      I do not recommend anyone make an Amazon account. Someone hacked into my account over a week ago and Amazon still have not done anything to help me with it. I have called customer support and they told me that they will turn it into the IT department And I still have not heard anything from there.

      I got prime. Two day delivery on a muffler. 3/30/25. Paid for.4/11/25 has not been shipped. I asked why? They said it was because of the size of the package and weight. Not good business practice.

      Amazon customer service lies & does nothing to resolve issues. I called and canceled several large furniture items that were ordered accidentally. The person I spoke to said unequivocally each item was canceled. I spent a long time on the phone and went item by item with the person who then read the name of the item off and said it was canceled. Well, the items were delivered anyway. I called Amazon and asked them to waive the $12 fee for *** to pick up the items from my porch. They refused to. They read their scripted response, which was a lie saying they cant because it was **** Its a wont not a cant. Amazon does not care that their customer service *** lied. In fact, the lady I spoke with today went into a scripted monologue saying the person I spoke with is a third party contractor so it doesnt matter what they told me. This is a lie. If a customer calls the ********************** phone number the person who answers ***resents Amazon and Amazon is responsible for what that person says and does. Then they read another script saying it was my responsibility to look for an email from them confirming the cancellation. Another lie. I have no responsibility to do so after an Amazon *** unequivocally said it was canceled. Ive spent tens of thousands of dollars at ***************************** wont waive a $12 fee. I dont really care about the $12 fee per package. What I care about is being lied to by one person & then having the next person not give a flying fig. What I care about is that Amazon decided to not to anything to make it right. Speaking to their ***s is the single most infuriating thing I have ever done in my life. These people are trained this way, they are reading scripts. Amazon has *decided* to treat its customers like complete garbage.

      I give Amazon 0 stars.i only clicked one star because it was required to move forward with my complaint. Paid $395 for iPad. Received empty box. Amazon refuses to refund me or replace the iPad. I called the same day. They gave me a hassle about it as if it was my fault. Later they had me file police report. I did everything they asked. Now they say Ive allowed too much time to pass. I was simply robbed by a big company who knows that they can get away with it. I dont know what else to do.

      If possible I would give zero(0) stars.I purchased a Sisigad Rlectric Scooter from Amazon July 23, 2024 as a gift to my grandson. On April 5, 2025 he was riding scooter, error 3 displayed, scooter shut off, and has not come on since. I contacted Amazon and was told they could do nothing, scooter has 6 month warranty and that I had to contact Sisigad, manufacturer of scooter. However, Sisigad is informing me that I have to go through Amazon because that's where I purchased scooter. Also, according to Sisigad's warranty information, scooter has a one year warranty for electric scooters. I am getting the run around from both companies.Note: there is absolutely no reason that this electric scooter should've stopped working within 8 months of use from a child weighing 95 lbs and having approximately 500 miles.

      I don't know what Amazon has been doing lately but, their customer service has gotten far worse over the years. Constant login issues, orders not being shipped/recieved, emails about orders arriving on time only to check the website to track orders and there is no record of orders being processed at all. Amazon today is QUITE LITERALLY THE WORST! I used to love Amazon now I HATE this company with a passion! I hope they lose all of their business and shut down for good!

      I bought a product that was delivered empty, the seller and Amazon giving me the run around over $120.00 . The representatives cant speak proper English, they dont want to give me my refund . I cant believe this place is still in business .

      I've used Amazon for years just like millions of other people. I have consistently experienced issues with their logistics / delivery services. Issues have ranged from orders being marked as delivered when they're not, items being delivered to the wrong address, items being marked as delivery attempted (which my Ring camera proves is false), and incorrect items being delivered.I normally wouldn't have written this review because, honestly, I'm one person and it's freaking Amazon, not much will happen, but if I can cause one person on their team to see this, I'll consider it a win. The logistics manager I was transferred to was beyond rude. **************** was phenomenal prior to being transferred to logistics, but that manager was rude, dismissive, and multiple times told me to "calm down" and asked if I needed to "take a minute to calm down". I've worked customer service and I NEVER never never never yell at phone representatives because I've been there and it's terrible. The way this logistics manager spoke to me, a frustrated customer (not angry or irate) was beyond unacceptable and he should be reprimanded and retrained.

      When u try to cancel a order they don't let u even when it hasn't shipped i even took my card off there site an they still charged my card .this is the second time this has happened to me also customer service lies to u an makes excuses it took over 2 week to even receive them not happy .
