While waiting hours and hours with my dog that had a hematoma they assured me that what they were going to do would work it worked for about three and a half hours when I called them back with my concerns they told me take some pictures and send it to him then they denied getting them when I called back again they promptly said we are not taking any new patients then they put us on hold and would not answer again until we start six seven them and they didn't know it was us. Finally when I did go in to try and see if I could get my dog some help one of the vets who had treated my dog quickly got up and took off out of the waiting room with another customer and I was told there was nothing they could do for my dog. They gave me old antibiotics they gave me old antibiotics that were out of date expired and care nothing for my dog after spending so much money all they can worry about is getting their last $300 not whether my dog is okay or not horrible horrible place.

Did nothing to help. Very rude and unprofessional. DO NOT USE THEM! 12 year old dog has been aspirating. I asked what can I do? They said Drive an uber here. That would cost about a grand. I said I can't. They then suggested my neighbors and that I was worthless and hung up on me.

I'm absolutely outraged by this company . My son's dog was having seizures at our vet couldn't get her in for a couple weeks and said that there are several things that can cause her to have seizures and none of them were good and we needed to get her to an emergency vet I wish now I would have went to this website first and feel so guilty that I didn't because now I am also responsible for her death by telling my son to take her there. The first visit over $1,000 they put her an IV did blood work and send her home saying her vitals were stable but no answer to iwhat was actually causing the seizures so we thought she was fine after a few days she was obviously getting worse and we had mentioned the first visit that we thought she possibly could have been poisoned and was ignored. My son then took her back again and when they were getting ready to release her again after spending hundreds of more dollars she had a seizure in they're waiting room while being released so they gave him hundreds of dollars worth of medicine for epilepsy and by the time he got to his truck she had blood in her f**** and he ran back in and they still sent her home and our poor little girl didn't make it to the morning and I had to take her back to have her cremated at just a week before her second birthday. After researching it was obviously signs of a poisoning and they could have saved her if they would have just listened the first time we took her in instead she died a horrible painful death please do not take your pets there . thousands of dollars later and all we have is a box with her ashes and a heart heartbroken son who lost his best friend. When my son went to pick her ashes up he was obviously upset and ask them why this happened and they tried to tell him it was his fault for not paying more money to have her helped which is untrue he would have paid more to help her he just want to know what the money he had already spent was for. He never said he wouldn't spend more

We got to this place and sat there for 2 and a half hours, waited for their service, they told us over the phone that the place was to busy to help us, our dog is experiencing an infection and is lethargic it is an emergency, well they told us it isnt an emergency and we have to let our poor dog lay around like this for two days , they wont fit us in. They came out to the parking lot after we asked to make sure our dog isnt going to die, she didnt do anything but tell us that we have neglected our dog! She actually ran her mouth to customers and a dog in need of medical attention. They then proceeded to tell us to never come back to this location. Gross. I called to make a complaint and they have no managers on site and they never do. This place should get shut down. They dont care about animals. They only care if they can put your animal down. Seems like a money scam. Multiple reasons to shut them down . Please do so, we pay taxes. We want our animals healthy!!

They advertise as a walk in 24/7 emergency clinic but thats not true. Our cat was sick not moving and were turned away from a place that advertises like a ER for adults. Totally fake advertising. They said they had surgeries scheduled all the time. They could of kept my cat and gave her a IV but the receptionist was so happy I wouldnt find a place in the state for any emergency. Our own vet cant see our cat for a week so you are forced to watch your animal to suffer and die and then go to their website and see staff selfies. Ridiculous. Pet owners beware you are expected to be your own pets doctor.
