      I went to make and emergency loan withdrawal from my 401k so I don't get evicted after I was defrauded 3k by an individual a couple months prior. I was shocked to find I can only initiate that withdrawal using some arbitrary pin they randomly sent me sometime after I was able to enroll in the benefit package at my work ( I think). So now I'm waiting and waiting and watching my home and life slip away because some stupid policy that should be a choice. And knowing that people are only touching their future savings because of an emergency or some huge issue they should offer an expedited option and it seems to just be a baloney barrier to keep people from their own money. Is this legal? How long do they think I'm gonna last waiting for this stupid replacement pin that stands in between me my money and not losing everything I have.

      I have been trying to get my 401k money from them now going on 5 months, all milli keeps doing is giving me a run around, asking the same information then saying they had wrong Information which they transfer after transfer asking sane questions. This is ridiculous n should not be like this to get ur money. This business is a scam n a **************** needs to be done..

      My last day with my employer was 5.12.22. Within a week, Milliman allowed me to be able to withdraw my supplement retirement with no issues. It is now 7.8.22 and I still haven't received my retirement income. I was advised that my employer had to report I was no longer employed there, which was done within a week because I was able to withdraw my supplement retirement. When I called, I was told that it wasn't received yet and once received I would get paperwork in the mail. It took over a month from leaving the company to receive the paperwork. The paperwork was submitted 6.17.22, and I have yet to receive my money. Each time I've spoken to customer service i've gotten the run around. No one can give me information on what is holding up the process or when the check will be mailed out.

      I am the Personal Representative for an Estate, *********************************. I was placed as the Personal Representative as of February 2022 because the Original Personal Rep had passed away. I forwarded all the appropriate paperwork to Milliman Benefits so I could get access to talk to **************** to discuss the Account. 3/11/22 - called spoke with ******* she did an expediate to legal for answers why ******************* were not approved.3/16/22 - called spoke w/ ******* again, she had not heard anything from legal,l papers pushed through, I can not call **************** to Discuss Account.3/22/22 - called spoke with ******, no response from legal 3/23/22 - called spoke ***************** nothing from Legal, she got a manager involved 3/24/22 - Rec'd a call from Milliman and the supervisor got ahold of legal and got paperwork approved, no I can call to discuss 3/25/22 - Spoke with Cust Serv Rep and we discussed the FULL DISTRIBUTION SEPARATION and went over all the fees to get this done. I asked them to process asap please. Filled out the paperwork and sent back.4/4/22 - Milliman called and said I did not fill out the proper paperwork to do the Disbursement, so he forwarded me the papers, I filled them out and got them back the next morning. 4/5/22 faxed papers.4/8/22 - Called spoke to an agent and said they had rec'd the paperwork I sent in.I have called on a weekly basis and this company is telling me that the File is being held up in the ************* and nothing has happened, even though some of the **************** Agents have put in Expedited tickets or emails and no one is getting back to them.The main issue I have is that this Account is losing money everyday that it is not Disbursed. As of 12/31/2021 the total was $82,991.37, As of 3/25/22 the total was $79,085.84 and as of today the Total is $74,500.82.This account has lost $3,905.53 from 12/31 to 3/25 and $4,585.02 from 3/25 to now. I would like them to disburse this account out and close it.
