      Multiple times over the years Amazon said they will get me a product in 2 days. If I get them in 3 I am lucky. Most take a week. Now, I have to wait 3 more days for part that they said they would have to me today. When called, they would not help, discount, explain or do anything meaningful. Do NOT do business with Amazon.

      They do not take care of there customers my item was 5 days late and was well over a couple hundred dollars and there compinsation was 5 dollars and a I'm sorry we can refund you're money but the item I ordered was for the vacation I was going on and was needed before I left now I don't have my item and I have to scramble to find a play area for my child while I'm on vacation if I even go now that we don't have the set up our child needs for this trip I will never order there again

      Amazon has very deceiving business practice. I was about to purchase a watch after spending some time searching their website, I picked up the item which had a discount of 65% and I had about 8 hours to complete the purchase, when I went to pick guarantee for the product and finalize the purchase ready to pay, the price suddenly went up such way if I didn't hesitate, I wouldn't notice it. I call Amazon customer service to complain about it and their answer is " the item is a flash sale and price changes every 15 minutes", they even had the nerve to say it is indicated on the page, when I challenge them to show me where was such information they failed to prove it, they even insisted there was a timer which I also challenged them to show me and once again they couldn't . Then they proceed to tell me there is a timeframe to complete the purchase and take advantage of the benefits which in my screen was 7 hours and 11 minutes!!! They went back to the argument of the "15 minutes" time frame which is not posted ANYWHERE nor there is any other indicator for the customer! HOW COME THE ***** CHANGES JUST WHEN YOU ARE ABOUT TO MAKE THE PURCHASE?!!! FOR THE UNAWARE CUSTOMER COULD BE ADDITIONAL CHARGES OTHER THAN THE ADVERTISED *****....SHAME ON AMAZON!

      Amazon has constantly withheld my items from me I am two miles from one of their warehouses. They would show item out for delivery I would stay up at night waiting for my item so it would not sit on my porch for the porch pirates to get the last time it showed delivery all the way till 11:30 I contacted customer service I told them there's no way Amazon will deliver at 11:30 I was told the items would be there the next day. So the next day I checked on the item device surprise it had said I have rescheduled the item for the following day I contacted Amazon again this time they had a warehouse manager contact me he promised I would have the item the following day the following day came my item never showed up the incompetence of this company is unsurpassed and this is happened on several occasions they take your money have your item but are incapable of delivering it to you and expect you to sit there twiddling your thumbs at their convenience unacceptable beware of this company they will lie to you make hollow promises and pretty much just jerk you around if you complain.

      I dont have my Amazon card. I cut it up closed my account and it was totally paid up. Theyre still charging me for a prime card that was closed out. I had spoken with a customer service rep about this issue last month when an email posted showing I owed ***** and some cents for the prime card. The rep told me my account was closed but there were a second account . Now I have a ***** balance.Im not paying anything because its closed. I want this off my credit.I closed it because they kept sending me some chews that I had discontinued the orders finally they reimbursed my money and I was done. Is there anything you all can do. I will not continue to just give my money away because theyre deciding to **** me. Please help. Thanks in advance.

      Do not use amazon for anything. For the past five years, from 2017 up until last May of this year 2022, Amazon has signed me up to an Amazon Music subscription without my permission, four times. If I don't cancel it, they will be taking money out of my account every month. I have called them every single time, to cancel it, and after a long window of time later, they sign me up again without my permission hoping that the large window of time would prevent me from catching it. And I know for a fact that I do not listen to music on amazon ever. Nor do I listen to music online, ever. My last phone call was last Tuesday where I demanded them to give me my money back, and they have some woman on there trying to play as if she's nice, when it is impossible for her to be nice when she knows that the company she's working for steals money out of people's account everyday, and she has people like me calling to tell her bosses to stop doing it, everyday. And they returned it without any explanation or dispute at all. They would not have returned it without dispute if it was my mistake and not them being thieves. It may be a small amount for a subscription, but it will become a large amount if I don't catch it. That is what they are hoping, that I don't catch it. Which is beside the point anyway because it is still money that they are taking which is not theirs. But I keep track of my expenses knowing that without it, I would be out on the street with no way to support myself or the people that I care about. Amazon knows that too, and just doesn't care. Nor do they care about their workers on their on-site job locations. Do yourself a favor and do not support amazon in any kind of way. Because if they have it in them do this scheme to me, and the people that work for them, then they will do it to you, society, and every one that you care about. If people show you who they are the first time, believe them. And amazon showed me who they were four times. Corporate Thieves.

      They won't let me into my Amazon account. They're asking 10 questions from over a year ago. And I can only answer a few. They need to update their software. This is unacceptable.

      Why is it that when you click on the link that says talk to a person, the site says the website is experencing issues and will be fixed as soon as possible. This has been showing that message for over a year and isn't fixed yet.There's no way to talk with anyone when you have a complaint about drivers delivering your packages, I've seen them just throw the packages to the ground, leaving them in my driveway, leaving them at my back door even when my instructions say to leave the packages on my front porch. Then they lie and say they left it where it was suppose to be by the the instructions given. No body is held accountable for not doing their job. I spend a lot of money with Amazon and that *** change. The government needs to crack down on the way Amazon operates and how they treat the consumers. Use to be a good thing but now the consumer does'nt have a voice against them. SAD!
