      AMAZON NOW HAS REALLY SUNK DOWN IN THE DUMPS. ITEMS YOU ORDER ARE MARKED WITH "FREE SHIPPING" AND NOW ONCE YOU CHECK OUT THERE ARE SHIPPING FEES!!!! NO, I DID NOT MARK ANYTHING INCORRECTLY.....THERE ARE NOW HIDDEN SHIPPING FEES, THAT ONLY SHOW UP WHNE YOU CHECK OUT NOT BEFORE. EVEN THOUGH ITS ADVERTISED AS FREE SHIPPING. I CONTACTED THEM, AND WAS INFORMED THAT SELLERS ARE ALLOWED TO DO THAT, ADVERTISE FREE SHIPPING AND THEN CHARGE. WELL GUESS WHAT, THAT WAS MY LAST ORDER....

      TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE SERVICE! Total disregard for a customer! I bought a MacBook M4 on 10/28 for $1,288.05 (including delivery to arrive on 10/29). It arrived in my city the next morning, early, at 5:47 a.m. The system said it would arrive as I chose, on 10/29. I waited the entire day and nothing! They postponed it to today, 10/30—still nothing. I contacted several agents and specialists via chat over these two days. EVERY SINGLE ONE gave WRONG, DIFFERENT, and INCONSISTENT answers! Then they said my order had to be canceled and that I’d get a refund to my Amazon balance in 2–3 hours, plus $60 and the total amount I paid. To confirm that, I called another agent, and he told me the refund would be LESS than what the previous one said and would take 3–5 hours. Then he transferred me to a specialist. The specialist told me it would take 10 DAYS, and while I was still typing, he went ahead and CLOSED the chat. Complete incompetence from these agents, total lack of respect and empathy. I needed to receive this MacBook yesterday, 10/29. They promised it would arrive yesterday and today—NOTHING. And now I have to wait all that time again. It was complete neglect! If I could give 0 stars, I would. Amazon is now completely tarnished for me. From being a good, trustworthy company to one full of incompetent people giving false answers. Be careful buying expensive stuff from them.

      I have been waiting for a refund from Amazon for over $325 for a month for a phonograph I returned over a month ago. They have no humans to deal with this issue so you suffer greatly in their chat system. If I dont get my money this week I will also go to the consumer protection board. Amazon doesnt care about consumers at all.

      I have screenshots of my conversations.I had placed an order for a **. When it came to delivery they used **** instead of the normal Amazon vans. Well the address I am at doesn't have **** set up yet so it was undeliverable. No fault to Amazon here. So I contacted Amazon they said they would reship the item with a new carrier and I would receive an update with new shipping information. Well I never received the information by the time the ***** said I would so I contacted them again. The 2nd ***** said the first one never carried out the order for the replacement. I said ok and they said they would process the replacement, apologized, etcetera. They said I should receive an update blah blah and get the ** within a couple of days.Well I did not receive the ** in 2 days like they said. I got no new information on tracking. It only showed the original tracking and no new updates. So I contacted them again. I told the now 3rd associate at this point I would just like a refund. They said I would get a refund within 5-7 business days which is an absurd amount of time considering they take your money instantly.Well the very next day I get an email saying they shipped the ** with **** once again and then processed my request as a return. Which made zero sense because I asked for a refund for an item I NEVER RECEIVED. Then I talk eith a now 4th ***** who just leaves the conversation and I get sent to a now 5th *****.The 5th ***** reads all my past conversations and says when you receive the ** return it and we'll process the refund. They shipped is **** once again. I tell her how can I return something I'll never receive. Besides I asked for a new carrier which the original ***** told me they could do. Sh says we can't ship with a new *********** I'm mad because she's telling me they can't process the refund until the item is returned. I get mad, use some language. They finally process my refund. Amazon customer service is abysmal.

      Prime member for years ( 6+) , false advertising fast shipping , Ive always let it go , but today is the final straw , ordered a hollowed customer before the 27th to have to arrive before holloween , now its saying November 4th!! That is ridiculous , and terrible

      Corrupt, shady, they allow Twitch to spread inexcusable amounts of hate, they promote violence at their events, they don't hire **************** and opt for cheap slave labor instead. Amazon is the worst, and it's so frustrating that they have such a vice grip on society. Shop elsewhere! Stop giving them your bsuiness!

      I reset my laptop. Lost email password etc. I can not give Amazon.com my usual information because I no longer have it. Spent 2 weeks gave them every detail on my statement. Told them what I bought. They are still sending me products on items that I would have cancelled. Just received a case of cat food that I would of cancelled if I was able to get in to my account.. Gave them last 4 digest of credit card said they needed a expiration date . I haven't had the card for years. There payment is due 10/28/2025. I am not going to pay it because I think that is the only way I can prove who I am

      If I could give negative number I would the customer service is rude when trying to cancel Amazon prime I will never do bisness with this place I would recommend others not to either there a rip off company just out to take your money

      Amazon Prime makes life easier plain and simple. I love that I can order something late at night and have it at my door in a day or two. The movies and shows are a nice bonus, though I wish more of them were free with Prime. Sometimes deliveries get delayed, but overall, its a service I rely on regularly and happily recommend.

      I ordered a tie pin for my husband for a special occasion. I ordered the item on Saturday it came Monday. In the Amazon package was brass bolts, nuts, and screws. The event is on Thursday. Called customer service for them to tell me to send the item back and once received they will refund me my money. Not only do they want me to go out my way to return an item that I didn't purchase but I have to wait for a refund. I don't have want a refund I want the tie.
