      They sent two blower motors. One I returned. But it cost me 23.00. And to add to the scam they didn’t refund me the full price for the blower miter I had to pay to refund! If this isn’t resolved I, and none of my family and friends will never use rock auto again.

      great prices but terrible customer service its impossible to resolve returns with this company and the process is extremely complicated i will never do business with them again dealing with the company is not worth the time very poor customer service i will be doing a charge back to this company for a core credit

      I ordered a part by selecting my vehicle on RockAuto's site. The part I received is the one shown on their site as correct for my vehicle. However, it's not even close. RockAuto won't accept a return because the package is open. They send products that don't fit and then won't take them back.

      Worst business. Extremely poor customer service no way to contact them. You cannot dispute with your credit card. The credit card favors Rock Auto due to the amount of business they give the credit cards. Absolutely appalling.

      ChatGPT I purchased an A/C Condenser on June 21, 2024. Upon arrival, the box was damaged. Upon opening the package, I noticed that the original packaging had already been opened. Once I removed the condenser from the box, I found it was damaged and dented on one side. It was evident to me that the product had been returned due to its condition and the state of the packaging.When I called for assistance, I learned from a recorded message that they do not employ customer service representatives in order to keep prices down. Despite my reservations, I requested a replacement. The replacement I received was somewhat better but was not the brand I originally ordered and was missing a screw Both the original and replacement boxes showed signs of tampering, indicating potential fraud on their end.Upon emailing them about these issues, I was informed that my ticket had been closed. It appears they are unwilling to address problems that customers encounter.

      I ordered rotors and brake pads back in March. I entered my vehicle information as requested and then received a list of parts matching my exact model. When I selected my parts there were 2 different sizes of rotors and brake pads listed. I believed I was purchasing the size that fit my vehicle. After receiving the parts and installing them my brakes started making noise. I took it to have it looked at and was told the rotors were the wrong size. I requested a warranty replacement and had to pay the full amount to receive them and then when the other parts were returned I would receive my money back. When I received my replacement parts they were exactly the same! I then went and purchased parts from my local store and used the boxes to ship back one set of parts that I had a return shipping label from, which I had to pay for. Now they are griping about the boxes that I used to ship the products. Rockauto is ******** me over in 2 sets of rotors and not allowing me to be refunded or giving me a shipping label to return the first set. At this point I would advise no one purchase a product from them. They might be cheaper but they are not better and their customer service is horrible. No phone number to call, only contact has been through email.

      I purchased a part for my vehicle that had a lifetime warranty. The part failed within a few weeks. I submitted a return request via the website and was denied. Emailed the customer service and was instructed to send the cars vin number. I did. They then emailed back saying I had installed a incorrect part for my vehicle and voided my warranty. I then emailed them back with pictures of the car, the transmission serial number, proof that the car and vin was the car in fact that they are denying is in fact mine and all the proof they could ever get. They still refuse to replace the part. They have no way of contacting them outside of email. The phone number they have listed doesn't allow customer help. I have been wrongfully scammed by this company. This company is subjected to a class action lawsuit. Do not buy from this company.

      I bought a headlamp lightbulb for about $9, tax included, less than nine months ago. It stopped working, so I reached out to the company for a warranty replacement. Their response? They wanted me to ship it back for $5! This is completely outrageous! No reputable company would ever ask you to ship back a defective item for a replacement, especially for something as cheap as a $9 headlamp lightbulb.I am beyond furious with their customer service. Expecting me to pay for shipping is like asking me to pay half the cost of a new headlamp. It's absolutely ridiculous! On top of that, their website doesn't even have clear customer service contact information, which is downright shady.I was initially going to let them keep the $9, figuring they need it way more than I do, but I dont do charity for leeches. DO NOT buy from these scammers. Avoid this company at all costs. They are a complete headache and run a sketchy, shady business.

      Ordered a headlight assembly indicating it was "complete assembly". It was received missing the turn wiring and sockets for lights. Their return policy indicated ***** was "free". It was free for Rock Auto. Go to ***** and advised I would have to pay to return. The cost was very nearly the cost of the part. Decided if I was going to line someones pocket, it wouldn't be Rock Auto. Sent **** ground. I would rather pay more and have them be reputable than deal with Rock Auto.

      Rockauto is a sham ripoff of a company. They have zero customer service. No phone support, returns when THEY make the mistake are impossible. Their attention to detail is non-existent. They often package parts very poorly resulting in damage in route, if not just shipping the wrong part. Returns are then (even when it's their fault) impossible. I can find absolutely no redeeming qualities with their organization. Anyone employed by them should be ashamed of themselves for simply being associated with such an awful "business". In my opinion, they are nothing but con artists fleecing everyone they can get their hands on.
