      Amazon has suddenly stopped allowing individuals to print actual invoices. Who is Amazon to decide whether we need an invoice or an order summary? I purchase things for the company on the company credit card on my personal account and can only get order summaries to attach. I cannot get *** acceptable invoices as a self-employed person. Now they want to text me an invoice if I request it individually and then download it to my phone send it to my email to print. This is ridiculous.

      **** ! *****************!!!!!Amazon cancelled my item for 2000$ and shipped it back to sender . But they can not locate it so they dont issue me a refund either. FRAUD! FRAUD! FRAUD! NEVER BUY FROM AMAZON

      I was in a conversation for a work from home job that reviews products on Amazon. This conversation was enlightening, I found out that Amazon is hiring people to write reviews for products the reviewer does not even test. Just to boost the rating or whatever product. This is straight out lying to any and all customers buying anything on this platform. I have screenshots from the conversation as well.

      I have been fighting a return of a Visual Artifical Insemination gun for weeks. Countless calls. Amazon customer service **** tell me what I want to hear but nothing is done. The item is cracked and the box doesn't have sheaths in it rendering it useless. The sheaths are 26 inch you can only order 18 inch. I have spent A LOT of money with Amazon as I live 50ish miles from town. I have canceled my subscribe and save. When my prime is up quitting that. And as soon as I get my last order I am closing my Amazon account. ******* still provides customer service. ********************** is NO longer consumer friendly.

      I ordered a product that was supposed to arrive on Friday. It even showed that it arrived at the local distribution point that morning at 5:43 AM. However, that evening I received a notice that it was delayed because it arrived late at the point of origin. Which shouldnt matter because it was already located at the distribution point they should deliver from. I was told it would arrive Saturday. I called customer service and they said it was an hour away and they would also give me a credit. Well, it didnt show up Saturday, but was supposed to arrive on Sunday. It didnt arrive Sunday, but they said it would arrive on Monday. It finally showed up Tuesday. I called back in for the rebate and they said the only option I had would be to return the item, but they werent nice about it. I was passed from customer service to a specialist who then passed me to another specialist. The last guy was very rude!So, it doesnt appear as if Amazon actually tracks packages. Their customer service is awful. I cant believe they can stay in business with poor logistics and equally as bad customer service. The good news seems to be that none of their employees care.

      I ordered a **** hair clipper 04/Aug/2025 that arrived with unsealed packaging. I did not like quality of the item and returned it right away on Aug/06/2025. Amazon received it 11/August/2025 but my refund is not being processed. I contacted customer service multiple times. The agents keep lying to me. First they asked me to wait 14 days then 3 weeks then wait until 08/Sep/2025 and then 08/Oct/2025 and finally today they have asked for my ID which is absurd. I applied for an Amazon Credit Card through my amazon account and I was approved. I called **** to start a dispute. There is not reason for Amazon to request my ID. They have already approved my credit card before by verifying all my information. Now they are just harassing me and giving me hard time. The agents are very rude and once they know you are in a vulnerable position designed intentionally by their system, they even disappear or hang up the phone on you. This is my last time ordering with Amazon.

      Their customer service is appalling. They only have options to send messages that take their representatives 24 hours to respond. They have no option to call or talk to a person in real time. They require you to verify your identity. I have tried to do so for the past two weeks and nothing has worked to be able to do so. What is most frustrating is they allowed me to publish my work before locking me out of my account until I can verify my identity. Since I have been unable to do this they have my work on Amazon and people are able to purchase it. If they do Amazon will receive all of the royalties and nothing will go to me. This process has been beyond infuriating and they deserve 0 stars. The overall website and the actual process of publishing your work is good. But if you have a problem verifying your identity they will just repeatedly direct you to the help page and blame it all on you. Clearly, their identity verification process has severe problems because the robot that tries to verify your identity is not equipped to do this task and subsequently will allow Amazon to steal your work and block you from accessing it.

      They are not honoring an offer emailed to me. Their Prime Benefit Sharing program is ending at the end of September. They sent me the offer for Get your own Prime membership for 12 months of Prime for $14.99 - that is 89% off 12 months of Prime.When I contacted their **************** last Friday I was informed that this was an invalid offer and was a result of a computer glitch and this offer was sent to many customers. My only option is $14.99 per month. I feel that this is a classic bait and switch. If I dont get this resolved I will be contacting an attorney to research a class action suit on behalf of myself and the many customers.

      Got a very cold and unsatisfactory customer service experience. They acknowledged my return and refund. I was told to keep, donate or dispose off the item. And the refund will be issued in 2-3 days. When I did not get the refund in the promised timeframe I contacted them again. Then I was told to return the item to get a refund. I told them multiple times that I disposed it off just because one of the Amazon **** told me to do so. If I was told to return it I would have happily done that to get my refund. But now they are saying that they cannot do anything in this matter. They need the return to refund.
