My scheduled appointments are not being honored: 1. My appointments have been rescheduled multiple times by the office. 2. I show up and I am scheduled with another surgeon besides my own, in which I am then turned away. 3. Agreed upon appointment times are now being changed without my consent. 4. Only appointments that I can not accommodate are now being offered.I have asked multiple times for a manager to call me. Always with the promise of a call back, but never getting one. I have also asked for a corporate number so that they could over see the booking of an appointment. My request was denied. I have asked if my original consultant to reach out to me for help, also with no contact.My concern is that my contract states I need to be seen before the annual anniversary of my surgery date to resolve any issues. My surgery date was Nov 24, 2021. I have been given countless verbal promises that everything will work out and that my case will be honored, But I have been refused the promise in writing from the front desk.Originally , I was told that I was not allowed to book a follow up with the doctor to address my concerns until after 6 months of my surgery. At the 6 month **** which was at the end of May, the medical secretary told that no follow up appointments were being booked until August and to call back then. I have been going through this since August.Is there anyone that could resolve this situation with me besides the medical front desk please? I have paid $450.00 for a procedure and decided against it. They said they are not going to give me my money back that I can use it for another procedure or gift it to someone else!!!Business Response

I had a consultation done on 7/16/22 with ***************************. I was told by ***** that my care credit card has zero interest for 18 months. When I received my bill I noticed Im being charged interest. I contacted care credit. They advised me it was an easy fix just needed to contact the doctors office to do so.I emailed ***** on 9/14/22 when I received my statement and realized I'm being charged interest. She seemed to act as if she had no idea what Im talking about. I sat right there in her office and joked about picking up extra shifts to pay it down in 18 months. I have several credit cards. Two of which are **************** cards with no preset spending limit. I couldve easily put this on any of my other credit cards. I had no need for a new credit card. The only reason that I agreed to the card was because she told me it was no interest for 18 months. If this wasnt true then thats fraud. And its predatory to falsify information to get a sale. She was reading directly from the website. Maybe she misunderstood or misinterpreted something but thats not any fault of my own.I reached out the Practice Manager, ********************************, on 10/19/22, She stated she would like to discuss the matter further and try to get it resolved. I emailed back and never heard from her again. I emailed again on 10/26/22, again, with no response. The majority of my care credit payment go towards the interest. I need this issue resolved. I consulted with Sono Bello on 11/24 for a lipo and mini-tuck procedure. *************************** was my consultant; she showed me several post-op pictures of previous patients with procedures similar to those I was seeking. A few days later, we agreed to the procedure for about $11,000. I put the initial deposit on my credit card. The balance of $9000 was paid by the ******** loan that ***** filed for me and was approved. She wanted to schedule the surgery immediately because they had so much room on their schedule, but I elected to have it on January 4, 2022. The agreement of the procedure was if I was not satisfied with the results 6 months post-op, the surgeon would perform a revision. I met with the surgeon 6 months post-op in July, and he agreed that I needed a revision. The doctor told me to call in September to schedule my pre-op evaluation so the procedure could be done in October. I have been calling since September and got to speak to a manager twice. One of the managers told me in a snotty way that it's not up to the doctor when I get to have the revision and that he should not have told me that. Now, the managers won't take my call anymore. ******* told me 3 weeks ago she would get more dates from the nurses and doctors and get back to me, but she nerver did. I keep calling, and I'm always told a manager will call me back, but they never do. I'm not upset that I needed a revision; what upsets me is that I spent all this money to get ready for my daughter's wedding, giving myself plenty of time to recover, and Sono Bello did not uphold their end of the contract and revise my procedure as promised. They had so much room in their schedule for the initial surgery, but now I'm getting the runaround, and the managers are avoiding me and not wanting to schedule my revision. If Sono Bello does not have room in their schedule to revise my procedure, I would like a full refund so I can go somewhere else to revise my procedure.Business Response

I had originally scheduled to have micro-laser lipo done to my abdomen, sides, and upper legs. During my 1st visit with the Doctor ****************** before the procedure he had mentioned that I would not get the best results from the lipo of my abdomen due to a hernia in my belly button and he would deny the treatment area. Unfortunately, I had already paid for the procedure and was told I could not get my money back and I need to go through with it. On the day of the procedure. I showed up and was very apprehensive to go through with it and would had rather gotten a refund and just had my legs done instead. I had a fully induced panic attack in the room and just wanted to go home. I ended up leaving and was called by ***** to reschedule my procedure on my abdomen. I did not want to do it because I was concerned about the hernia the doctor had mentioned, but being told that I could not be refunded I went ahead and did the lipo. A month later I went in and had my upper legs done as well. Long story short...it is now been 11 months since my first procedure and it was not successful on any part of my body, and the doctor that did this is no longer with the company.I was offered a "revision" or I could be refunded $1500, which is the cost of the "revision" I feel that this is not the best practice scenario and is a violation of my well being. How is this "revision" only costing $1,500 when I had paid almost $15,000 to begin with? If they are going to basically start over and do the whole procedure from square one wouldn't it cost the same amount? I think I should be refunded in full because the the services I paid for were not rendered, I believe this type of business should only require payment in full once a customer is satisfied with their results. I had tried to be refunded before any surgery took place and this company refused. I am extremely unsatisfied with my experience at Sono Bello in ******, *************. I spent about $10,000 for a procedure that not only did not work, but made my body look worse as the ending results. In April of this year, 2022, I put $4000 down of my own money upfront and was financed the rest for the remaining balance. The procedure was on my stomach, hips, and inner thighs. Absolutely NOTHING was fixed. The results are nonexistent. If anything, the problematic areas that were done are by far way worse than before I stepped foot in the building. I looked better before the treatment was even done. I have asked repeatedly for a refund, but Sono Bello will deny me of this in any way. I have an open investigation going with the credit card company who financed me. Sono Bello offered to do another surgery to fix their mistakes, but not unless I close my dispute. There are no words to describe how insanely dissatisfied I am with my procedure!!!!!! I spent $10,000 for laser fat removal on my stomach, hips, and inner thighs. I even payed to have the Abex procedure done to assure I would receive the results that they promised. My body has NO results! My procedure was done in April. I have fully exceeded the amount of time that Sono Bello had given before results would be achieved. This NEVER happened and the management/ surgeon one hundred percent know this, and are aware of it!! They saw my before and after pictures and voiced that they even agreed. The problematic areas that were part of the procedure are now by FAR way worse!!!!! My normal clothes that I wore prior to the procedure dont even fit now because of how badly this has altered my body!!!! The saggy lose skin and pockets of uneven fat as well as new stretch marks that has corrupted and taken over my body seriously bring me to tears every single day. Whenever I tried to reach out to Sono Bello it was literally like pulling teeth trying to get any form of a manager on the phone. Nobody would ever call me back. They admitted the surgery did not give me any form of desired results. If anything, my body is now much worse. They claim that they don't give refunds but I've seen on The BBB page responses from Sono Bello, and claim that they in fact have refunded those extremely unsatisfied customers. I will not stop until I am one of them!!!!!! There is no way I should have to accept this extremely large loss of $10,000 to furthermore need another surgery just to fix their problem and what they have done to me!

I am rejecting this response because this response is not true. The Sono Bello team acknowledged that the expectations were not met neither were the results of the procedure, hence why when I went back for my review they could easily see thst from my before and after pictures and THEN offered to perform a corrective procedure. Furthermore, Sono Bello also admitted that they can not do anything corrective to the area they did on my legs because they don't want to make it look worse. My before and after pictures are horrendous!!!!!! There has not been ONE single thing satisfying about the entire ordeal and quite frankly this has been ***********************. Why should I have to pay to look even worse with ZERO results! There weren't any! So that is 100% a lie!

I made an appt with Sonobello. Went to initial consultation then met with the Dr. a couple of weeks later. Nurse took my ** and said it was a little high. Dr. said I would have to have the skin removal surgery but he could not do it because he does it in his office in ******************** and he uses anesthesia which the office in ******* does not do. So he referred me to two other Dr's. that could do the surgery, a female and male. I requested to make an appointment with female Dr. which ***** or ****** would not do. They still made it with the male Dr. I reconsidered the surgery and said that because I was worried about not being able have anesthesia and worried about my blood pressure, I would like a refund. I submitted the refund request to ************ on 09/30/22 and have not received anything. I would like a full refund. Thank you.Business Response

On September 12, 2022, my mom and I went in for our free consultation. We met with ********* one of the Sales ********** explained to us the procedure and how simple and easy it would be. I asked if I had the procedure on a Friday would I be back at work by the following Monday. She assured me yes I would be back. She also gave me a deal, if I signed same day she would remove the surgical fee. I also saw a $900 fee for garments; she assured me these were top of the line and needed for each phase. She also mentioned a guarantee, meaning if there was any fat still left after 6 months, they would perform another procedure at no cost. I proceeded with the deposit and scheduling of pre-op and operation.On September 23, 2022 was my day for pre-op. Upon arriving, I was given a stack of papers to sign off on, which I read thoroughly. I meet with the nurse and doctor where he begins his assessment. The doctor is now stating I had said I wanted my hips. I confirmed no that I did not and wanted it taken off the quote/bill. *** then began to try and convince me to do my hips and informing me I would like weird if I didnt. I began to tell here that I feel like a look like a square and wanted the procedure to help give me shape. She then proceeded tell me that I might have the wrong idea about the reality of the procedure. I begin to get nervous and tell ***, now you are giving second thoughts on the whole thing. On Tuesday, September 27th, I call *** and inform her that I want to postpone the procedure until Jan ******************************************* case I need extra time. She then says that if I plan to cancel/postpone within 5 days there is a fee of 50% of the entire bill PLUS the bill. I begin to get upset and tell her that is ridiculous as she NEVER explained that to me even after I said I was second guessing the whole thing. I went Sono Bello six months ago, on April 8 2022, to discuss laser liposuction in my belly area. The sales lady who I had my consultation with looked like a Barbie ***** She told me that she also had this procedure done and she loved her results. The day of my surgery on May 18, 2022, I was greeted by the doctor who would do my surgery. I was very nervous as I was going to be awake during the whole procedure. The doctor informed me that would be very little discomfort. That was a lie. It has been over six months after my procedure and my results are non-existent and unnoticeable. The nurse informed me, after taking my pictures, that she did not see a difference from before and after the surgery. She told me that they do have a guarantee and that the doctor could do the procedure over again. I am terrified to go through this pain again for the same no results. They sold me on a procedure that they guaranteed me would lose inches off my body. It did not take off any inches at all anywhere. At every appointment I expressed my concerns that I know my body and there are no results and that I am healed. They sold me on a procedure that did not work and I did not see any results and one that was extremely painful. I filled a complaint with them a few days after the surgery. I did not receive what I paid for and what I was promised and for this reason I want my money back of $6,744.94.Business Response

I had a free consultation, and scheduled a surgery within 12 days due to an opening they were trying to fill. I was told at my consult that my use of marijuana was fine due to my extremes anxiety and depression. At my pre-op I was told it would be best to quit. The night before my surgery I started having extreme anxiety, throwing up, and couldnt manage my depression. My cannabis use is solely for medical purposes. I did not pay a deposit since I was filling a spot for them, as a courtesy. I was told for any reason, I could be refunded. I am waiting for a full refund currently. The terms of the contract were not aligned with my actual commitment. I financed ****, and **** cash and are currently waiting for both to be reversed.Business Response

I am rejecting this response because:
Sonobello claimed they refunded me for a cancelled surgery, but I still have over $2000 unrefunded to me. Sonobello did refund my financing service, however, I have not been refunded to my debit card. I have reached out, and spoken with Sonobello multiple times. Sonobello said they refunded me my entire procedure, but I am still actively waiting for my $2000 refund. There was no deposit taken, and I was told that I would be refunded the full amount.Business Response

In order to protect our busy surgical schedules, we do require a non-refundable deposit when booking. The patient signed documentation agreeing to this. She also issued a chargeback with credit card which was resolved in our favor.
