I have an order that was to be delivered on Oct 11. It is lost by the ****. I have asked for a refund. I was originally told I would have to wait to file the refund until the 16th of October. I just got a chance to do so and now they are telling me I have to wait another week to get a refund. The absolute worst help from their customer service I have ever dealt with.

I ordered a 3 pc sofa set. The company sent a end stand. 5 lb box delivered by *** ( no dispute, they did deliver) problem it wasn't items ordered. Amazon said confirmed delivery, they had me contact seller who stated it was a complimentary gift while I was waiting for my sofa set. It never came. Amazon refuses to refund my money and accuses me of violating their refund terms. I have no sofa to return. I think the company ripped me off, not bait and switch but sending a different product then disappearing. We're talking a $15.00 item delivered for a $1121.00 ordered. They even say they didn't send the item in the email but Amazon keeps insisting it was delivered. **************** won't help, their A to Z guarantee is a joke and they denied my refund. It's awful what I am dealing with.

Worst company around. Used to provide good customer service. Cancelled an order but they still shipped. Got on 2 different days, and was told to go to 2 different places to have returned. Absolutely unacceptable since they were in 2 different areas. Maybe they should go to training to provide customer service and stop being a WOKE company!!!!!!!!! Should be able to rate this company with a negative number, that is what they deserve....

I am beyond irritated. I ordered a pair of boots that were supposed to be delivered today. I get notification that they won't be delivered until Sunday. I look at the item on Amazon's website and the same boots can be ordered today and be delivered tomorrow but Amazon wants to make me wait until Sunday to get what I ordered 2 days ago.If you want my business and for me to renew my Prime membership you need to get your stupid website working properly so that people who order stuff aren't waiting behind new orders because you have a logistics SNAFU with AWS. It's not my fault your hosting services went down. Punishing me by making me wait an extra day behind new orders is not the way to keep my business. I can switch everything to ****** and they CAN have me my order in the stated time. This has been an on going problem with Amazon all month. Do it to me one more time and I'll be canceling Prime and will NEVER order from your garbage site ever again.

Amazon restricted my account over some stuff that was their fault and they stole almost $1,800 in gift cards I had. I cant get any response from them so Im putting it out there for everyone to beware. I would not use them for anything ever again. There customer service cant do anything for me and whoever I talked to from there said yes basically Im just out all of my money. Great way to run a business. Now wonder they got so big

I have been dealing with Amazon for 15+ years. Recently had a charge that I did not make. I called to report it as fraudulent. They told me there was nothing they could do about it and that I am ultimately responsible for payment. Cancelling my account. They are hard to reach and not helpful once you do reach them

Amazon Prime is no longer worth the investment. Deliveries have been consistently delayed. I am very frustrated and considering canceling my subscriotion.

Purchased some fishing rigs from AMAZON in August 2025 for about $20. A couple of days later I received an open nox which was supposedly the order, but it was an empty box with a **** Stamp stating: "RECEIVED **** WITH NO CONTENTS." I advised Amazon of the non receipt and followed their instructions to send the product back. I ecplsined there was only an empty box. AMAZON' sent me a msiling label and indtructions fot return. I sent them the empty box as instructrd and AMAZON acknowledged receipt. A few days later, I received a notification that I was going to be charged again for the product because it wasn't returned. Afer numerous efforts with AMAZON's computer and CHAT BOT, I was able to find a path where Customer Servicr could call me about the matter. In a few minutes a polite young lady called. I explained the situation and she agreed there was a misunderstanding by AMAZON's system and she would transfer me to another department to correct the double billing. After waiting about 10 minutes the line went dead and my patience ran out. Anyone's time is more valuable than to deal with such a jerk around process.Customers should not have to spend hours in an effort to correct AMAZON's system deficiencies. This is not the norm, but it is a type situation that must have happened before with all of the delivery and theft problems.I was pleased with the product I received after the second order, but not at double the price.

Title: Misleading Store Description Refused Refund for False Advertising ***************** DaVincis Favor)Description:On October 20 2025, I purchased the Hyperbundle in Amazon Games title **************** specifically for the DaVincis Favor benefit. The in-game store listing never stated or implied that this effect was temporary or consumable. The (28 d) text shown beside the item refers only to the sale period, not the duration of the effect. After discovering the effect expired, I contacted support requesting a refund of ***** Lucent (premium currency). Support denied the request, calling DaVincis Favor a consumable purchase. However, the item description provided no disclosure of that classification, which makes the sale misleading under standard consumer-protection guidelines.I supplied screenshots proving that no expiration or time limit was mentioned anywhere on the purchase screen. Despite this evidence, my request was refused. I have since canceled my Amazon Prime subscription and reported the issue to Amazons executive escalation team.I am asking for:A refund or account credit for the misleading purchase, and A correction to the in-game store description so future players arent misled.I am submitting this complaint to document deceptive advertising practices within Amazon Games in-game store and to request BBB assistance in obtaining a fair resolution.Desired Outcome: Refund of ***** Lucent or equivalent credit; correction of misleading product listing.

Amazon is selling fraudulent products for third-party companies. They need to ensure that the quality of the product that they are selling for third-party is legitimate. They also need to have empathy and sympathy when theres an issue when someone buys their product because all the customer sees is ********************** only not the third-party. I purchased two portable air conditioners, four and one mini air conditioner fans for my children. I did not give it to them until late August as gifts. Ive been told that now that we know that they dont work is too late to return them. These fans are fraudulent. They dont even do one thing let alone four. Simply put, it just doesnt work. You can put the air conditioner directly in front of your face and can barely fill it. They have a lot of complaints regarding this product, but they still wont give me my money back. Stating its too late to return them, even though they were given as gifts.
