      I have been looking for an apartment for the last two months. I have used the Zillow app to message agents and homeowners about the apartment that I am interested in. I was even prompted to fill out a renter profile. I haven't heard back from any of the agents or homeowners that I applied to. I am starting to think that Zillow doesn't pass the messages or any information on. This is sad because this is the one website everyone recommended for apartment searching. Everyone that I have spoken to has had the same problem. If homeowners trust Zillow to find them tenants then they need to do better or shut their website down. I wish could put a zero as a rating.

      No longer reliable for finding Rentals. A HUGE portion of their listings are fake/scammers, just like ******** Marketplace and *********** I recommend going straight to a *********** Agent who places renters in rentals.

      Zillow is allowing H&R Investments LLC post 5 listings for vacation homes in my area when that is against their Terms of Service. I have reported the listings and Zillow will take the down just to put them back up. The listings are each $1,800 a month which is more than the majority of people in my area can even afford for rent and the part of town it's in is average. When looking for a rental house with more square feet in the same area, it was only $500 a month. Zillow allows landlords to just put whatever up on their site without actually confirming if it is in their TOS. When reported against, they do nothing about it and just allow it. It'll only just get worse from here, no one will be able to rent because the sites are going to just turn into AirBnB and renting will no longer exist because of the lack of real long term rental units.

      I tried Zillow Premiere AGENT to get real estate leads as I was a new realtor. They say you can cancel early with a penalty. I tried that and it never got cancelled. They kept charging my **** card. then when my 6 months were up , even though I called a month before to verify that I would not be charged again ( and the person said no you will not be charged past the June 28 date. ) I was still charged on July 28. This was the 7th month . So when I called someone else they said I did not finish my cancellation. They make it very complicated to cancel. To cancel apparently you go to the page where you normally would start a membership and find a place to cancel. I finally did this and I still do not know if it will try to charge me for August. But nobody, in the many calls I made, starting in March 2024 thru June ************************************************************************* which they never did . I called and left messages and I emailed. I spent a lot of money and they are still contacting me with leads which I do not answer because I don't' want them to use that as a reason to continue to charge me . I have used other tools for *********** and it is very easy to cancel if you are not satisfied. This is the most difficult tool I have ever tried to use .

      I put my home on Zillow FSBO on 2/5/23 and was harassed by agents for a month and promptly removed the listing. For 14 months my listing showed off market BUT WAS NEVER tagged on the price and tax history as listing removed. For 14 months I complained and I reported using their prompt to no avail. Two weeks ago my Home went on the *** and Zillow has it showing as being for sale for over one year with a $24, 000 price deduction. This is costing me precious days on market as it is Only showing new in some areas in other areas it is showing a $24,000 price reduction. I have contacted Zillow multiple times to no avail I seem to be stuck in a **************** loop of h*** with a woman named ****************** I have contacted the *** I have contacted headquarters I have contacted the national Association of realtors to see if they even know someone that can help me and I was met with either silence from the Zillow side or many many complaints from those outside of Zillow regarding their lack of good customer service. I am told by many in the industry that they are failures at fixing anything on their sites And they are known as that Who have the worst customer service in the industry. I want this fixed and I will get it fixed.

      Zillow is advertising fake estimate mortgage amount and creating false public peoples images. Be careful this Website can't be trusted at all.Zillow Customer Support is helpless.Don't waist your time.

The Estimated Net Proceeds tool that appears on Off Market Zillow property pages is designed to assist homeowners in the home selling process. It uses adjustable estimated values to help homeowners determine the possible estimated net proceeds that *** be accrued following the sale of their home. 

      The values that are displayed by default in this tool are estimated values. The information displayed in the "Est. remaining mortgage" section of this tool is an adjustable estimate that can be used to help home sellers calculate the estimated net proceeds of a potential home sale, and not a reflection of the actual remaining balance on the home's mortgage.

      While the Estimated Net Proceeds tool is built into Zillow property pages and cannot be removed, I have shared your feedback and concerns with our development team to help improve our site in the future.

      Ive been trying to speak to someone at ZILLOW for the past 5 weeks. Through email and leaving messages for a call back through their 877 number and 207 number without one single response. Zillow has absolutely NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. They lowered my home zestimate $170,000 in one month and i am at their mercy. No one is calling to buy it because of the extremely low zestimate. They are costing me thousands and say to let them know when there is a discrepancy. HOW? They wont email or call back EVER!

      I subscribed to advertisement services through Zillow.com but canceled the service on April 8, 2024. I have an email confirmation from Zillow confirming my cancellation. Despite this, Zillow did not cancel my account and charged me $1,651 for an additional month of service.When I notified them of the error via email, they responded that since they had sent me leads, I owed the money, even though they confirmed my cancellation before the charge.I emailed them again requesting a refund. This time, they claimed I had reinitiated the service for this billing cycle, which is untrue. Zillow recognized that I had canceled my service but still sent me leads. I assumed I was prepaid for that month since leads were still being sent to **** have proof of my cancellation, but Zillow has not provided proof of my alleged "re-initiation" of service because it never happened. I dont know how to cancel a cancellation, only how to set up a new service.On May 23, 2024, I paid the $1,651 they fraudulently charged me. To buy more leads from Zillow, I was forced to pay for the month of service I had canceled.I'm concerned about potential retaliation from Zillow for this complaint, as they seem to act arbitrarily.Zillow is the biggest lead provider in my industry, and realtors cannot survive without purchasing leads from them. Unfortunately, I have no choice but to continue using their services.I hope someone will investigate this company and help me get a credit for the month I canceled, which Zillow has admitted I did. They can't simply decide to keep my account active and force me to pay for it.The only proof they provided was a voicemail stating that although they recognize my cancellation, they continued to send me leads, making me liable.

      Our zestimate in our lake front property was priced right the year 2023. Once we stopped with our realtor the zestimate was cut in half. They say they cant change it even though they already did. They lied. Im sure this happens to many other people. We also have neighbors who tried to low ball us and heard they filed a complaint to get price down. This is a sham.
