    Purchased car - 23rd March 24, no spare key but would get mailed to me.Payoff for our car we traded in took over 3 weeks due to an issue on their end.Temporary plates were expiring. Spent many emails back and forth on finding out when I would get my permanent plates. ******, the sales advisor was very unresponsive. Finally got them mailed to us after spending countless hours following up.Still without the spare key. Was told it was ordered by ******. Two months go by, was told it had finally come in to pickup. Drove over an hour to get to the dealership and they could not find it. Service said they would order one for me and get it directly sent to me. Two weeks later I follow up, find that the service manager had been terminated/left and that the ordering fell through the cracks. Have since then reached out AGAIN to ****, **************** manager and was told a week ago it would be ordered and taken care of and that someone would reach out to me. Nobody has since reached out and we are still without a spare key.In total it's been 4 months and no spare key. I've tried escalating to the service manager and instead of them dealing with it they forward the email to other 'managers'. These guys are utterly shambolic. AVOID!!!!!!

    Just got the run around for what should have been a simple fix. No need to explain the situation. All I want to say is this has been my experience with this dealership. Everything is a hassle, inconvenience and you will have to make a half dozen calls and speak with nice people and some real j-ak a** es before you get the problem solved. Save yourself the hassle, for me its too late, stuck with the mistake. I think I will never need to buy a car again, but if I do, it will not be from any Hyundai or **** dealer especially in Kirkland.

    Was forced to buy a dealer add-on to purchase my new car. They will try to force you to buy SWAT and an Etch antitheft device (what I had to do) or will mark the car up on the backend if I didn't buy at least one. NO OK!

    I am beyond upset with recommendations given to me by the service center at Hyundai of Kirkland. It took several months to get an appointment when my engine light was on. Had taken it to my regular mechanic twice but they were not able to fix. - Took to the dealer and they fixed problem for $700 but they also did a multi point inspection and said brake linings required immediate attention and would fix for $800+. We said no since we were not going to keep the car. We ended up keeping the car and our regular mechanic said brakes were fine! We will not be returning to either service center or Hyundai dealership in Kirkland.

I am sorry to hear you are upset, however, the technician noted that your brakes were worn down to 3mm on the left side and 2mm on the right. Our policy is to recommend replacement at 3mm as it can become a safety issue if you let it go any longer. I am disappointed that you felt you could not address your questions and concerns to us directly. I recently left you a voicemail. If you are interested in discussing this further, I ask that you return my call at your earliest convenience.

    Confused and shocked!!I was just denied to purchase a vehicle because I live 5 hours away! WOW - i was going to drive and purchase the vehicle. I wanted to get the paperwork started and pick ** in morning. Denied - didnt run credit - didnt do an application - Nothing. Because im not local - NO CAR FOR YOU. Im 5 hours away - this is the closest Genesis ******* Worst **************** Ever - I have never Experienced this. Here is what i got from the Sales Manager - ************************* "I do apologize for any inconvenience, we want to make sure that we have inventory for our local customers."Dont do business with this company.

    On 3/16/2022 we purchased at 2022 Hyundai ********, and traded in our 2019 ****** Outback. The lease payoff on the Outback was $19,000, but when the final finance documents were prepared the payoff amount was listed as $16,000. On May 4, 2022, we had to produce another $3,000 in order to not have to refinance this Santa Fe. We did that, and were promised the paint and interior coating service, that we declined at the day of purchase. Five days later, we still have not been contacted by Hyundai of Kirkland service to arrange this service. *************************, Sales Manger is just not a man of his word. Avoid this dealership at all costs.
