      Amazon has constantly been late and lost my packages. Its been 10 packages in 2 months and they always just say sorry there nothing we can do. Its a terrible company to receive packages and rely on. I cancelled my membership and get things from **** and *********** now. They have gone so far down hill I think this is the new standard. Bye Amazon I dont miss you.

      Worst company ever! Account was deleted out of nowhere and the Amazon offshore people said it was an Amazon error but nobody can help us. Our info is compromised and no help wow!!! Dont continue to do anything with this shady company!!!!!

      they don't honor the promotion. I signed up up account from the landing page to receive promotion $15 whole food gift card. never receive the gift card

      I truly wish I could leave zero stars! I have been a prime member for many years; there seems to be a huge decline in customer service. I ordered 2 fairly expensive items a week apart. The first one was to be delivered and unpacked. After receiving an order cancellation email and CS saying that was sent in error, Amazon never showed up so I canceled order. The 2nd item was detained so based on my recent experience, I canceled that one as well. After a week I called about my refunds and was assured they would send refunds that day. Instead of refunds I received a second charge for each item. Amazon defensively states they were refunds on their end that it must be my banks fault. My bank is currently disputing. What a headache! ****** learned. Sometimes it pays to pay a bit more.

      The customer service for this company is horrific and they will take money out of your bank account after telling you they fixed a return and to keep the item..be warned if you put your credit card on their site they will in time rip you off...they send dented cans when you order food too..can't that you can tell we're not damaged in shipping. I will never do business with this company again

      Bought a refurbished Apple Watch from Amazon/Kojak Sales - watch died after just two days and would not reboot or charge. Was approved for return and sent back a couple of days later, and **** tracking indicated that they had delivered the item; seller denied receiving it, and Amazon has just been stonewalling with auto/bot email responders, and also saying I violated their terms of use without providing any explanation. Needless to say, no refund was issued despite their claim that it was refunded. Customer support was essentially negative 3000 stars. Lost $145 in the process, although my credit card company may dispute it and reimburse me, but Amazon seems to have no concern for its customers.

      Amazon is full of it I order seven items they refused to give my refund back I didnt receive the items because the items was too late arrive to me so I canceled the items I want my refund they give me the third degree bout my money I want my refund I will not be purchasing nothing else with them

      The customer service representative talked and questioned me like I was a criminal, and because I was having difficulty understanding her English,, I kept repeating, I didn;t understand what you said, she finally hung up. I never got my issue resolved regarding receipt of a portable washer and dryer that was not as described, It was only 21 inches tall and 27 inches across, The picture online and measurements were much larger, They refused to refund me or send a shipping label for me to return it They would not accept my new address or telephone number they demanded that I download and send a copy of my Drivers license, my Bank statement with the account number and a photo of the debit card used. WHAT ! ******* advised against doing this. I 'm not sure if I should return it myself, paying for the postage ! But they are refusing to accept it back. I will never order from AMAZON again, ever!.

      My wife had her account hacked. We found out the hacker changed her email and phone number. We called multiple times and they said she never had an account. Even after being billed days before the hack. They kept calling and emailing the hacker instead of listening to us. This should be illegal by Amazon. We confirmed her account with name, address, phone number, and credit card information and they said the email was sent. Sent to the hacker. This is complete incompetence and someone should lose their job over this or someone should look into how many people this happens to

      Today with Amazon has been the worst experience I had e ever had and I am beyond upset . I received incorrect information. No resolution. Amazon allowed my information to be compromised and use. After countless time repeating myself over and over which means no notation from previous representative about t what going on. Constantly get a person with a strong accents and broken English so I am unable to understand and customer service **** I am so unhappy with Amazon to the point I just want to cancel the membership all together.
