      I purchased the item mentioned below towards the end of last year, and it has been used no more than 10 times. In June, the lawn mower stopped working. When I contacted Menards, they advised me to take it to a recommended repair shop to diagnose the issue. On June 18, 2024, I retrieved the lawn mower from the shop after paying $51.00 for repairs.Since picking it up, the lawn mower was not used until July 6, 2024, when it worked fine cutting the front lawn. However, on July 7, 2024, when I attempted to use it on the back lawn, it failed to start. I am frustrated because I've owned the item for just over a year, whereas my previous lawn mower lasted 29 years without any issues.I am requesting a replacement lawn mower as continuing to repair and pay for repairs may cost more than purchasing a new one. Please assist in resolving this matter promptly by providing a replacement lawn mower. As it is not fair to me a consumer, I believe the item I purchased has a defect.

      Hi, my name is ********* and I had a problem returning some stuff here about I don't know 9-10 months ago and when I went to return it. They took my items didn't refund me and gave me a little receipt saying. I need to call this number well when I called the number a couple months after that I got no response. No help, no, nothing. And I want to ask for my stuff back at the desk.They told me no and keep it and give me that paper.I feel like that was a violation and a criminal act.So I would like to have my full refund or my stuff back. I have contacted the ******************************************* and they was no help this whole transaction cost me my job last year so I would at least like my refund, Menards stole my ideams from me, without a refund, I asked for my stuff back when they wouldn't do my return and they kept it. And cost me my job.

      I don't know the exact date I made the purchase, I know I paid cash. So at this point I would like all my stuff back I tried to return, or a refund it's not that hard. The day I tried to return I told them I wanted my stuff back and they wouldn't give it to me. So as of now I need my stuff back or a refund please.

      On 3/4/24 I spent a total of ***** for a ******** kitchen and I presented a layout of the kitchen to them they computerized a layout of kitchen and things I would need to complete the project paid for delivery when cabinets came to my house contractor came out said I had all the wrong cabinets I had to pay for contractors time and labor they wrote on the layout what was wrong went back to the store again after I called several times Im handicapped so this is terrible did another layout to make sure I would get the proper cabinets they told me I would have to pay another delivery fee I ask y they said projects go wrong I paid another delivery fee lets just get the kitchen in Im tired of coming hear and not having a kitchen ok paid the delivery again and this time they delivered all the same cabinets contractor came out had to pay again only to be embarrassed. Called store The manager ** thats what his card said went and got more cabinets said they would fit had to pay another delivery fee things came out wrong again now I have returned several times after that only to end up with a gato full of all the same cabinets I went back to the store and ask them to call Corporate they said they would fix now Im mad I ask them all I want is my kitchen and I ask if I were a white women would this have happened to me they ask me to leave I said I want my money back and they called the police and had me leave the property they told me to file a complaint and to this day I still dont have a kitchen and a garage of cabinets that are all the same this has been going on since march 2024 and they still have 1000 dollars of my merchandise in the store and Im forced to eat out daily because I have substandard living conditions.

      I was helped by ***** when renting a rug doctor on 6/28/2024. I was charged for 48 hours as shown on the receipt. She told me that if I return it prior to 5:30 I would receive partial refund. I was informed when returning the item that I would not. I was also told that had I not returned it by 5:30pm I would have been charged for another 24 hours despite it only being in my possession for 27 hours. The sales practices and policies of Menards seem to fall under a deceptive business practice or they do not train their employees properly to be able to explain their rental policies and charges.

      June 28 th 2024 at ******* Menards on *************** at 535 pm I paid for my items got my receipt and was walking out when all of a sudden this old grey haired white lady comes out of no where and grabs my items out of my hands and demands me to take off my mask and my hat I am appalled I have covid I told her I am sorry I cannot move remove my mask this woman told me that is nothing to do with me I don't care about that I need you to take off your mask and your hat I had paid for every single item that I had purchased my my payment went through completely everything was Grand until this lady wanted to take a little bit too much leadership role into her hourly job and thought that she could boss and bully around people that are disabled and that have f****** covid she didn't care about her employees nor did she care about any of the customers in the store while I was in the store with covid with a mask on she wanted me and demanded me to remove my mask. She said covid is not her problem she snatched my things out of my arms and told me to have a good day I have never been so disrespected and felt so humiliated by anyone in my life I don't think this woman should have a job at Menards at all let alone any job in ******** if she doesn't care about the customers or the well-being of f****** our human beings nature.

      I purchased an outdoor table/chair set for about $830. The table and one chair had a manufacturing defect. I wrote the warranty department (InSide Out Intl. LLC), and advised them of the issue and also provided them a photo of the receipt and warranty. The items were purchased in June.They offered to send me a new chair part, but quoted me at about $210 to cover shipping costs. This is a chair component, and while it is large (enough for an adult to sit in), there is no way shipping costs slightly less than a package of two chairs at Menards ($299).Is the chair functional? Sure. Is a thread popped that could grow into a bigger issue? Yes. But it is clearly an issue that should be covered under warranty, and they are making it financially irresponsible to use their warranty process. Emails of the correspondence from the customer service personnel are available.

      Ive contacted OEM of the affected product (InSide Out Intl. LLC is the warranty company, made by Backyard Creations), and had over ten emails back and forth over the course of about 3.5 weeks. The vendor has not offered any reasonable recourse for this issue. So I made the original complaint for the retailer to take some action.

      Ill leave it to your discretion whether it is forwarded to Backyard Creations / InSide Out, or whether the complaint is better with the retailer of the end items.

      I purchased a brand new Maytag front load washer on 5/4/24. It was delivered by Menards. Since the install, the washer would not complete a full cycle. Clothes are left drenched and unable to wash successfully. went into Menards to complain within the first week and was advised to go thru the warranty company. When contacted, the warranty advised would need to contact Whirlpool due to the manufacturer warranty. Whirlpool had sent out about 7 different technicians to check the washer and no resolution. I have been unable to wash or use the appliance. I have wasted countless hours calling and countless time off work to be available to be present for their contractor. They refuse to run a test cycle to see the issue. They only plug in their tablet and say its fine. I requested a supervisor call back from whirlpool and missed their call, the supervisor didnt leave a call back number. Requested to call back, they never did. Menards hasnt provided a resolution since they support their brands sold. This was an issue since purchased. They could have advised to return the appliances within the 7 day period but instead instructed manufacturer, only to be going on two months with no resolution

Order #'s CLBS 05028, 30187033, 00005025, 30187034.Menards' multiple s**** *** with the delivery on my kitchen cabinets caused several weeks of delay in my real estate flip project, delay for my crew, time and money out of my pocket. They need to make it right by apologizing to me and giving me 30% discount of the entire order. $891 (30% of $2,970.72)

      Unfortunately, the response of Menard's ************* manager was very disappointing, much like the service at the store. Not only they delayed my kitchen installation for weeks costing my company money, they didn't even bother to check the product as it arrived (twice) at the store.  It was damaged (twice) severely, and no-one would care to inform me that it was damaged to save me a trip to the store. That really adds an insult to an injury. But, I feel like my words are falling on death ears, as I noticed over the years how the personal at the store changed.  Its hard to find true professionals at Menards that understand what it takes to work with house flippers like myself, what it means to care about the product and service.  So, I didn't expect Menards ************* be any different. I guess that explains the decision to reject my request.  Well, I am going to have to teach them a ****** in  wisdom. I wise ************* Manager would understand that a house flipper like myself spends tens of thousands of dollars every year at Menards.  I buy shingles, kitchens, doors, vanities, bathtubs, lumber, etc. Now, all that WILL BE PURCHASED AT ********** AND LOWES. So, I hope that $300 was worth loosing me as a customer. I also hope that ******************************* supervisor will read my note, maybe they will have some sense, but I wouldn't hold my breath....

      I purchased a Pit Boss grill on June 12, 2024. The person working told me he needed to get help to carry the grill and proceeded to get someone to help him. He said I wouldn't be able to load it in my car and they would do it. He went with me to checkout and then the other worker appeared and they both came outside and directed me to get my car and back into the loading zone. I parked and got out and opened the trunk and they lifted the grill and put it in my trunk (SUV). They had trouble and started pushing on the box. One of them opened the side door and pulled on the box until they finally lifted the box and said it was stuff on something and that the boxes weren't made well and that the grill was coming out of the bottom. They continued to pull and push and finally asked me to push from behind as they pulled from the two side doors. Once they got it all the way in, I drove home and had my husband and daughter lift up while I held the bottom of the box and got the grill out. It was then I noticed the line and holes the grill had torn in both my trunk and the lining on the back of my seats that were laid down. I have a 2023 Kia ********* I called the store immediately and they told me to come back and they would fill out an incident report. I did that and they took pictures, apologized, and filed a report. They said I'd hear something within ***** hours. I heard nothing. I called back on Saturday, June 15, and they gave me the direct line to the claims place. I called them on Monday, June 17th and they gave me my claim person, *********************. I left a message daily until Thursday, June 20th and then called the main number and they escalated it. He called one time when I was away from my phone. I called back immediately and then called again Friday, June 21 and Monday, June 24th. I have still never talked to him.
