  I ordered a rims and tire package from this company . The rims and tires were mounted from the location where we bought from Custom Offset. We installed the rims on our service truck. That is a 2014 Ford F350 diesel service truck. We have no idea about the tires and how they measure the ply. apparently when I went and had an oil change with my truck, they said that these were the wrong tires for this truck and that we’re really dangerous to be running on this truck. Multiple times we contacted the company, custom offset and no resolution , except for they will send us new tires if we pay for them at a discount price this is unacceptable. They sold me tires that we specifically put in their computer system that the information they needed as the proper rims and tires. And we got the wrong tires for this truck for this tires rating and unsafe and a road hazard. We should have at least 10 to 12 ply on this truck for a tire rating. We have 4 ply on this truck now. The company was very rude to me on the phone. The guy was really arrogant whoever I talk to and I will never do business with this company ever again. Please be aware that when you’re entering information just because you did it to their standards doesn’t mean that they’re going to send you the right tires. I’m in a heating business. I don’t know anything about tires, but when I had my service truck inspected, they failed me on the wrong ply tires. Being a rim and tire company. They should know what tire that they’re selling for this particular vehicle and it should have a load rating for this vehicle in which it does not.

  ***** - We apologize for any inconvenience but this review is lacking a bit of information.  We allow our customers to make buying decisions based on their own product knowledge and our website builds recommendations out based on sizing of wheels/tires that previous customers have used for a particular ***.  We also have a warning for any customer about to purchase underrated tires so that they can double check their vehicle prior to checking out with possible underrated tires.  This can be easily recreated on our website meaning that this warning was bypassed/ignored upon purchase which is not something that we can be held liable for.  We have always asked that if a customer is unaware of fitment or other specifications, that they reach out to us directly for assistance.  A vast majority of our customers are working with heavily modified vehicles, hence the reasoning we allow customers to make buying decisions based on their own product knowledge.  However, again, we have warnings, tools, and assistance in place for customers to reach out prior to purchase and installation of any product, but these were neglected.  We'll be reaching out to discuss further but please note that this is a matter in which we cannot claim fault.  Thank you.

  I Ordered wheel and tire Package on 8/30/23. On 9/6/23 I was told the wheels I selected were on backorder, and encouraged to pick another wheel. I selected another wheel that day and order was confirmed. On 9/22/23 the wrong color wheels were delivered mounted to the correct tires. Multiple days later I was told they would ship the correct color wheels, and I would be responsible for getting them mounted, and balanced, and returning the first set of wheels. On 10/10/23 another set of the wrong color wheels were delivered. It is now 10/17/23 and have been waiting multiple days to be informed on how to return these items that I did not order. That is 7 weeks since I paid for an item I did not receive, and have no date on when I will receive what I ordered. There is no one you can talk to on the phone to get answers, you have to wait multiple days in between email responses. Terrible experience and would recommend shopping locally so you dont have to deal with this company.

  Never Again! Once they have your payment method and you get the sorry we are out of stock email all phone calls and emails will go unanswered. Customer service will pull a cease and desist. If you have questions, don't bother calling, it is as if they have caller ID and if your payment has cleared they cant be bothered talking to you. You will get the voice message that they will get back to you before the end of the day. Don't hold your breath waiting for that call. If I can save just one person from this BS company than this post was worth it.

  Waited 4 months for a backorder Got the tires, installed them, after driving I noticed the lug nuts weren't holding a torque. They sent me multiple pairs to try and they didn't work and some even damaged the rim.Obviously frustrated I requested they return them and refund me. Best they could do was 100$ refund for 2200$ order after arguing with them for 3 weeks. Now I have 1000+$ in rims I can't use that are damaged, that they even suggested I sell privately.At this point it might have to go to claims, I have damaged tires I can't use and they act like it's my fault I could have gotten into an accident.

  DO NOT BUY FROM THESE GUYS! GREAT WEBSITE - TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Absolute worst experience with an online purchase I've had and as long as I can remember. Extremely long story but it has taken several months for them to get me the wheels, then they were the wrong wheels then I was promised they would send a promissory note to exchange the wheels and here we are months later and still no action. Just counted up and I've had 27 email exchanges with them all promising to try and make things right and then I have had radio silence for the past two weeks or so. I've tried to give them multiple chances and options of how to correct things and now I'm getting the silent treatment. I am never one to just hop on and run a smear campaign and bad mouth people online but I've given them more than enough time and chances to make this right and now I'm getting the shaft.

  We ordered 4 center caps in Jan 2023, received them - three were correct color, fourth one was not correct. It is now October 2023 and after NUMEROUS calls, emails, messages, I still don't have the correct material that I ordered. They have the WORST customer service, get told story after story and just go in circles. The employees lie about order status. Listen to all the reviews... DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!

  **** - There seems to be a bit of misunderstanding as any caps that haven't yet to be delivered are due to the fact that they are on backorder and we haven't yet received them in.  Please do understand that we gain nothing from withholding product from customers, not mention a single center cap.  We do show that the caps are currently on order are will be delivered once they are back in stock.  Please also note that delays can be related to worker strikes, port congestions, and other matters that are completely out of our control.  Thank you.

  DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY! Worst customer service ever!! I see ALOT of same reviews. Wish I would have checked here before buying. I ordered wheels and tires and after receiving them, the shop that put them on informed me that 1 of the 4 centering rings was missing. I called them and waited on hold for a hour and was first told I didnt need them ( THEN WHY DID YOU SEND ME 3/4?) . Then after the rep checked he said they were needed. He promised to send it out. After 2 weeks and NO RESPONSE, I called back and waited another hour on hold. I was again told that one would be sent out AND I would get a confirmation email. Nope!! After another week and a half, I called back and waited another hour on hold only to be told by a machine to leave a message. I did and received a call back where the rep from my first call told me the system was down and Id have to call tomorrow! WHAT?( Why dont you call me then?) I said NO. He called back later and said I didnt need them and it was a courtesy of the manufacturer sent me one! No, its part of the installation process which is needed to properly install the wheels. I have never received an email or the part. I filing a complaint with BBB. And before you respond that you have reached out and received no answer from me, NEVER HAPPENED!

  Lee - There was some clear misunderstanding here as all hub rings that come with orders are directly provided from the wheel manufacturer as a convenience item should a customer want to use them. In some applications, yes, they would be needed to avoid vibrations on extreme hub and center bore differences. However, this was not the case meaning the hub rings were not needed. We apologize for any inconvenience and we do show our team worked towards resolution of this matter. Thank you.

  Purchased wheels and tires. They came mounted and balanced from the factory. Once I installed them on my truck there was an excessive amount of shaking. I brought them back to the shop to have it looked at and they said the package was not balanced correctly and the balancing beads were just thrown in there. They also told me that a tire sensor was broken on the inside and just rolling around inside the tire. Very dissatisfied with how everything has played out after purchasing such expensive items.

  DO NOT BUY ANYTHING! From this company. The customer service is beyond abysmal and I myself have been waiting almost 7 months now for tires that are backorder or to even replace them for other ones. Its been weeks since I last heard from them and what's worse they take a whole day just to answer one question via email. This has been going back and forth with them for 7 months, I have pleaded for someone to call to better resolve this situation but they refuse. At this point I feel like I have to take legal action over something so trivial like changing tires for another since they no longer have the ones I got. Horrible customer service save your self from the pain and shop somewhere else, I wish I had read these reviews. I will leave this review in every platform that I can.

  Do not buy from custom Offsets. I called a sales rep from custom offsets, gave him the tire size and the design of the wheels from their own website. He sent me an email with a check out link, I then ordered the wheels thinking I was good. A few days later I went to the shop to install the wheels but they were rubbing on the brake calipers of my 2001 stock Toyota 4runner. I am now told that I have to wait for authorization from them to return the wheels for a refund even if I have not driven on them. Save yourself the trouble and shop somewhere else!
