on Friday August 11, 2023 at 5:15pm. At this consultation I expressed how it would be a dream to have my surgery completed by my birthday, which is August 23rd. The consultant, ******, stated that there were some dates that other who may have cancelled their surgeries and were open that were coming up soon. ****** ended up scheduling me on August 17th, 2023 for surgery. I paid a down payment of ******* for surgery on Friday and the space on the form for a scheduled preop date was left blank because she was unable to find a preop date and time at the time of my consultation. ****** told me that someone would reach out to me on Saturday and let me know when my preop appointment was going to be. I waiting by my phone for someone to call and no one did. I ended up calling the office on Monday morning and told them no one has contacted me in regard to my preop she said that my preop was scheduled for August 15, 2023 at 1:30pm. I stated that I couldnt do 1:30 and if I could get a different time. She stated the doctor was in surgery and when he got out she could confirm an earlier appointment. I got a call around 1:00pm Monday to confirm my appointment and I asked about how I was told someone would call me about an earlier appointment. She knew nothing about the message and said she would just confirm my appointment and if someone calls me about an earlier appointment, then it would be confirmed at that time and hung up. I called back and wasnt able to get through until 5:30pm, and I stated that I think there was a misunderstanding and I wanted to explain that I could no do 1:30pm. She stated it was the first time she heard about this and I said this whole things just seems rushed and I feel mishandled throughout the process so far and I wanted to cancel and reschedule for a later date with a full refund. She stated they do not do refunds and I would have to go through with the surgery. I now felt pressured to do this.

      I was supposed to have laser liposuction and Abex, but during the preop with the surgeon I was advised that I was not a candidate due to a hernia and diastasis recti. He advised that I would be able to get a full refund because of this. I paid $2,000 down at the initial consult on 7/6/2023 and the remaining $8,130 the day before the preop appointment on 7/27/2023. I have yet to receive a refund.

      I had a procedure completed with sonobello in March of 2023. *** had a very bad experience with the provider and expressed Concerns and complaints about my experience and results. Upon contract there is a customer satisfaction clause which states if results arent satisfactory they will fix the issue. Since I expressed these concerns sonobello has been canceling all of my post op appointments. Leaving me with out medical care after this procedure. Enclosed is a photo of my results as you can see the provider did not make both sides of my stomach symmetrical and there is an indentation on the left side of my stomach which was not there prior. *** asked for the secretary to send me over the patience grievance form and they stated they were unable to do so which is also against the contract. If they arent going to fix the issue I would like an adequate billing adjustment for the lack of care so I can take my business elsewhere.
