      March 1 appointment with Sono Bello *******. Part of my procedure was to get an ab X which I had paid for upfront. I did not receive this part of the procedure and I have called numerous times left messages and Im waiting for a reply when I will get my reimbursement.My 74 year-old mom is also patiently waiting for her $16,000 refund that she canceled her procedure five hours after she scheduled it.

      On Nov 4 2021 I had lipo done at ******* ******* location. I paid $6000 . I prior to surgery I met *************** who stated I didn't need skin removed and things should tighten up well after surgery. I had surgery on November 4th and things went well as expected. I followed all instructions and went to follow up appointments. In May I requested to see him again for a large lump on my left side. He agreed it was unusual and even tapped it with a needle to see if fluid was present. He then told me..its not an exact science so I may have just missed some fat. Cone bVk in September and if it's not better I will fix it. You're guaranteed to be happy. In September I called because no one had confirmed my apot. I was you'd that *************** was on medical leave and wouldn't be back til November. When they attempted to schedule me they couldn't. Fter many calls I was scheduled with medical director. **************. 1 day before that appointment I was cancelled and rescheduled. Thay was in mid November. I saw him with another new surgeon ******** and they also insisted in putting a needle in the lump. The medical director told me ..you should have had skin tightening . Thats what I can offer you. When I told him *************** didn't tbink so and I didnr either. He offered fat redistribution or try ***** first. I opted for ***** as it was less invasive. After 2 months and 8 treatments..the lump is still the same size. ***** the office mgr called and agreed as she had same procedure and saw similar lumps on herself. She asked if I would see *****************. **************** had not returned. I went to scheduled appt on march 2. At 115. After an unsuccessful attempt to see another surgeon I was you'd by ******* the office mgr to get out because I expressed my unhappiness in front of people in waiting room that could here it. I have had no return phone calls as I have attempted to contact corporate for satisfaction of my contract

That was  *********************** ago.  I will not speak with the office mgr of the ******* office. He and his staff  are rude and condescending.  . I can provide phone logs to prove that I have received nothing from sono bello.  My phone number and email are readily available to the business.

      I was butchered at Sono Bello. Dr. **** was so unprofessional and unpleasant. The actual procedure was horrendous and painful. Numerous times I told Dr. **** I could feel him cutting and describing where his scapel was to confirm I was feeling everything. At one point the pain was so incredible, my blood pressure shot up, my body started to sweat and I screamed out in pain. I was told to "calm down" and he finished the surgery. I never got a call after surgery or any kind of check up until I came back for my one week check up. At that appointment my surgical tape was RIPPED off on the left side, pulling off mt scabs and the incision started to open. I was stuffed into a garment so tight it bent the metal hook and eye closures. I was told to "watch" the incision. Within days, my incision split wide open. I spent months in wound therapy which Sono Bello was made aware of yet Dr **** NEVER reached out to my wound care doctor to participate in my care. As my "surgeon" he should have. I went through h*** and was left to deal with it on my own! I've lost so much time and money trying to heal, not to mention the fear and PTSD I know deal with. I was ledt butchered with severly painful scar tissue and scarring across my entire abdomen. I deal with pain every.single.day. i am asking for a FULL refund for what I paid Sono Bello and if I do not get it, I will pursue further action to include my lost wages, what I paid for wound care treatment and pain and suffering. I have many pictures if needed.

      I am rejecting this response because: ***** from SonoBello called me ONE time. I called her right back and was left on hold for 5 minutes and no one came to the line. This has been my experience with SonoBello. Everyone tends to have good communication until they get your money. I had to live with huge open holes in my body for months. The only resolution is a full refund and if I do not get that I will hire an attorney. There is already talk of a class action lawsuit against SonoBello. I want a refund asap!

      At 12 oclock noon time EST today March 9, 2023 I visited sono Bello in ******. I am a 73 year old woman who gave them $16,000 and scheduled my surgery for April 1. I called within five hours of my appointment after speaking with my family and my doctor. I wanted to cancel. I requested a full refund. Mind you it is only been five hours since my first consultation where they took my money within three minutes. I was told I will not get a full refund, because the surgery has already been scheduled. I expect a call before I have to contact a lawyer.

      I spoke with sonobello her in ********* ** the beginning of February I believe and told them I couldn't proceed with the service I was paying in and requested a full refund on what I had paid which is ****. I was told via email and phone that the refund would be sent out via mail and was sent out on February 7th and I should receive it within 10 to 14 days. I never received the check. Called back and emailed back they said they could send it to me via direct deposit and to give them my banking information I did that. The direct deposit was told me to me it was sent out this past Friday February 3rd and I would have it today February 7th. I did not receive it my bank don't see anything coming in from the company. I feel like they have been lying to me this entire time it's been over a month and a check never came at all and still haven't received it yet. I keep emailing calling no response. I was paying to have the one day fat removal. I only did the consultation and been paying on it until I changed my mind and medical issues. I have done everything they asked as well of waiting and still nothing. I need my money immediately

      I went to a complimentary consult to Sonobello ******* **. On 3/3/23 I was told that if I had my surgery within the month of March I would get a discount. I felt pressured into booking right there and then. I was told that I had to leave a deposit of $2,000 to book my appointment with a surgeon and to book a surgery date. That evening I went home and researched deeper into Sonobello and found horrid things about outcomes of previous patients of Sonobello , even a death! I emailed and texted the consultant I had met with the next day, Saturday 3/4/23 I received no reply. And after reading how hard it is to get a refund for your deposit from Sonobello I decided to call my bank. 3/6/23. I put in a dispute for my deposit of $2,000. Then finally the consultant I had met with, ******* who took my deposit called me and emailed me. She said that because I had put a dispute through my bank that they would wait until my bank reached out to them then they would accept my dispute and I will then have my refund. I called my bank to let them know and my bank said that if they are truly willing to give me my refund back why did they just not refund me!? Its so much faster they said. My bank explained that the dispute through them can take up to 120 days! And theres no guarantee Id get my money back. They advised I call Sonobello and ask them to refund me, that would take 3-7 business days at most. They refused. They told me that since I chose to go through my bank through a dispute, they wouldnt refund me until they got a request from my bank. They are obviously being difficult as all reviews have stated from past clients who have changed their minds and have tried getting their deposit back! My bank said Sonobello would not get double charged if they refunded me. The dispute would get automatically resolved and they would not double charge them. Do not leave a deposit with Sonobello this is their scheme & read up on their practices youd run too! Now Im left waiting.

      I had a huge lump on my outer thigh from a car accident that I needed to have removed. ******************** assured me that he would be able to remove the entire lump in one session which was on Feb. 11, 2022, it cost $3168.51 and took less than 20 minutes. I was ecstatic and so we proceeded with the procedure. Afterwards, I could clearly see the lump had only been partially removed. There is still a big lump. I went to the three post-op appointments but saw only medical assistants. I told them each time that there was still a lump but they weren't able to help me. After numerous calls, I was finally able to get an appointment with ********************. After a 45-minute wait, he saw me for 10 minutes and said he'll be able to remove the rest free of charge. When I got to the front desk to make the appointment they said they didn't have ************************ schedule for the year yet and to keep trying to contact them. It has now been ONE YEAR of this running around. I'm so fed up. At this point, I just want a full refund so I can go to another doctor to complete the lump removal. If I had known there were so many complaints on BBB I would have never gone to Sono Bello.

      I am rejecting this response because: Sono Bello has been so unprofessional on the way they handled my case. I followed all the requirements. I only had half the work was done there for its only fair to have to pay for half a service. I do not feel comfortable working with Sono Bello any longer. The fact that its taken over a year and a complaint to the Better Business Bureau for them to follow up on my case is ridiculous. I would love to have all my money back but understand that they did do some work. I want half my money back. Thank you BBB for taking the time to work the situation out for me.

      On 9/29/22 I emailed *** at Sonobello to inquire about AdEx and liposuction to my bra rolls. I asked *** if the AbEx was just like a tummy tuck without the muscle repair and yes replied yes ( I saved all our emails). I meet with *** the senior patient care consultant the following week or so and she confirmed Id be a perfect patient for AbEx and liposuction. I was quoted $10,500 and paid ***** cash. 11/16/22 I had my pre-op with the male doctor. He says he will lipo my upper abs to loosen up more skin so he can pull as much loose skin down and cut it off then hed reposition and do a lil lipo around my belly button. He told his nurse to block out 4.5 hours for surgery day. 12/6/22 7:30am I arrived for surgery and was on the table by 9:15am. Throughout the procedure I was talking to him and the nurse asking them how did my belly button look and the nurse says it looked great. I was extremely excited to wear all my cropped shirts showing off my new look. 48 hours later I was able to remove my garment and realized my belly button wasnt repositioned and lipoed, it was the exact same belly button. I still had loose skin and fat. My 1 week post op I brought up my concerns and the RN Lexi confirmed that it didnt look like a good job and would find out what happened. 30 day post op **** said the doctor said I didnt have enough loose skin to do my belly button but its clear thats false. I had appt. with the woman doctor on 2/7/23 to see if she could confirm and fix my issues. She did say she would be able to do my belly button and lipo the bra rolls again to get that fat and have to reopen my lower stomach to fix the roll the male doctor left. 2/27/23 I speak to ****** the manager and she tells me the woman doctor **** going to actually do my procedure cause she feels I wouldnt be happy. I have asked for a refund since I didnt get the complete job I paid for. As of 3/1/23 I have been getting put off and no return calls. I am so depressed and want a refund asap.

      I am rejecting this response because: I did not meet with 2 different doctors. I met with ************** for over 20 minutes and we discussed what she was going to do to complete the procedure that wasnt done the first time on December 6th 2022. She said she was going to unachor my belly button, liposuction the far around it, reopen my lower left side area where fat roll was left from the AbEx procedure, liposuction the bra roll area where fat was left behind. At no point did doctor ***** tell me she wasnt going to do anything. Even Lexi the RN said there was left over loose skin on my stomach. I was offered $2000.00 of the $9600.00 I paid. I rejected that offer because $2000.00 is not going to cover my procedure when I go to a different doctor to get what I was promised from ***, the doctor who did my procedure and doctor ****** It will cost me triple that. Sonobello misleads patients and even in there advertising on their website they say the AbEx is alternative to a tummy tuck, removing loose skin, liposuction the abdomen to be able to get a nice tight result. I dont have that at all and have pictures documenting all this. Doing my research there are tons of unhappy customers and I am currently working with legal counsel.

      I attended a consultation for Laser Lipsuction on 27 Feb 2023 at the Sonobello located at Address: ***************************************************************************. The admin clerk was quite pushy and offered three options in increasing pricing. She never mentioned the word, non-refundable, the only thing she stated was if you pay $500, I can get you set up for a pre-consult. I paid $1000 in advance for the procedure, scheduled for the 6th of March 2023. I never met with a medical staff and the consult was strictly about associated charges. I was scheduled to attend a pre-procedure meeting with the clinical staff on 28 Feb 2023. However, once I returned home and conducted further research, it appears that there were several class action suits on this organization. At 6:00 PM on 27 *** 2023, I contacted ***** (admin staff) via Gmail and informed that I would like to cancel the procedure scheduled for 06 March and the pre-op appointment. In her reply at 8:34AM 28 Feb 2023, ***** told me to at least attend the pre-op meeting. By this point, I had conducted additional research and informed her again that I intend to cancel and would like my deposit back and cancel the financing for the remaining amount (around $5,800). ***** immediately changed her tone and stated that I will NOT be able to get my refund because I signed the financial agreement. I never signed this form because a copy was provided to me in the package which did not have my signature (I guess the intend was to sign it during pre-op appt). When I informed her about the unsigned form, she sent the forged financial agreement back to me via email stating I signed it in front of her. When I insisted that I never signed, she changed her tone and stated that I should have been charged $2495 - she was giving me a "good deal" so I still owed her/company $1000 and it was non-refundable. I am a senior military officer with 30 years of active duty military service. I KNOW my signature...this one was clearly forged!

      On 2-9-23 at Sono Bello I underwent liposuction to the upper and lower abs and excess skin removal by ***********. This was a planned procedure performed on an outpatient basis. I was told this would take on average 3-4 hours. After the liposuction was completed, I was asked to stand up and get on the commode. When I stood up blood was running down my legs and the medical assistant in the room asked me to please just lie back down. I might add that the only individuals in the room during this was *********** and a medical assistant. .After the procedure was complete my daughter was called in. My daughter noticed that my blood pressure was low at 98/60. The medical assistant stated that "she lost more blood than normal, which required cauterization. " When we asked about incision care they said that all she had was skin glue and steri strips. I was then discharged home in the care of my daughter. We had a 2-hour car ride home, and about 30 minutes in I became dizzy, sweaty, loss of vision, nauseous, and pale. At this time my daughter made contact with my primary care provider to arrange outpatient IV fluids, because my daughter who is a nurse thought I was dehydrated.Upon arrival to ****** hospital my blood pressure was found to be 60/30 and I was unresponsive. I was taken to the emergency room, where they were not able to stabilize blood pressure, so was admitted to their inpatient floor for further monitoring. . The next day my hemoglobin dropped to 6.6, which required 2 units of blood and a 4 night hospital stay. At my one week follow up the surgeon did not come in to room to assess me and or follow up. The only care provider was by a nurse who took pictures and *********************. On 2-26-23, after removing steri strips a staple was found at incision line. .Phone call was placed to Sono Bello and spoke with a nurse who stated no staples were placed according to their documentation.
