    I purchased a set of wheels for my car using their search engines for my make and model. I received them along with my tires I bought elsewhere. When trying to put on my vehicle it was found that the wheel was too wide and would require spacers. I do not want to use spacers so I called and attempted to return them. Was told that there could be no refund because the wheels were mounted. There was no weight at all put on those wheels. I got a refund from the tire business but now I am out all that money for the wheels and have a whole brand new set of 4 I cannot use. Not to mention the cost I am out for programming sensors that wont be used either. I was offered a discount and assistance to purchase more. Of course I declined because I think this is absolutely ridiculous. Will not recommend or use again.

    ***** - We're sorry to hear about any issues with your order but would like to clarify that the reason for the voiding of the return was due to tires being mounted to the wheels, which voids our return policy. This is expressed in our FAQs. We also always ask that wheels are test fitted prior to mounting tires. We'll be reaching out to discuss this a bit further. Thank you.

    The wheels would have been great, if there hadn't been a manufacturers defect. Unfortunately, we bought the wheels a couple of months before installing them, assuming they would be great. When it came time to install them 2.5 months later, we found out there was a bad manufacturer's defect in one of the wheels that could be seen with the naked eye. Also, it was severely out of balance and the wheel cap didn't fit. Customer Service was super lacking. Phone number just leads to voicemail or referral to email them. Emailed them, and they basically said "not our problem, it's been over 30 days, you have to contact the manufacturer." So, we did, and the manufacturer's representative said "it's no big deal, we will replace it, but you do have to go through Custom Offsets." Ultimately, the ONLY option they gave us was: We had to pay for another new wheel, wait for it to arrive, make an appt and pay to have the tire swapped, and pay for shipping to send it back so they could "inspect it and refund us." Long story short, they sent updated every 2-4 days for nearly a month saying "the inspection hasn't happened yet" (keep in mind, the defect was VERY apparent). Finally, we called VISA and submitted a dispute (after 6 weeks of back and forth with this terrible company). They looked over our documentation and agreed that Custom Offsets was wrong, approving the dispute amount for the one extra wheel we were forced to purchase) Ironically, the SAME DAY VISA opened the dispute, we received an email from Custom Offsets saying the inspection was "complete" and the refund was being issued. I have to believe this was NOT a coincidence. I guess you just have to get the big dogs at VISA involved before they quit playing games with you. Save yourself the time and effort and buy from someone else.

    UPDATE: after posting reviews online, a representative from Custom Offsets reached out with an apology for our troubles.  He was very nice, and even offered to send out an extra wheel for future use in case it is needed.  This gesture was appreciated, but I do wish they had put more of that effort in the first stages, before having all of the troubles along the way

    We deeply apologize for any inconvenience and hope to clear the air on this matter. We ask that all orders are inspected upon receiving so that if there are any issues such as shipping damage, we are able to promptly address with a replacement or claim. In this case, the wheels were received on 12/20/24 and we were not informed of any concerns until 3/19. This creates a bit of concern in terms of the variables of use or handling during the nearly 3 month timeline since the wheels were delivered, hence the reasoning that we are unable to assist with the cost of dismount, shipping, remount, etc. We do show that there was a delay in a credit being issued by the manufacturer which in turn, delayed the refund back to you for the faulty wheel. We currently do not show a dispute for the order but have refunded for the deposit on the replacement wheel regardless as the warranty was approved as of 5/13 and a refund was issued on 5/14. We'll be reaching out to discuss this a bit further as we understand how frustrating this can be. Thank you.

    Company warranty is a joke. Bought a tire/wheel package for around 3300.00. Tried to have tires covered because the tires and wheels are out of round (and I have a video of it.). Called the company they said they don’t cover anything it’s the manufacturer, but they only cover two tires . Well I have four tires not two and they should have taken care of the customer. Bought a package for 3300.00 and now I can’t use them. Tried to rebalance 5 seperate times by different shops and they don’t balance out. Now I have to take the hit of 3300.00 for a tire/wheel package I can’t use!!! And they will not help me to get replacements. Company should be closed and also left two reviews on their website which they never posted! Company is a joke!!! And I am not the only one to experience this from them.

    ***** - We apologize for any inconvenience and hope to provide a bit more context to this matter.  The package that these tires came with were purchased on 9/30/23.  We were informed of balance issues on 6/30/24.  The issues we were informed of weren't made very clear and it was stated that they couldn't be balanced.  The shop statements received weren't clear on what tire/wheel was at fault and given that it's highly unliked that 4 tires are out of round, we advised that we could send in 2 tires for inspection per *******'s warranty policies.  This was refused and ultimately the matter closed out.  At this point, we could recommend a road force balance be done so that we can truly determine if all 4 tires are at fault or if it is a single tire that is at fault.  The issue here is that the shop statements provided do not give clear evidence of said issue/how many will not balance.  We'll be reaching out in an attempt to assist further on this as we haven't had any contact with you since 7/3/24.  Thank you.

    ### Review of Custom Offset Wheels I recently had an extremely disappointing experience with Custom Offset Wheels. My initial order arrived damaged, which was a major inconvenience. It took a week to get a replacement wheel, during which I had to pay for a new one upfront. Despite clearly informing the customer service representative that my wheels were ceramic coated, the replacement wheel I received was not.When I finally got the wheels mounted and balanced at a shop, I discovered another major issue: I had received four of the same wheels, even though they were supposed to be true directional wheels. This means that, instead of having wheels that spin correctly in the same direction on both sides of the vehicle, I have one side spinning one way and the other side spinning the opposite direction. This experience was extremely frustrating and time-consuming. The company's handling of my order and their customer service left a lot to be desired. Needless to say, I will never make another purchase from Custom Offset Wheels again. This was a poor business experience from start to finish.

    I purchased ATV accessories from this company as their rep told me the item number to use. They did not fit and customer service was only interested in passing the buck to the manufacturer. I did not receive my money back after countless emails. Buyer beware!!!!

    They sent wheels that were manufacturing mistakes. Now, unfortunately, after many calls, emails we were told "" sorry we cant help""Fitment Industries Attachments 10:04AM (5 hours ago)to me Good morning,I heard back from the manufacturer, unfortunately, they've denied the wheels under the warranty due to road hazards. The manufacturer inspects the wheels to be sure they are not out-of-round before they're shipped out, and when we mounted the tires to the wheels we did not see any issues plus the wheels/tires did not require an excessive amount of weight. Attached is a copy of our balancing report. With all of that being said, it leads the manufacturer to believe the wheels were bent by some kind of road hazard like a pothole, curb, debris in the road, etc. I wish I had better news! We can offer a discount on a new set of wheels if you're interested.If you have any questions or concerns, please let me know!Thanks,Brittany Fitment Industries

    **** - We apologize for any issues with your order but there is a bit more at play here.  These wheels/tires were delivered on 3/20.  We were contacted on 4/9 with the claim that there was some shaking/vibration coming from the wheels/tires.  We advised hub rings to be used in an attempt to resolve the issue. We were later provided with a shop statement claiming that one wheel was possible bent/out of round.  We advised that the shop confirm via a balance report but we were than provided with a second conflicting shop statement showing that all 4 wheels were bent.  It is extremely rare for something of this to occur and the fact that it was not brought to our attention upon installation reveals that this possible damage was likely caused by a road hazard such as a pothole.  We will attempt to reach out to discuss this further but it should be noted that warranty claims are the direct decision of the manufacturer as is clearly stated on our FAQs.  We'll be in touch.  Thank you.

    We ordered a set of wheels and tires from Custom Offsets in Feb '22 for our Ford F250 which have been used for 10,000 miles. We discovered bubbles on the rear tires which was determined by a local tire shop that it is because the tires were not rated for our truck. Despite the fact that Custom Offsets' website STILL filters these tires for our year, make, and model truck, they refuse to accept responsibility for this because it's been too long. We are now having to pay to replace these tires again, when we shouldn't have to replace them for another 40,000 miles. We will no longer be using Custom Offsets for any future purchases nor do we recommend them to anyone else.

    This matter was discussed internally as well with this customer.  It was found that the customer bypassed our load rating warning that is directly displayed on our website.  At no point was this purchase made in a misleading way as we provide our customers with access to resources throughout the buying process as well as warnings for purchases that *** be aggressive for their vehicles.  We also allow our customers to make buying decisions based on their own product knowledge given the vast modified community that we work with.  We're unable to assist on this order due to the fact that a warning was very clearly bypassed, coupled with the fact that this order is well over two years old.

    I agree with these past customers, terrible customer service!. I left voice mails and all I get is nothing on my end while waiting. It's 4 months now, my shipment was supposed to be shipped 2/5/24, no updates on my order. Terrible! They already got paid, I just need to cancel my order so I can progress with my **************** for refund.
