    Zillow gift card is an all out joke! These cards are so ridiculous to use people throw them away and Zillow walks away with your money. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY WITH THIS COMPANY.

    Sent multiple messages to cancel my ************** would not. Was charged several thousand with them & was not given the service they promised. These people are the absolute worst. Deceptive & zero business ethics.

    Zillow places arbitrary values on property without regard to market value or consistency. I live in a gated ******* community where there are only 6 different housing styles in the development. I noticed that they have my house priced $100,000 lower than another house which is identical to mine just 4 doors down the street. There is also another house with the exact same model as mine around the corner which is priced $100,000 higher. Both of these houses recently sold for that price last month. When I contacted Zillow they just emailed an automatic form letter that ignored the basis of my complaint.

    This is a perfect example of why this business is not accredited by the BBB. Instead of resolving the problem, they say theyre not going to do anything but will look into it. Meanwhile Im being financially harmed by Zillows malicious actions.

    ******! I am writing to make others AWARE as to the DAMAGES Zillow continues to do to sellers. I listed my home *************************** ************ on ( FSBO) site approx. 80 days ago, their so called Zestimate is approx. $200K under value which after writing them they claim is only an Estimate for buyers, that is a far cry as an estimate for perspective buyers, that's not considered an estimate , it's a unprofessional Disgrace! Additionally according with in 10 days time my value fluctuated by $16k - $ 20k are you freaking kidding me??! A Custom home in *********. build costs Average $320k- $ 450k per sq. ft. they have mine at $ 202k per sq. ft. yet ************** is a fourty year old Colonial that needs a complete remodel Zillow has at $225.00 per sq. ********** is 8 year old Custom with twice the living space 2x6 construction with top material you can buy...I'm a 2nd generation Custom Builder of 40 years, but I wouldn't know these things , Right Zillow)?you would know better! I had offered them by e-mail to furnish them my building plans to build all they can on a comparable 3+ wooded ********* purchase every one of them at their Zestimate quote. No surprise they didn't respond to that. Every that view my home or drives by responds, Beautiful, gorgeous, never seen anything like it & what quality everything a seller wants to hear but Zillows Negative off base zestimates kills the Deal, regardless what Zillow claims, your Way off!It is priced under value currently. News flash Zillow, it has NO reflection what's paid for a building lot or home if you negotiate a great deal whether you paid $100.00 for a $100,000 dollars.Fact is it's market value is worth what it's worth. that's why Zillow failed buyer & selling & Lost over $40 million dollars cause they're so good & are qualified at what they, do not to mention a conflict of interest... Apparently they didn't pay out enough in their resent Class Action Law suit. It's horrible what you continue to do & hurt people.join

    Tried numbers times to post on Zillow rental management site to advertise my property as a landlord.I Was not successful. Paper wore that was required was sent in multiple times. Very frustrating site . No real customer service to help solve problems. I would not recommend from my experience.

    They have scamers using there website I was just scam out of ***** as a deposit for apartment...The apartment wasn't ready and I been asking for my money back ..

    Zillow is awful. I had views on my house I AM TRYING to sell at like 1900 one day then the next it was like 900 then 600. The estimates they put on homes values go up and down daily by the thousands. How can this help me sell my house if people think no one is viewing it or the estimate value is ******* one day at ******* the next ? I hate this website and its unfortunate because they should be doing home owners RIGHT!

    Thank you for sharing your concerns. The total number of Views shown for a listing on Zillow reflects each time a user views the property page within the last 30 consecutive days. This feature is designed to track general traffic or the volume of local market interest in a particular listing. The Views tally is on a rolling 30-day computation that reports the Views that occur in the immediately previous 30 days. It is common for the totals to drop on the 31st day that a listing is active because we find the greatest number of Views generally occur on the first day. On day 31, the Views that occurred on the first day are no longer included.

    My recent experience with Zillow has left me frustrated and angry. They have poor customer service, rigid policies that prevent flexibility in addressing issues, and a general attitude of disinterest. Rather than taking the time to address my issues (of which I took great effort to explain), I received a form letter from **** which blatantly ignored my concerns. My second reply was also answered with a form letter. Beyond the poor customer service, I have issues with a company that publishes your private information on the internet when your home is not even on the market. The excuse that it is public information is lame. Improvements, updates, etc., are not always noted on your tax records, particuarly if they are frozen due to age eligibility. Lastly, if Zillow is intent on exploiting my privacy, they need to at least get their Zestimate in the general ballpark.

    Zillow knowingly posts fraudulent home sale listings and does not correct the problem when notified. They hurt personal sales of homes by knowingly listing properties with incorrect pricing, fraudulently posting price increases and decreases and they do not recognize new listings as new listings. The information on their website is fraudulent and misleading.

    I have been reaching out to the customer support team, these are not concerns that I have, this is about Zillow posting the incorrect information, being notified about it and then doing nothing. This is the first response and it been 11 days. Action. All I asked was for you to fix the problem. Its an override. Call Information Technology, they are the ones who help you fix problems not Development.

    As a Premier agent for 5 years I spent a lot of advertising with Zillow. This spring I started having trouble with my phone locking up each time I received a call from Zillow. I cancelled my advertising with them and removed my credit card from the account. They billed me for the next month because I cancelled 7 days into the billing cycle. I would have been happy to pay the 7 days, but did not feel I should have to pay the entire month when I was unable to use the service. When I refused to pay the bill they sent it to collections. Pretty sad when a company will not work with a customer who is has been with them for over 5 years. One star only because I had to give one.*******
