      There should be no stars for Amazon honestly. Normally whenever I get defective items, I didn't have to return it & got my money back anyways and that has happened several times in the past. I ordered a night stand for my daughter, and it arrived defective upon arrival and the customer service from ********************** is sh$T%show where they wanted me to return the item despite it being defective. I only have 1 vehicle as my husband is active duty and has work all week and lower back issues. So I can ONLY get my money back if I return a defective item. I am now strongly considering in ending my Prime Membership and my Amazon account altogether. The entire customer service at ********************** is a c*** show and unacceptable.

      I ordered an item. The item was shipped to an address that is not on my account. It was delivered to the wrong address so now my name and my correct address or in the hands of someone I do not know. I ask Amazon to ship me my item to the correct address ASAP and give me a $10 credit on my Amazon account. They are refusing to do anything until a week has passed. This is unacceptable because they have compromised my safety because my name and my address is in hands of someone I do not know And I paid for an item that I dont have someone else has

      i am being charged for prime without knowing about it for five months when i tried to contact them and no response, no help and chime did nothing for me either so this leaves me no choice.

      Terrible company!! Never received my refund nor my item!! They also ripped my husband off on a $100 e MasterCard!! Don't ever buy any gift cards through them or the balance will be removed just as soon as you activate it and Amazon won't do anything about it!!

      Ive been an Amazon Prime member for several years and generally appreciate their service. However, for the past three and a half years, nearly every package Ive ordered has been delivered to the wrong address despite my account having the correct address entered as A Instead, my packages are repeatedly sent to a nearby but incorrect address: B Ive reported this problem to Amazons customer service at least five times and even emailed Executive Relations with screenshots and order numbers, yet the issue remains unresolved. The repeated misdeliveries strongly suggest a systemic routing or address mapping error rather than an isolated driver mistake.This has caused years of inconvenience, lost packages, and wasted time following up with customer service. As a paying ********************** member, I expected consistent and reliable delivery service. Im asking Amazon to:Escalate this to their logistics or address-validation team for permanent correction.Provide fair compensation for repeated service failures under my Prime membership.I still hope Amazon will take this matter seriously and help ensure that future deliveries finally reach my correct home address.

      Amazon prime is a scam. I pay for a subscription to have 2 day shipping but that rarely happens. More packages arrive late than on time. Their customer service **** offer a $5 credit which is which is nothing short of a spit in the face. Then again, how can you trust someone running this company that cheats on his own wife?

      Amazon prime continues to charge my credit card over and over and when I call customer service they say that card's not on file I have the bank statements to prove that they continue to steal from me.

      I have an order that was to be delivered on Oct 11. It is lost by the ****. I have asked for a refund. I was originally told I would have to wait to file the refund until the 16th of October. I just got a chance to do so and now they are telling me I have to wait another week to get a refund. The absolute worst help from their customer service I have ever dealt with.

      I ordered a 3 pc sofa set. The company sent a end stand. 5 lb box delivered by *** ( no dispute, they did deliver) problem it wasn't items ordered. Amazon said confirmed delivery, they had me contact seller who stated it was a complimentary gift while I was waiting for my sofa set. It never came. Amazon refuses to refund my money and accuses me of violating their refund terms. I have no sofa to return. I think the company ripped me off, not bait and switch but sending a different product then disappearing. We're talking a $15.00 item delivered for a $1121.00 ordered. They even say they didn't send the item in the email but Amazon keeps insisting it was delivered. **************** won't help, their A to Z guarantee is a joke and they denied my refund. It's awful what I am dealing with.
