      I have a home listed incorrectly on Zillow. I have called multiple times and my Realtor has attempted to contact them as well. Neither of us have been successful despite the message- We will get back with you shortly. We are going to miss out on multiple views due to Zillows error. I have a 4 bedroom 2 bath home which Zillow has listed as a 1/1. I understand mistakes happen but have the means to correct the mistake. This is completely unprofessional and going to cost me in the end.

      I tried contacting a property manager on a listing on Zillow. The contact info was not valid. I sent electronic message on listing, got no response. Called Zillow, left a message, got no response. Had to choose option for "wanting to list on Zillow" through automated system to actually speak to a real person. The person was rude and hung up on me. I called back and another person was rude also and said they couldn't help me. Zillow only wants to service Listers and give invalid contact info on listing and no customer service to help. Fraudulent and unethical business!!!!!!

      ADVOID THIS SITE DONT USE GARBAGE........dont go by this group. They post houses that already been put in pending or under contract or sold. I have over the last 2 years ( ********* ) been looking at house get there and put in a offer and after trying to get a response ( 2 weeks later or more ) they tell me its under contract ( after getting loan). I just went to look at a house after talking to bank come to find out it was in pending status and they said they told Zillow it was but they lure you in to get name email phone numbers and try to run your credit hit you credit score over and over. I have messages on my phone over and over call after call and me telling them they should of let me know 17 phone calls from the last house( over and over) messages (over and over) from deferent people they have working there

      Zillow is an online real estate database where property owners and real estate professionals can post their properties as either For Sale or For Rent. Zillow does not manage the listings that appear on our site. If a For Sale listing goes under contract, it is the responsibility of the listing agent to update the status of their listing at the *** listing source. Once the status for a listing has been updated at the listing source, the change will be syndicated to Zillow.

      Zillow is a fraudulent business without any integrity and courtesy to their clients. I never saw a company with 100% negative reviews as low as one star ... I am positive that many of you, the same as myself, would rank this company with 100 negative stars, if this option would be available!My story is not much different from the multiple complaints posted on BBB site,- I paid three times for the Premium Listing, but as soon as a prospective tenant was ready to proceed with the leasing of my unit, I was blocked from completing the deal. The premium listing, per Zillow, has the benefits to call and discuss the issues with the representative. In reality such an option does not exist. Instead, I sent multiple requests to Zillow for help by email, but every time I received the same, not related to my questions answers (I assumed, that were the automatic messages). The answers did not provide the response to any of my questions. Because of Zillow, I lost time and money.I am not talking only about $90 paid for the Premium Listing, I am talking about the financial harm caused to me by Zillow because of the rent loss which is estimated in the thousand dollars.The fraud and negligence of Zillow should be stopped! Every victim of Zillow's scam may dispute the payment for the Premium Listing, if the promised service was not received; report this company to the *********************** and seek Class Action against Zillow.

      Zillow are false promises, miss representation of products, sells tactics are very confusing and misleading. I feel this is a scam they trying to lock you in offering a trial period which you can't cancel. also they locked you on a six month contract with no explanation and they want to charge two months to cancel your service with no service. It is a very crooked company.

      I have 4 rentals on Zillow and I have always listed my rentals there. I have a property that needed to be listed because it was up for renewal. I paid the $30 to boost my property. I have received applications but I had to do an extra identity verification of my social security number and address. I don['t remember having to enter this information before. I entered last known address and my SSN and it said something went wrong and locked me out. There is nowhere to call. I have looked everywhere and called various numbers to no avail. I am now getting applications and I can't see their credit scores or verification of income because I am locked out. I want my $30 back or I need to see the applications ASAP. I already had one person withdraw today, probably because I haven't responded.

      I have been trying with out success to get in contact with Zillow regarding my home being incorrectly listed as sold. I followed the process and submitted through the site 3 times and left a message on what I think is the main number. This incorrect information has resulted in a visit from several vendors including ADT (congratulating us) and junk mail to a different owner name. I did panic a bit when seeing my house as sold, and contacted the ************* to verify that the public record is in our name so not sure where Zillow retrieved this information. I have *********** trying to sell there homes and having my home listed as sold for about $200,000 less than what it could sell for is an issue for them and for the rest of the neighborhood. I would like this corrected immediately or at least a phone number to talk to an actual person.

      Ignorant and arrogant business!Zillow downgraded my house in Aventura by 35% versus the marketing value. We know this is true because 1) the next-door house (inferior condition) was sold at the end of May for a 30% higher price than the Zillow estimate, 2) Redfin and Relator estimate for this house is around $1,500,000 versus Zillow's $1,150,000, the difference is almost $350,000. I contacted Zillow for an explanation many times but to no avail. This corporation, with 2 bln in revenue, loves the American people and deeply despises the American populaceignorant, arrogant and incompetent business.

      Listing agents refuse or ignore requests for video tours. Claiming not going to waste their time jumping hoops to help if I am not loyal to one real estate agent. Cannot be loyal to ONE agent when looking throughout the ****************. Listing agents should not offer video tours if they are not going to do them PERIOD. I am ready to buy ,have my funding.!!
