      Ordered a $500 rc boat for a birthday present and I received a already returned, used boat with the return stickers still on the box. Called customer service and they said they are sending a NEW replacement and would arrive next day GUARANTEED. (The 18th) and here it is Saturday the 19th and I still have not received the boat. WOW I Have called and texted many times only to be giving some kind of credit and a FALSE PROMISE of getting a NEW one next day. I could have already drove to manufacturer and had them make me one. I understand that people make mistakes but this is not the first time that I have gotten a already USED product from AMAZON.

      I dont like that Amazon wont let me leave a review regarding bait and switch. Youre out of stock so without my authorization, substitute and then want me to drive to a location to return it so I can get my money back.

      I have been ordering from Amazon for 20 years they closed my account because they said i violated their code of conduct rules for refunds. I have had drivers deliver my packages to the wrong address selected a time frame for deliveries and had packages delivered in the middle of the night when i was not expecting them and had them stolen. i order so much and spend so much money i order groceries from them and then they say they are closing your account refunds any where else are not a problem just them

      Amazon no longer offers customer service -- they only say that they do. You can spend upwards of 10 minutes just finding the option to communicate with a representative. If you select "call me," and input your phone number, it instantly says, "Call complete." You can't go back and re-select this option. If you manage to connect with a representative for typed chatting, I couldn't say one way or the other if it is a live human being or a form of AI. It could really go either way. If it is a live human being, they are explicitly trained never to understand anything you say, repeat things back totally wrongly, and drop off the "call" being replaced with a new person to whom you must repeat your entire topic. They will then also misunderstand. This can repeat for upwards of 1 hour. Eventually the 3rd or 4th representative will "offer you a solution to your problem." Whatever they promise never materializes, such as a refund on your account. There is no way to rectify any issue with their service, whether they wrongly send you an item or neglect to send you an item, and seeking a refund is no longer possible. I just cancelled my monthly subscriptions with them (I had 42 total) and my Amazon Prime membership. I won't miss their streaming service because I never use it -- every time I want to watch a movie or TV show that they offer, they charge for it, even though I'm a Prime member. It's absurd. I will go out of my way never to shop on Amazon ever again -- I will only do so if I absolutely cannot find my item elsewhere. Cost is no longer a topic at all with regards to my decision. If they are the cheapest, it's too bad, I will pay more to shop elsewhere. It feels like an *** sketch trying to interact with this company, only it's not funny. Worst company on earth, hands down. If I could put zero stars I would. And I haven't even mentioned their impact on small businesses or the environment.

      I had one of the most frustrating experiences returning a simple item (Invoice date / Delivery date 06 June 2025, Invoice # GB500OBI41WYNI)After booking a Royal Mail pickup for the return, I waited all day, but no one came. When I checked the return status, it bizarrely said the collection was "rejected by the carer." I reached out to Amazon **************** and spoke with a representative named Rodolphe, who was kind and helpful. He apologized, acknowledged the issue, and issued a refund without requiring a return saying I could keep or donate the item and that the money would be back on my bank card within 35 business days.A week later, with no refund received, I contacted Amazon again. This time, I dealt with multiple representatives who seemed completely unaware of the prior conversation. I was asked the same questions over and over, and told that I now had to return the item. When I tried to explain that Id already been promised a refund, I was met with contradiction and confusion. The process was re-initiated, and I was told it might take up to 37 days to receive my money a ridiculous time frame for something that wasnt my fault in the first place.What really pushed this from frustrating to unacceptable was the final representative, who was dismissive and borderline rude. Instead of acknowledging my concern, they repeatedly said:"I repeat, the refund will be issued once you return it."This robotic response, ignoring everything Id gone through and previously been told, came across as condescending and completely unhelpful. No empathy, no resolution just scripted deflection.Amazon's customer service used to be exceptional, but now it's inconsistent, slow, and at times downright frustrating. I feel let down by a company I used to trust. Ive saved screenshots and will be escalating this further.

      I had a good experience and customer service is helpful. The reason for my rating less than 5 stars are that the prices are a little high on many items and they should have something on the site for 99 cents or less. I think Amazon should make a greater effort to cater to lower income shoppers rather than just middle income and higher income if only temporarily.

      I placed an order that was over $300 for a Christmas in July party that Im having. Less than half of the order came!! They put all of the most expensive items in one package and then failed to deliver. There were seven items in the package, including a Christmas tree and also a $40 box of candy. There were gifts in the package and also props for a Christmas in July Photo Booth. After the package set at the facility for close to two days, I reached out to see what the issue was and was told that I couldnt get a refund even though my package wouldnt be delivered until July 30. I told the representative about the party and the items being for the party and then I was told I would still have to wait until at least July 20 (six days before my party) before I could get a refund. So as it stands, Im having a Christmas in July party and I dont have a Christmas tree nor do I have the money that I spent on the Christmas tree.

      ?? @Amazon This is unacceptable.I returned a Smart Food Scale ?? and was told to keep dog diapers ?? with a refund promised.? No refund. No follow-through. No accountability.?? I called support on three different days:1?? One rep said it was handled it wasnt 2?? One said I was never charged (false)3?? One promised a manual refund still nothing This has been dragging since July 10.I followed every instruction. Amazon didnt.??       Are non-Prime members held hostage to shipping costs???I am observing that Amazon is 'throttling' NON-Prime members. Orders are NOT shipping quickly,'free' shipping is taking several weeks if not a month to arrive. I do group our orders to qualify for 'free' shipping, but it now seems that getting something from Amazon in a timely manner is strong arm encouraged by pushing Prime membership. I've been a customer of ********************** for many years now - long enough to remember the original cost of Prime membership was $25/year! Now Prime is $7.49 for first 3 months then $14.99 = $157.38. ($13.11/month)
