I attempted to use the "community edition" of Zoominfo. They call it their free addition which limits you to maybe 5 contacts per month. They set me up on a trial edition which timed out within days of opening it. The trial edition and the community edition are supposedly not the same. When I attempted to reach out to customer support, they just continued to push me to a paid platform. They sent the same email back to me regardless of what I was communicating back to them. It was like they were never opening my email. Just sending the same email back.I suggest you stay away from this platform and consider using some other company to build your marketing program. God forbid you need customer service. You'll be sent to a loop of the same responses over and over again.I really don't think they deserve a single star.

A person's employment at a law firm was misrepresented using this site, it was possibly an intentional error/disinformation. Partly by using ZoomInfo.com's polished appearance to feign legitimacy, a 'paper terrorist' committed fraudulent civil court proceedings against me.Basically: I got threatened with **************** via phone calls, my title to my home slandered and my reputation defamed, I was ***d, wrongfully imprisoned in my own home for fear of retaliation, robbed of nearly everything I own, and assaulted by my ***'s board member--my family suddenly refusing to help me--as I was forcefully evicted from my home...all compiling & in that order. I ran out of money for an attorney, so I lost the lawsuits against me....I lost my house because I would not cave to extortion or harassment, nor acquiesce to any 'settlement' as suggested, because they openly threatened to steal my property! Why should I believe anything'd ever be enough?!By allowing such professional misrepresentations to persist on their site, Zoominfo.com is aiding such criminals to inflict targeted and catastrophic injuries. I allege: Zoominfo.com is no better than any other criminally negligent ******************** a threat to our national security. And, for whatever it's worth, they're blatantly flaunting a conspiratorial allegiance via "dogwhistles": Their Logo is a letter "Z," anyone paying attention to ******** war on ******* (and, oddly enough, the ******* scandal, etc.) should have alarm bells going off about that (to what end? I don't know & don't care to speculate). Please--someone remove Zoominfo.com from the web; otherwise, it's reckless disinformation can easily be used in the destruction of more lives....It won't surprise me if the site disappears before I can finally hire someone to help me *** and hold them and/or all other (allegedly) responsible parties accountable, if I ever can. It's difficult for me to hire legal representation since I'm literally homeless now.

Our company listing on Zoominfo displays mostly wrong data.. None of the employees listed are employed by our company. We get numerous phone calls and emails daily asking for these unknown employees which wastes our time as well as paying customers to Zoominfo. We have followed their instructions for removal and have contacted Zoominfo privacy numerous times, but the issue has not been resolved. I suppose our next option is to comment our displeasure with this erroneous listing (that we did not sanction or request) by complaining on social media sites and the Better Business Bureau.

Scummy & unethical is a common theme for a god reason. #1, if you still dive on the grenade and sign up for the disappointment with make sure you watch out for the auto renewal. Then once you decide the results and information you get are less than substandard make sure to immediately send them a cancellation notice before you stop using them, hopefully at least 60 days before your contact ends. Their one and only hope is that you to miss that date and they can ram a bill for another year of disappointing quality and service in to your back door. no shame in their game. if you still feel the need to jump into this toilet, expect incorrect and often useless information. Don't be tricked by their global accounts package, it not very global. You really won't get any useable/valuable contacts or information outside North America other than a CEO or Presidents name and email (which are usually available on Linkedin). Remember anything you that add at anytime on is permanent unless you provide that notice. Keep that email/notice on hand. They'll claim they never received it. Don't trust anyone you ever speak with, their only goal is to upsell you so that they can add more to the autorenewal price when it comes around. They are also constantly trying to get you to install their software that is used to harvest, just say no. Outside of being the genuine s. hole company this place is, the software/tool/filters itself are a bit of a joke. You could find just as much if not more information between ****** and Linkedin. Short version there are much better tools from much better companies with much better reputations. Working with Zoominfo has been the most painful and miserable experience of my professional career. The tool they provide was an epic failure and complete disappointment. Final advice, don't talk on a phone if you don't have to. Get it all in a email. Documentation trail is is key when dealing with places like this.

Scummy, unethical company. They have an auto-renewal clause automatically engaged at the start of your contract and if you don't notify them of your intent to stop your contract at least 60 days before it renews, you aren't allowed to cancel. You're stuck with it. Unfortunately the only reminder emails we apparently had were sent to people who haven't worked at our company for months. Just bad.The data and contacts we got from them weren't very helpful either. I don't think they led to any leads.Stay far far away.

ZoomInfo/DiscoverOrg is an unethical business that harvests your email address without your permission and lets the email address be used to spam you.

Second time around with these scumbags. Requested my information be removed months ago, which they did, but now its back. Got a ton of spam this week and one finally gave up the goods on where he buys his lists. Can't believe this company is allowed to exist.
