      I bought a product through the Amazon app on 09/17/2025 I paid an additional ***** shipping so that it arrived in advance between 09/19 and 09/22/2025 today and 10/02/2025 and I still haven't received my order, I contacted Amazon's "experts" for 3 days I had a promise to be reimbursed for my money in 24 hours but if the deadline passed and I still haven't received my money they asked me to wait longer. J1 u I don't want the product anymore I want my money back and they refuse to return it!!

      Ordered a Auto Part off of Amazon. Amazon showed item was in stock, and would ship from Amazon and arrive within 5 days. I ordered part. Amazon said item was on time. On 5th day, Amazon said part is delayed, and gave new date. Amazon gave new date. Once again, Amazon said part is delayed and gave new date. Almost 2 weeks later I cancelled order.Amazon sight immediately said part was in stock, So I reordered. Amazon again delayed order.almost 3 weeks later, no part I contact live amazon, was given another delayed time.Amazon lies about their stock to get a sale. DO NOT USE AMAZON FOR ANY AUTO PARTS! Amazon lies.

      Amazon falsely advertises same day delivery with Prime subscription, which would be an incentive to join Prime if it was accurate. As a Prime member, I ordered an item at 8 am that I needed direly that same day. It was said to be delivered between 5-10 pm that day. However, they delayed it and delivered the next day. This was highly disappointing.

      The absolute worst customer service I've ever experienced with any company that I've ever tried to work with to resolve a very simple problem. I've sent 14 e-mails to them in the past 8 days just trying to update my phone number so I can log in to my account and I've gotten no where. I have the equipment and like the service but I will not pay for something I cannot use. I guess I'll have to chargeback and block them from charging me more. Such a terrible company.

      I would give zero stars if I could. Amazon has gone downhill fast. 50% of my orders are late or lost during shipping and trying to get a refund issued for lost packages is a nightmare. **************** is nonexistent. ********************** is just not worth the hassle. Especially when their membership prices are skyrocketing. Amazon is greedy, careless, and unreliable. Fix it Bezos!

      Absolutely fcking horrible company. Charges you extra for "prime 2 day shipping" but I just had to cancel an order that wouldnt have arrived for another 6 weeks it says (I ordered item a week ago already). What a joke fcking company. Fck these billionaire idiots

      Buyers nightmare for returning. Purchased dress on Amazon- was not aware this was a third party purchase through *****. Wanted to return dress and was met with MILLIONS of road blocks. Finally able to send the dress back (that I had to pay for and pay to ship). Its been ************************************************ shipping (which I was told they would refund). Currently out my money and messaging the company is pointless because the only answer I get it were still looking for it. Even after I gave them the tracking number. ********.

      Their fast delivery, for the most part is pretty good. However they have some delivery options that they offer ..like "same day between 2-6 pm or 7am to 10 am. The problem is out of about 20 times of picking these options you will only receive the package at the agreed upon time frame maybe twice(in my experience). This leads me to believe they are falsely claiming rapid delivery to make it more attractive to by the product. I believe that most of the time they have no intention of delivering during that time frame. I believe that they should cease and desist from offering these times

      If I could leave less stars I would! I purchased a $400 item and it was used when received so that lets me know that they dont check returned items they just send them back out! **************** was horrible!!!!!
