      I need my money back for you all not delivering a package when you said you would you have greatly inconvenienced me due to this. I have been contacting you since 12:00 today and have not received any help I need my money back you have wasted my money and inconvenienced me and you dont even care that you have ***** was completely unhelpful and did not even attempt to get it done

      I Cant believe Im even saying this. But Ive recieved the worst customer service from ********************** that Ive never received before. I had a order that I placed, and was having an issue that not even leadership or customer had know Knowledge of resolving. I sat on the with leadership to try to assist with resolving my order for my birthday, and the supervisor ****** told me she couldnt do anything else, denied me any instructions on contacting corporate. And told me if I had any other questions she was going to hang up. I have still havent received and update or my money back for this issue. And its seems as if there agent is giving different information.

      Amazon claims that my package was delivered to my house but they never sent a picture of proof of delivery. I contacted customer service both through the live chat and by speaking with a representative and they claimed that they cannot do anything to help me because of their Risk of Loss policy and because the tracking shows that it was delivered to the correct address although they did not show me any proof from their end. Mind you I've never had an issue when contacting Amazon when using a prime account. This package was ordered on an account that does not have Prime. Basically they told me that it is my loss and not their fault.

      Requested refund to my credit card. Amazon issued a "gift card," i.e. 'store credit.' Has happened twice. When checking this last return, it said, "A refund will appear on your bank account or credit card statement within the next 7 days." While I was on Chat with Amazon ***************** an option suddenly appeared by the refunded item to "track it" and lo and behold, it said a Gift Card was issued for the refund. That notation was NOT on the item before I started the Chat. When I told him in the Chat that we had requested a credit card refund and had no idea we even had a Gift Card, he ended the Chat! Basically, he hung up on me. Which also made the Chat converstaion disappear. We got a refund but only in the form of store credit, which is not what we asked for.

      Everyone check when you are charged/renewal for your Amazon Prime account. Was just overcharged $3.34 for "taxes" on the membership. Spent 53 minutes on chat and 29 minutes on phone and still no resolution . Can't get the overcharge refunded back. I also checked the last few years, and discovered, I was also overcharged for taxes in 2021, 2020, and 2019, but didn't catch it, as it was a flat $10 charge for taxes, which made it $129.00 for those years. However, this year's charge showed up on my credit card as $150.68...and I was even questioning if it was a legit charge. Well it was for the $139.00 + taxes...which they charged me $11.68 for taxes, and it was to be for $8.34 taxes. I have filed a formal complaint for the overcharges in the taxes. Very frustrated.

      Amazon deleted all of my well written reviews and banned me from writing reviews at all. Id noticed many times people leave reviews when they just receive an item without giving it time to understand the value of that item. Or sellers that promise free gifts in return for a five star review. Their reviews have become unreliable. Having used many of those items I knew the reviews were not accurate so I started to write reviews on what I had purchased for myself. Did this not sit well with sellers? Did it not sit well with Amazon? I dont know. But I wrote honestly on my own purchased items, over 12k in purchases in the last two years. I criticized what seemed like an immense inventory of wrongly described items that made searches confusing and time consuming. Honesty at Amazon is not valued I have stopped shopping at Amazon. Its been an eye -opening experience. I now shop where employers pay their workers a living wage and provide health insurance.

      I was locked out of my account due to suspicious activity (things that I ordered from them in the past). They asked for my bank account, card number and my utility bill to make sure it was me. I called them every day for two weeks and finally asked them to close my account with them which they finally did in the second week. I went to Best Buy and found out that the things I was ordering were MUCH cheaper there. I'm just done with them and their shady practices.

      Return system and customer service is horrible. Purchased a weight distribution hitch and was told by the place where I bought my rv that it was too big so I sent it back. Return was started on 9/22/2022 and was received by the carrier that same day. On Amazon's site it stated my refund would be processed within 7 days of them receiving the product. According to customer service that time starts when the carrier receives the package. It is now going on day 16 and Amazon is telling me the refund will now take 30 days to process so by the 23rd of October. This is complete garbage. I ordered a smaller hitch because that is what ************ told me I needed which ended being way undersized. My deadline to return that is 10/27. So if I send that one too I will not have a hitch to tow my rv with. Any way you slice it the process is a joke and nothing on the return portion of the site says that it could take up to 30 days. The customer service representatives say they can't override the system not even supervisors. HOW HARD IS IT TO TAKE CARE OF THE CUSTOMER. ALSO THE REP ON 10/6 WAS RUDE AND HUNG UP ON ME.....

      I am a long time customer of ********************** for at least six years now. I was a very satisfied customer. But Within the last three months. I have been receiving defective clothing and some glasses that were defective and some sunglasses that I thought was bifocal but were multi focal I mistakenly ordered. Ive returned 2 pairs of crocs because the sizes varied from the many shoes that Ive purchased from them in the past. The return notice states refund 7 days after they receive my return. But I have called **************** and now they talk over you and says up to 30 days in all before you receive any compensation. Mostly foreign CS but US CS too. I dont use foul language or demean them. I try to explain to them of the information posted to the return is different from what theyre now saying. Theyre rude and hung up on me 3 times. We use to receive our refund within a few days. I have not received my refunds and I returned two of the items 9/21/2022.
