      They put out games that do not work, fail to provide any means to fix the issue that they cause, and then tell you that you are out of luck. This company is almost as bad as Valve, but at least they have a human that responds. Will not be purchasing anything produced by ** or their affiliates ever again.

      This company is a joke and needs to be shut down immediately. Making billions off spenders but then treating the spenders as if we are c*** Customer isnt right with WB. Lies about offering, packs, and enforcement of their terms of service. Recently I tried to buy a few pack being dumb, I know.. each time I bought a pack I was given the wrong one only to be told, too bad too sad.WB games needs to go away

      I would have left a 0/5 rating but this website will not allow it so 1/5 it is. Have played their mobile game, Game of Thrones Conquest, on and off for 4 years. I stop playing after getting beyond frustrated and needing a break due to the faulty game being unable to perform correctly and WB not caring or correcting the problems after repeated reports from players. Some issues are still existing since game launch, I was in beta kingdom. Instead of taking player advice and fixing the game they pile new feature on top of new feature and then wonder why complaints go up. They reasons they do this is the game is structured to capture players with addictive personalities that must win at all cost. The new feature means higher short term profits from addicted spenders while others that see through this scam quit. You have players that have $1M keeps, god bless them if they can afford it due to disposable income, but their spending means the game never gets corrected. The issues that exist have been reported so many times that I informed their customer service (in name only) that they are no longer bugs but instead knowingly offering a faulty product. **************** only helps large spenders to keep them on the hook while blaming other players or throwing a small bones to make us go away. Some real jewels they use are check your WiFi connect (you think I havent), do you have the latest version of the app (again did before contacting you), switch your phone to airplane mode, we see your game performed correctly (despite time stamped screenshots as documented proof showing otherwise). They say they will pass along info to developers so they either never do or their developers are incompetent. I have dealt with all customer service from initial level reps like Eldaenareth, ****, Neross to escalation members like Zhatsi, Quark and others. When the game has glitches that cause adverse situations to your game or keep (what they players city is called), they say nothing other than Im sorry and will pass along yet anyone that spends gets large compensation. They act as if players dont talk and know how obvious the treatment discrepancy is and then wonder why we complain after getting the canned response of any assistance we here at Customer Support might provide is not intended to replace or reimburse any incurred losses in-game, as we can only assist with your future endeavors. If that is the case then 1. Why give comp at all because all complaints deal with past game performance and how to make the game better and 2. Not asking for one to pretend nothing happened and give 20M of any kind of comp but are asking to get in the ballpark when losses incurred are due to the game malfunction and no fault of the individual player. Never play this game or other games by WB as they are all similar in structure. Some players like myself that play multiple games have even informed their customer service of how to correct the game and make it work properly as it is done every day in other games (which most every feature of this game arent original they are stolen from other games just have the Game of Thrones character names attached to draw fans in and hook them) so we know the game can perform properly they just chose not to fix their game because it may mean missing a new product rollout or two in order to correct and make the game run more smoothly. Sorry for the long response but years of frustration are coming out in this complaint.

      I have had an account with Injustice 2 mobile for more than three years, and have spent well more than $2,000 US. I have reported several issues to WB customer service over that time, regarding what they call "upgrades" that have severely affected the gameplay. They respond the same way each and every time. "We have forwarded your report to the game team for review and will be addressed in a future update". Multiple "updates" later the issues still persist and yet they respond with the same response. Even when you specifically tell them that this response is unacceptable, since they have said the same thing over and over again, they will "escalate" the issue to someone who will respond with the same unacceptable response. They routinely promote characters or objects "to help you succeed" only to downgrade them in a classic bait-and-switch. They do not deny this. They only say "we will forward it to the game team for review". They refuse to fix issues and only offer the same empty promise to "forward it to the game team for review".On the other hand they are more than happy to take your money.

      It should also be n9oted that their customer base considers the WB customer service to be among the worst in the business. And that is saying something.
