      Amazon Seller Central- Closed my sellers account for not having a sale within 90 days. I had to need to access my account. As I reinstated my account yesterday, they have decided to still accumulate a monthly fee to me even though they cancelled me. Apparently they tried to bill me for the balance of $260 even though I did not log in, sell, or access my account since they closed it. They refuse to waive this fee and state it was only "inactive". Nonetheless they explained then that I was no longer a seller. You can't charge someone for something you told them they can't do. Just officially closed my account myself. The audacity.

      There are no options for credit or redelivery in the case of a cancelled grocery order. If the driver decides not to deliver your groceries for whatever reason at their discretion, you will be forced to wait days for a refund and you will have to recreate the order on your own time and with additional funds. Considering that drivers are struggling more and more to satisfy deliveries, I cannot see how there will be any confidence left in Amazon's grocery delivery service in the upcoming years.

      I bought some $50 gift cards on Amazon, but the gift card I received only had $10 each inside, I contacted customer service, and they said there was an issue with the webpage at the time of purchase, which resulted in me paying only $10 for a $50 gift card. Their solution was to refund my order and give me a $20 gift card. I understood and accepted this solution. However, after a few days, I still hadn't received the promised refund, so I contacted customer service again. After over 3 hours of communication with various representatives, they all said they couldn't issue a refund or provide the gift card as per my order. They claimed that due to the webpage issue, I only paid $10 for the gift card, so it should only be worth $10, and there was no issue on their part. This is fraud because I ordered a $50 gift card regardless of how much I paid. Amazon allowed the transaction at that price, so I feel deceived. Additionally, they did not follow through on the initial refund solution they promised. This is very disappointing and shows a lack of integrity.

      Poor business practices, improperly laying out terms of promotions and then changing the orders placed after the customer has already given them the money and not allowing them to return. **************** is absolutely useless and will just run you in circles for hours. ***** world + is greatly improving, take your business there instead.

      Multiple times I have ordered things, am given a set date of arrival and those things are ither delivered past the scheduled date with little to no solid explanation and at other times, the item do not show up at all! Amazon has very little in the way of a complaint department. They seem to think the solution is refunding the money spent when they in fact have wasted my time as well as causing me great pain in this particular instance. I ordered an air conditioner that was to arrive on one of the hottest days of 2024 thus far. It said out for delivery alll day, but never arrived. Same thing Sunday 23rd June. On Monday the 24th, neither Amazon nor the courier ****** knew/know where my package is!!! 25th June is yet again looking to be another hot day! If my health suffers because of their inconsistent delivery methods, I'll be forced to take the next step. Why they used **** to deliver such an important package is beyond me!!!?**** is one of the most unreliable forms delivery! Mind you, all of the accessories arrived as scheduled.

      On April 25, at 6:31 AM (EST), I received 68 emails thanking me for reporting reviews. I did not report ONE review, let alone 68.I went to my Amazon account only to see that my account was suspended, ALL of my reviews from the past 21 years were gone (over ***** reviews), and I had been removed from the Amazon Vine Program (a program I had been with for 14 years) for 'Violating Guidelines'.When I called Amazon customer service to ask what was happening, I was told it was a glitch and that my account would be restored in 24 hours.It was not.I called back and asked to speak to someone higher. After being placed on hold, a representative came back and again told me that after looking into the situation, it was definitely a glitch, my account would be restored within 24 hours, and I should hear from someone from Vine Support within 48 hours.Neither of those things ever happened.It is now June 24th, and Amazon has done nothing to right THEIR wrong. Unbelievable treatment after two decades of patronage.

      I purchased a lot of cleaning supplies I needed for a job and was to receive it the next business day. Amazon lost my product! I needed it in a timely manner and they completely dropped the ball and caused me to lose out on the job. They refunded as they should have and I canceled my prime account immediately. I will only shop **** from now. Disappointing.
