    I ordered once from them and all went well. My second order was lost by *****. Hasnt tracked since March 3rd. Of course ***** is still investigating. So, as I have been emailing customer service throughout, they decided to send a new one, even though I asked for a refund SEVERAL times and told them I dont even need it anymore. That time has passed. This company has bad policies, I dont recommend using them. Its been over a month since I ordered, pretty much a month since it stopped tracking - nothing but another product I dont even need.

    Absolutely garbage I went to drug test with their famous powdered urine I did the drug test and it showed tampered with on the sample I got pictures I spent over 200 dollars and nothing back on my money do not purchase off these scummy crooks I'm gonna blast them everywhere I can

    This customer failed a BAT (Breath Analysis Test) and submitted that paperwork stating he failed a urine test. This customer also has stated to ** on Nov 2, quote: "Big Red Tarrant Nov 02 ?08:48 am? I got one from simply golden and the reviews were s*** And I don't want to lose this job."So we know he had urine from somewhere called "simply golden" and then failed a breath test and wanted a refund for our product. The customer also has an ongoing support ticket after having provided his failed BAT testing results yesterday. He is welcome to continue his conversation with the merchant however, urine and BAT testing, don't go hand in hand.

    I ordered the 3 day detox and the drink that you use the day of the test. They do not honor money back guarantee if you test positive and send all of the required documents and bar codes to Toxin Rid.

    They claim that the test results were not sufficient enough, but those were the test results that I received from the employer/lab; therefore, it is a scam because they use this as an excuse to not provide the refund.

    Ordered a package containing so called powdered urine and was charged $255 then charged another $22 for extra shipping costs. The product was garbage and not worth $5 let alone $255. Buyers beware this is fake advertising at its finest and will never order anything from them again. Save your money people or look elsewhere. Not worth it

    I really appreciate all the folks who left reviews here, Im sure it saved me a lot of money and time. I was about to place an order last night, and while I was scrolling their website, a pop up appeared that offered a 10% off in exchange for my email and subscribing to their promotions. I signed up, received my code, went to my email and confirmed my subscription. I then went to place my order and added the code I was given. (I took a screenshot of it to ensure I didnt get it wrong.) However, their website said the code was invalid. This made me suspicious so I started googling and here I am. After reading the reviews and complaints here, I am happy with my decision to not give them my business. Just keep scrolling and see how they respond to people, its quite revealing of the character of their customer service agents, management team, and the company in general. Is the company a scam? Maybe, maybe not. However, their rude responses to legitimate customer complaints and inquiries was enough for me to see that this is a company I would never do business with. Their responses reveal a company that takes zero ownership or responsibility for anything that occurs on their end, and blame the customers for everything in a very rude, unprofessional way. Head on over to the BBB complaints page for this company to read more of their unprofessional responses. To the company: Kindly remove my email address from your subscription mailing list.     As per every other response from this company, they totally missed the point. The coupon not working wasnt the issue, it just made me suspicious. The unprofessional responses from the company to other customers was the real turn off. If I had come here and read reasonable responses to customers concerns, I would have returned and contacted the support hotline to figure out the issue. However when I read the unprofessional, combative responses to other customers, as well as the many reviews from customers stating that the help line and live chat were useless in contacting anyone in a timely manner, and when they finally were contacted, the responses from the customer service agents seemed consistently rude and unprofessional. This is why I chose not to continue the transaction with this company, not because of the coupon code not working. The cognitive dissonance and mental gymnastics that the company puts into their responses to justify their rude, unprofessional behavior is really something to behold.

    I was in a complete panic after reading reviews on here and thinking I had just got scammed. Well, GREAT news, I did overnight delivery on a 5-day detox and it was here the next morning, despite me ordering late in the day. I then ordered a 10-day detox, realizing 5 may not be enough. I am on day 6 and testing clean. I was a very heavy, morning-to-bedtime smoker. I had quit one day prior to starting the cleanse. So, anyone reading the negative reviews here, relax and know it boils down to not being able to please everyone.
