1 starAmazon erroneously billed my corporate card for prime membership fees without my authorization. I have made personal and business purchases on Amazon and this is why both my personal and business card was listed on file. However, my personal card was listed as my primary payment method, not my corporate card. I lost my personal card and was forced to get a replacement card. Before I could update my account with my new personal card information, Amazon billed my corporate card for my personal prime membership fee. This was done without my knowledge or authorization. I actually had no idea of the charge until I reconciled my corporate expenses months later. This caused a major issue for me and Amazon refused to correct it. I asked if they attempted to notify me about the prime membership fee and they confirmed there was no attempt to notify me, instead Amazon took it upon themselves to **** a card that should never have been billed without my authorization. 1 starTried leaving a negative review for a product, and they refuse to post it, so Ill do it on here. I spent 165 dollars on a hitch pet step and when the product arrives it was clearly used, all hardware was already installed and instead of taking it apart to return it they shove the whole product back into the box and the hardware tore up the product really badly. I paid 165 dollars for a new product and what does Amazon send me a used damaged product without a care in the world. Then I try and let people know and they censor my review. Absolutely disgusting business practice, is that what we have come to as a society, just send damaged products and force people to have to do a return then they will just throw it back in the new pile and send it off to another customer. 1 starI don't think Amazon is reasonable to put me on the black list, not allowing me to contribute review(s) on product(s) I bought online at Amazon. I am a prime member, having bought some products from Amazon, and have only reviewed 3 or 4 items out of 34 products that I bought. I believe it is a good habit to give feedback to the seller or some advice to the potential buyer. 1 starwaste of time and money. i have never been ripped off by so many different companies til i started to order from amazon . disgusting to allow sellers will ************************************************************************** large numbers. they have found a way to put all the scammers together and sit back , collect and claim they didnt know what was going on . and good luck finding anything made and shipped here in the USAReview fromNicholas K

1 starI ordered this Zinus bed frame on April 11th. Originally the expected delivery date was April 20th, which is acceptable. I was then infomed that the delivery was going to be late with the latest date being April 29th. Even then I was accepting of this.It wasn't until it was getting closer to the date that there was no updates from the shipping company or Amazon on whether the item has even left the shipping warehouse. I had ordered a new mattress, sheets and duvet. The sheets and duvet were from Amazon and all of these items came in before the 29th of April.I started to worry around the 26th of April and started to call your help desk multiple times to get updates on the shipping of my bed frame. I was told each time that they talked to the shipping company and that it was to arrive at the latest April 29th. I was even told that my email was given to the shipping company and that they would get in contact with me regarding the package, to which they did not.By the time Friday, April 29th came around I was ***** about receiving my package as there still was no updates on the shipping of the package. I called your customer service line again and had them ship out a new one just in case I did not receive it by April 29th. I asked them to make sure it was expedited as I would like to have received the package by the upcoming Monday so I could put my bed together. I have 14 days with the company that I purchased the bed from to take it out of the box.Your representative ensured me it was going to be expeditated and that I should receive it on the Monday, the order was then created and I noticed that the estimated delivery date was Monday, May 9th. I was shocked to see this so I reached out again to your service line and they told me that I should receive the package in ***** hours.I called again because my package hadn't even shipped yet on the Saturday to which the representative told me I will be receiving it by the latest May 9th.There's more...Review fromTravis F.

1 starNot even worth 1 star! You seriously though a Bait and switch timer was a good business move? I ordered within the 15 minutes, within 1 minute actually, and Im over here wasting my time and health reporting my package as stolen! Its suppose to be delivered today! Not tomorrow! Today is the 2 pack delivery aaaaaand while I am home! Tomorrow is the 4 pack option while Im working the first of back-to-back 20 hour shifts! How can I trust that this will even be delivered! They wouldnt even take the initiative courteousness to credit my account for the extreme inconvenience! I had to suggest it! They still wouldnt do it! What the actual f*** Amazon! 2 starsIm an employee here and I have a disability, not only is my site hr not helpful but theyre extremely inconsiderate. They always have the worst attitude when seeking answers, they seem to not want to do anything about other associates giving me wrong information to why I always have to go to hr with my constant questions. Now for the *** they have the worst communication skills, they dont tell me what I should know regarding my reasonable accommodations required by law. They dont seem to take anything of mine seriously, Ive been on leave here longer than Ive been employed and they want to do nothing to fix any of their wrongs. The BBB doesnt allow me to leave an employee complaint because they apparently dont handle employer/employee disputes so here I am. Ive met other disabled employees and theyve had worst being there longer and with there being laws to protect people like me not even being followed is an actual law is ridiculous, if youre interested in working here and have a disability Id suggest elsewhere. Now for the customer review, Ive bought several items from this site and there was a hoodie I got that didnt look how it shouldve, I tried to by a little safe for my cannabis products and an adult toy and the merchants apparently cancelled my orders after a month of waiting with a given ETA, they both were still in stock but apparently no longer were after waiting a month after purchasing them.Review fromGeneva G

2 starsI have had many refunds with no issue, until this past April. I had paid with Amazon ***** The refund was put on my gift card. I had been told. Reund was not possible with various reasons. On one occasion, I added funds to card to bring back to refund total, as instructed. Tonight a supervisor told me the first option is to refund to giftcard. I should have selected to refund to payment method. So I tried another refund after that call. I saw no other option, but the Amazon card and continue. My CC is also Amazon. I called in to see where refund went. It did go on the giftcard. I was advised to call in for all refunds. As I told the supervisor, this policy of offering gift card first is nothing but greed based. My earlier refund was over $200 and I am forced to pay that and spend more on Amazon. 1 starI purchased 2021 Apple **** inch iPad Pro on 02/18/2022. I have received the order on 02/23/2022, however, upon receiving the iPad Pro, I found out it is not the right color that I want, I am unsatisfied with the item ordered. After contacting customer service, my return request was accepted on 02/27/2022, I decided to return the package at amazon locker on the same day I requested the return service.I asked my bank to issue a refund manually for my order that I have returned the product. Because It has been 15 days since I have returned the product, even after many phone calls to customer service, there is no proper response regarding this matter. Also my account was closed because Amazon thinks I had requested multiple refunds for the same item that I requested to be returned. As the truth is, I only requested refund once and called amazon multiple times to resolve this return issue and followed-up many times. I never received the refund, also I never asked to issue multiple refunds on the same order. For my returned product and refund issue, After I dropped off the package with the label downloaded from amazon account, I called the customer service center right away when I noticed there was no update on the return service page. I have double checked with one of amazon agents, Medelein on the phone. I have been told that my package may havent been picked up by amazon but I already did my work to drop off at the correct location with the label, and no further action required. I am very dissatisfied with this approach from such a leading brand as yours. There can be a delay but the information should be passed on properly. Such inefficiency is not expected from one of the leading e-commerce sites in the world. I have been waiting for a long time for the refund.Review fromAnthony T

1 starAmazon customer service is absolutely terrible. I contacted Amazon regarding mishipments, damaged packages and driver issues and what do I get in return, my account closed. They will not let me have an account. Nobody from Amazon will speak to me directly they only communicate via email and the emails are generic robotic emails. I have stated to them how is it my fault that drivers mishandle products, is it my fault drivers cant read an address and deliver correctly. I have been asking Amazon for two years to fix this and they continue to disregard me. I cant believe a multi billion dollar company is doing this is to its customers especially a little guy like me. Its terrible.
